We bought a home from Rabon over a year ago. Even though our business with them was done, they went above and beyond to help me when our AC started acting up. I called Rabon to see if they had a copy of the paperwork that went with the unit. Seth went to work on finding my file and Joe called me back- he called an AC repair guy and he would be in touch, it was all under warranty, no worries. Even better, the repairmen were at my house in less than an hour.
Just to prove their amazing customer service, I had to call Joe again, when I needed the repairmen to come back but didnt have their number. He took care of it. A few hours later, my AC was fixed, including several minor problems I didn't even know about, and a huge amount of stress and worry were off my shoulders. No one at Rabon had to be so helpful, but I am very grateful they were. read more
