I called Rabon to see if they had a copy of the paperwork that went with the unit. Seth went to work on finding my file and Joe called me back- he called an AC repair guy and he would be in touch, it was all under warranty, no worries. Even better, the repairmen were at my house in less than an hour. Just to prove their amazing customer service, I had to call Joe again, when I needed the repairmen to come back but didnt have their number. He took care of it. A few hours later, my AC was fixed, including several minor problems I didn't even know about, and a huge amount of stress and worry were off my shoulders. No one at Rabon had to be so helpful, but I am very grateful they were.

These people are all about making the most money off of you that they can. The whole time, I felt like they was trying to put me in the mobile home that they wanted me in instead of what I wanted. They will try to milk you out of every dollar you have. I can't speak on the experiences of others at this place but I was not good for me. I'll just leave you all with this......I was pre-approved by at Riverside but they couldn't seem to get my payments where I wanted even with using my land as collateral so I went to another place that uses the same exact mortgage company. I got the same mobile with land for almost 20k less.
