    Lower level bedrooms in Atlantic Charm were disgusting.

    Rental was not well cleaned. Fridge was not working properly and leaking water. Lower level bedrooms not fit for habitation. Expressed concerns over fridge and misrepresentation of the amount and quality of outdoor seating on first day of our rental. Realty company did not respond or address our concerns whatsoever. They did promptly respond when the AC unit failed the last night. Otherwise would not rent with them again.

    There was a staff member named Audrey that is the rudest person I've met. Absolutely no customer service. Room was clean and nice looking. However, that was only thing that was right with their company. Internet did not work in the room and they told us they would have to contact the owner to get it fixed. Never heard from them about it again. Every time we called to ask a question about anything we would different answers from different people. I will never take my business to this company again. I suggest you do the same unless you like getting treated horribly.

    Rusty ventilation

    If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Condo they put us in was disgusting! Colleta claimed the condos are thoroughly cleaned yearly. If 9520 1E at A Place At The Beach has seen the working side of a dust cloth, paint brush, or vacuum in 3-5 years I would be surprised. Carpet was actually grimy and just plain filthy. Appliances were rusty and gross. We had to take our own sheets and towels and thank goodness we all wanted our own pillows. I would not have let my son put his head on the dingy and stained pillow provided. Found not 1 but 2 pair of men's underwear under the bed spread in my in-laws condo and the recliner in their place was broken, but he didn't know until he reclined and eventually my 76 year old father in law had to crawl out of the recliner. I could go on and on about the dust hanging from the ceiling fans or the zip tie provided in the bathroom to hang my face towel or the broken toilet handle that maintenance looked at the night we arrived and couldn't fix, so they just never came back! I will finish with the coup de grace, the office gave a new renter a key to our condo by mistake and the guy actually broke into a chained door, ripping the frame off the door jam. You can imagine the shock awaking to the at 11:30 at night! Rent at your own risk. You have been warned. WORST VACATION RENTAL EVER.

It started with the unit I rented being sold and no longer available, I was offered options of replacements and although I picked one they told me they had already booked me in another. We arrived to a unit that wasn't cleaned, there was sand all over the floor, mold all over the air registers, and what was months worth of dust on the walls. My wife took almost two hours cleaning on our first day of vacation. I reached out to them about it and heard nothing for our entire trip. We went to go to bed the first night and the beds had to have been 40 years old. You could feel every spring and they were LOUD. We ended up buying air mattresses on our vacation to sleep comfortably. Beyond that, the slider to the patio was broken, only I could open it, the kitchen was missing cabinet doors and the couch had rust marks all over it. I reached out multiple times during my trip, got no response, and it wasn't until I said I would be contacting Consumer Affairs of SC that they called me. They took no accountability, said the contract I signed released them of all liability (I never signed a contract for the unit they put me in, but rather the one they sold) and basically told me tough luck. Wish I had researched them more bc they are an extremely sleazy company with no regards to their customer.

My agent was very friendly and overall a really nice guy, but I felt the team only priced my house for the amount I wanted only to get me to go under contract with them. My house sold for over $100,000 less than the original asking price, as we had to keep lowering it. I don't understand why, if they're the professionals in the business, they were so incredibly off in their appraised value of my home. I wish I had signed with a different real estate agency.
