The 1 star (zero if I could) is for Blake himself. After our purchase was complete in November we expressed that we no longer wanted to be on the email/call/text list. I personally Unsubscribed from multiple emails. I also spoke with an agent calling and asked to be removed. I also emailed and texted Blake asking to be removed and explained I would report him if he didn't follow through. I have continued to be harassed and therefore I am leaving this review. I would HATE to have anyone else have to deal with the ongoing harassment. Do yourself a favor and look up Paige Morris (who has left this Realty group) if you want the BEST!

Also the neighborhood is in Little River not Myrtle Beach. I am just glad I do not live there anymore. All you have to do is read your reviews to prove my point. Have a nice day!

What impressed us most is that he is willing to invest a great deal of time helping and guiding us, even when the property is outside of his area. Jerry is knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and genuinely cares about his clients rather than just making a sale. We always felt that he wanted us to make the right decision for our future. I moved in and my ex-partner found out I left the state, he proposed and we married. We both love the house and are very happy with it. I could not have done it without the help of Barbara. I would give this business a zero if I could. Have rented from multiple companies in the past and…read morethis is hands down the worst company I've ever dealt with. It started with the unit I rented being sold and no longer available, I was offered options of replacements and although I picked one they told me they had already booked me in another. We arrived to a unit that wasn't cleaned, there was sand all over the floor, mold all over the air registers, and what was months worth of dust on the walls. My wife took almost two hours cleaning on our first day of vacation. I reached out to them about it and heard nothing for our entire trip. We went to go to bed the first night and the beds had to have been 40 years old. You could feel every spring and they were LOUD. We ended up buying air mattresses on our vacation to sleep comfortably. Beyond that, the slider to the patio was broken, only I could open it, the kitchen was missing cabinet doors and the couch had rust marks all over it. I reached out multiple times during my trip, got no response, and it wasn't until I said I would be contacting Consumer Affairs of SC that they called me. They took no accountability, said the contract I signed released them of all liability (I never signed a contract for the unit they put me in, but rather the one they sold) and basically told me tough luck. Wish I had researched them more bc they are an extremely sleazy company with no regards to their customer.
