When we went in to sign all final paperwork, our deal actually changed without notice. We as many customers will tell you, we were offered the brick underpinning. I'm reading through our paperwork to discover that after 4 months of us believing we were getting the brick underpinning, I was pissed to find out, we all of a sudden are not getting it. We even went through the process with our salesman at the time, Ted, to pick out the color we wanted. I was given the explanation that our home when we started the paperwork cost $129,000. But because it wasn't finished at the factory until mid August, the cost of my home went up and therefore they (the dealership) was losing money. Bunch of crap if you ask me. If I back out of the sale then, I would be losing money because we all know home prices where steady rising. My home was delivered in early September and we were able to move in Halloween. Ashly came and looked at the house and did measurements for the vinyl underpinning before we moved in and I pointed out the many defects and flaws I saw as we walked through. She stats"Just put it on the punch listed." 30 days comes and goes and I've got my list ready. As I stated before, my calls and my husbands calls were not being answered or called back. Even after talking with people in the office. Ashly simply would never call us back. We may have moved in but we didn't even have house keys. We didn't even have a finally walk through. The first day Ashly was supposed to do the final walk through so that we could move in, she had something come up and couldn't do it. So she gave me the code the lock box and said go ahead and move in. She rescheduled for the following Friday. I texted her after waiting several hours and she forgot! Many times after we tried to contact her and we couldn't get a call back. That being said a final walk through was not done until December. Many phone calls happened with the last one being a voicemail left at the dealership that was not nice at all from me. Finally, I got a call from Derek. And he finally overnighted my keys to me. It took me finally not being nice after my husband was very nice so many times calling. Ashly finally made it out to do her final walk through and she was handed a physical copy of my punch list. So, here we are. 7 months after I moved in my home and not a single phone call back after December. Cabinet doors have fallen off, cuts in the linoleum, paint on the floors, bad sheet rocking, cracks in the ceiling, windows that won't shut and lock, cracked tile shower, crooked front door that scrapes the floor when opening. Not a single care from Marty Wright. Absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone. Oh. They pay for good reviews by the way. Maybe this review will get them to fix everything.

I called Rabon to see if they had a copy of the paperwork that went with the unit. Seth went to work on finding my file and Joe called me back- he called an AC repair guy and he would be in touch, it was all under warranty, no worries. Even better, the repairmen were at my house in less than an hour. Just to prove their amazing customer service, I had to call Joe again, when I needed the repairmen to come back but didnt have their number. He took care of it. A few hours later, my AC was fixed, including several minor problems I didn't even know about, and a huge amount of stress and worry were off my shoulders. No one at Rabon had to be so helpful, but I am very grateful they were.

These people are all about making the most money off of you that they can. The whole time, I felt like they was trying to put me in the mobile home that they wanted me in instead of what I wanted. They will try to milk you out of every dollar you have. I can't speak on the experiences of others at this place but I was not good for me. I'll just leave you all with this......I was pre-approved by at Riverside but they couldn't seem to get my payments where I wanted even with using my land as collateral so I went to another place that uses the same exact mortgage company.
