Instead, I got the impression that helping me wasn't really a priority. I was actually told it might be better to come back another time once I had everything figured out, even though that's exactly why I came in: for advice and assistance. While I was there, I was emailed some links and told to simply reply back for pricing. I did exactly that and received an automated response saying someone would get back to me within a day or two. Unfortunately, that response never came. No follow-up, no phone call, no email, just complete radio silence. When we met, I was reassured I had plenty of time to place the order, but because no one ever responded, I ended up scrambling at the last minute and had to take my business elsewhere. It's disappointing because I genuinely wanted to keep my business local. A simple response even to say you couldn't take on the job would have been appreciated. Instead, the lack of communication cost you a customer, and unfortunately, future orders as well.

Unfortunately, the finished product was not as expected and candidly not even usable as the print size on the card was drastically smaller than our original card and not readable to many, especially our more senior clients. After paying $75 for design services and an additional $205 for 2500 business cards, I expected to at least have a product that I could use. When my dissatisfaction was brought to the attention of the Print Center, I was told by management that the size of the print was necessitated by the information on the card and that adequate size of print was purely an opinion. I find this excuse really was just an excuse because the information on my original card was no greater than the new card. Other printers that I have now consulted suggested that I give the Print Center the opportunity to make this print job right. Unfortunately management merely offered me 15% off of my next order. I feel strongly that more could have been done to address an inferior product in which staff could have done better to both manage expectations and deliver a better product. I still pay the invoice because I'm looking to do business and I need business cards and also I'm thinking she's going to make my idea better and it'll work out. 2 weeks later I hear nothing from her so I email her for a preview of what's been designed and she sends me over the exact thing I drew on the paper nothing different nothing better. I understand the idea was mine however why was then I charged a graphic design fee if she didn't design anything for me ? Once she told me that I realized this place does not do any real designing of they're own. They take pictures from shutter stock and just copy and paste. Although the folks that work here are very friendly. I could not seem to get my shirts done no matter how hard I tried. The first time I came in there, my sales rep was helping me with the logo and artwork that I needed on my shirt. He said he just needed to send it off and about 24 hours to get it back. I told him I would like to get the shirts done quickly because we had some online videos to create for our company. He said that wouldn't be a problem. After that he seemed more interested in selling me his custom-made t-shirts then making me the ones that I came there for. I have to admit his custom work is good and I did buy some t-shirts, but I never ended up with the polo shirts that I needed from there. After purchasing the t-shirts I left. The next day I called, I was told my rep was out and he would call me back later that day. No call. I called, I emailed, I called and called again. I kept getting the same response, that I would get a return call back and be helped by my sales rep. Finally a week I said that I would like to deal with a manager because my sales rep was more interested in selling his own T-shirts that helping me. I told them I asked to have the work done quickly and they seem to be dragging their feet. I was told a manager would call me back later that day. Guess what? No call from anyone, ever. Like I said they are nice guys but not really interested in helping their customers get their orders completed.
