However, they were open 12-3 on Friday. I emailed the office Thursday to advise the condo was beautiful, but not clean. I even emailed these pictures. I know the e-mail was correct because I had contacted them a few times prior. Not only did they not come to clean, or at least bring me a cleaning tote, but they didn't even bother to call or email me regarding the complaint. It's been 2 weeks. When you have to pay It in full 30 days prior to arrival, it should be clean. They also want you to run the dishwasher, which is impossible without dish washer detergent. Duneside III #206 is right beside the pier, but it's noisy because it's at a busy intersection and the windows facing the road are old. (And filthy) Patio door and window need screens. Barking dogs and rude guests who get in after midnight and stand outside your window talking. If I owned that condo, I would expect the rental company to clean it. Not swiffer, clean the pics, the baseboards, the doors, cabinets and window sills. You pay them to do these things. I have fibromyalgia and needed to soak in the bath. This is their idea of clean. The view is gorgeous, but I don't think we'll stay here again.

Not to mention when I opened the cabinet under the kitchen counter, I was greeted by those little brown bugs that can survive a nuclear attack, ROACHES, just insane they would call this place clean and lie because it looks nothing like the photos. There was mold everywhere in the house. The pool didn't work. The pool deck was completely in disarray leaks throughout the house on the phone constantly every day. How was that a vacation for my family? The house was sold a week after we left, which I did find out who the seller was, and I did find out who the buyer was, and they knew about it. They did not want to put any more effort into making sure that we enjoyed Our vacation and that we were safe in the environment that we paid for . I am contacting Town officials in Surfside Beach and I will continue to reach out to our legislators government to hold them accountable for doing what they did . I didn't even get an apology. They will ignore our calls, and claim they never got messages. Please save your self the trouble and use another rental company. This one is terrible.
