I'm set on my new taxi service for Marin now, Taxi Express is the way to go if you want consistent, reliable, safe drivers. Taxi supposed to pick up at Manzanita from Airporter never showed left me stranded at 1130 pm. These guys suck do not call them

The taxi never arrived as scheduled. They arrived yesterday 10 minutes early. I called the guy. Will be here in five minutes. The taxi guy came said he was just called five minutes ago. I told them that we have two bike boxes and three pieces of luggage and we need a vehicle large enough to accommodate all that he said if need be, we'll have two taxis only one came. It was full of crap so we managed to fit the bike boxes in luckily we live 10 minutes away from the airporter but we missed our first bus and we might miss the second. I'm still waiting for the second taxi to come and pick up the three piece of luggage. I will never use this company again. read more

They showed up to meet Marin Airporter so that is worth an added star. $25 minimum fare for 4 mile trip when driver didn't turn on AC and didn't know the way and didn't tell me so they started going the wrong way. Also made a dangerous move to merge onto 101 north at Central San Rafael. The kind of taxi service that made Lyft and Uber so successful. read more

I have not used this service. And judging from the behavior of the driver I encountered near Marin Center at approximately 11:48 on December 12, 2024, I would not recommend them. I was in the crosswalk more than midway as a driver in a Taxi Express hurtled toward me with no sign of stopping or even slowing down. I hollered at him to get his attention. Only then did he stop, and immediately began yelling at me from his car. No sign of contrition, no apologies. Just wild gesturing and yelling for me that he stopped, "so now, get out of the way!!" Normally, As soon as the car stopped I'd wave a thanks and finish crossing. But there was just something about his seeming disdain for my very existence that struck me the wrong way. That, coupled with his disregard for traffic laws tells me that this is not a company that values people or their lives. read more

DISHONEST, no integrity; lied to obtain exorbitant fare from Marin Airporter bus stop to my home (1.5 mi away, $8 ride). **Taxi driver Sandra purposely did not disclose exorbitant "flat fee fare" of $25 (to go 1.5 miles!) "before" I got in; nor did Airporter bus driver (taxi driver claimed they supposed to, but she also hid this until ride was done). Waited 20 min in rain after long exhausting journey from visiting vy sick mom on east coast. Airporter bus driver offers taxi (calls b4 arrival @ busstop), but failed to disclose high flat fee. Taxi Express driver Sandra likewise hid this info, aware of high likelihood of refusal by customer. I am in service myself (laid off last March, don't have $ to waste), so always respectful/generous w/ service people. However this constitutes deceit/ extortion. WORST- I've "never" had a taxi show up, when called by Marin Airporter, til yest. Due to this past exp + waiting over 20 min in rain, I called a neighbor for the short ride home. He happened to be vy near & was on way to pick me up when taxi finally arrived. Driver Sandra heard this conversation; out of kindness I told neighbor cab was finally here, I'd take it & see him @ home. We actually arrived very same time! When I asked what I owed taxi, scam became apparent as driver began to fidget & smile sheepishly. "What's wrong" I asked. It was then she began talking rapidly, asking if Airporter driver had disclosed this fee. "No", I said; then asked, "Why didn't you?" No answer. Then in a small voice, "I forgot". and averted her face, not wanting eye contact. She then pointed to a (small) paper notice taped to glove box in front seat. I was in back seat, directly behind passenger seat, so could not see. Another ruse--basically a disclaimer for express purpose of being able to evade liability. I asked again why no one had done their due diligence & disclosed exorbitant fare--esp when driver knew I'd sent neighbor away. She then became aggressive, saying it was my fault, also that she'd given me a ride before. Truthfully I do not think so. And DEFINITELY I have never paid such a taxi fee to or from Manzanita stop (many rides over 20 yrs I've lived here, so vy familiar w/ typical costs). I then expressed none of this was ok, & asked for name/# of owner. After 5 min of trying to decline + (my exhausting) perseverance, she finally gave it. I then called Patrick immediately & related story. Sadly, no compassion/admission I'd been bamboozled, only more disrespect + argument. Flat out "refused" to answer my 1 simple Q: WHY did no one disclose this exorbitant fee BEFORE I agreed to this taxi ride?? I asked him several x to charge the honest ($8-$10) fare; he refused. At this point driver became beligerant, raising voice & continuing to defend her (weak) position. I tried 1 more x, told Patrick if he insisted on cheating me, I'd be forced to leave my very 1st neg YELP review--warning future innocent travelers of this exp. He expressed he did not want this, now raising his voice & talking over me. I informed him of all I've stated here- also I'm a 1st responder who's job it is to rescue people (sometimes saving lives), & none of this made me happy. I'm the opposite of vindictive. Help my neighbors financially often, as current inflation has driven them to be unable to buy food or pay nec utilities, lately. Happy to share all I can, I do "not" appreciate being cheated & lied to, scammed. No amount of relating all this had any effect on these people @ Taxi Express. Reluctantly I finally gave a cc (she'd demanded cash! but I was out). I tried another 5 min to explain why I'm now writing this neg review, to no avail. He then informed me he'd've allowed me to pay the honest $10 fare! Incredulous, I asked why he'd not told Sandra the long time she was still here-? He then (badgered) me, Sandra had come from San Rafael, her gas/time, etc, but HE would've "done the right thing", since I hadn't been informed. Again incredulous, I asked, "What about 'MY valuable time & $'??" No answer. Now fraught, I asked him again, point blank, to pls answer my simple Q: WHY wasn't I informed of this exorbitant flat fee? Why did he feel was ok to actually hide such pertinent info, thereby giving a customer opportunity to secure alternate (affordable) transportation? Again no answer. So, answered 4 him: "Bc u know I'd decline!!" Over course of scenario, an Amazon truck appeared, + 3 of my neighbors-- witnessing entire exchange. After Sandra drove away, all 4 expressed (sympathetic) horror over what had transpired. Amazon driver gave extreme support, said it was wrong. Closest neighbor, upset herself, then informed me vy same had happened to her, recently!! Except she'd refused to pay, & driver let her go w/ the $10 fee (validations for me, however small). BEWARE - the taxi fleet consist of all old cars, literally falling apart. Driver would not use meter from The Airporter Bus stop on Anderson to The AC Hotel less than 2 miles away. Driver did not disclose flat amount but when I arrived within 4 minutes he said it was $35.00!!! I was ripped off by this taxi driver, I called the telephone number and they said they only offer a flat amount. Meanwhile Uber and Lyft are about $13 for this same ride. DO NOT ASK FOR A CAB FROM YOUR MARIN AIRPORTER DRIVER AT ANDERSON!!!! I actually had to call the police on my cab driver, wtf! I came in on the Marin Airporter as others have mentioned. The driver was late, when I got in the cab I told him I can only pay with my credit card because I was out of cash. He slowed down and said he doesn't take cards but he can drive me to an atm. He did not put his meter on. This was out of the way to my home, it was late at night and not what I wanted to do. I wish I had him turn around and bring me back the 100yards to the airporter lot. He proceeds to take me to 4th street at 11:30pm to get cash out of my atm when I was really just wanted to get home. He kept telling me it was better this way for me (?) On 4th street he makes a comment under his breath at the red light by Arizmendi, that it was a stupid light because there was no cross street. Headed on to Wells Fargo, he then proceeds to run the red light at A street and then pulls a u-turn in front of Wells atm machine. At this point I'm frozen and freaked out and think to myself what the hell am I doing getting cash out of my atm at midnight? Luckily the atm was unavailable for cash withdrawal. I told the cabdriver that there's no cash and he wanted me to walk down B around the corner to the other ones. This was when I finally said no. I don't feel safe, I don't feel safe as a passenger and I want my suitcase out of the back. He refused, stating I'm stealing from him and he'll call the police. So I call the police. when they showed up he can now miraculously take my card and proceeds to charge me $28 from Anderson to 4th st. Everyone went on their merry way, including the police and I'm standing in front of the bank on 4th at midnight alone with my luggage waiting for an Uber to actually bring me home $8. On 11.21.22 we returned to SFO from a long day of airline travel and took airporter to manzanita. airporter ordered 'Taxi Express' for us. driver didn't have GPS and no idea where our street was. driver was a 'mumbler' so it was hard to know what he was saying. The car was a wreck. Headlights were very dim which made driving up Summit (@ 11pm) a challenge. He kept the meter running after we got out with our bags. Driver was very reluctant to accept a credit card. (he complained that credit card company would charge him 93 cents) and the charges on the meter did not include sales tax. (?) I asked for a paper receipt since I had no way of knowing what the bill would be. I took the paper receipt and shoved it in my pocket. At home I saw receipt was blank. read more

I had a terrible experience this afternoon from Taxi Express. Marin Airporter ordered the taxi for me from Anderson Drive to my home in Gerstle Park (about a 10 minute drive). The driver was extremely rude and confrontational when I offered directions as he did not know where he was going. The meter read $14.70 and he charged me $20, said they had a minimum of $20 and I was so intimidated I just paid it. The car had a bashed in hood. Normally, a taxi to Anderson costs around $13 and I always tip. This driver was rude, aggressive, unkind and unhelpful. I have a broken foot and am walking with a cane and he hardly helped with the luggage. Drove off in a huff with teh $20 bill in his hand. I called Marin Airpoter to inform them of the problem but they took little interest. Avoid this company if you can!!! read more

I'll give it to Taxi Express that we were in a bind and they were the only ones that answered, which is why 2 stars instead of 1. We were stuck in the Stinson Beach area and not a single uber or Lyft was available. We called Taxi Express which said they would be here in 20 mins. They also required a $75 deposit, which I thought was outrageous, but they said it's the only way they would drive to the Stinson Beach area. Forty minutes later, I call back and there is no answer; I called 5 times and no answer. Finally, the driver shows up 5 minutes after that (about 45 minutes total). We were just relieved to be able to get a ride. About 15 minutes in the ride, we noticed that the driver was not taking the direct path to SF - I looked at my google maps and snapped a photo of the most direct route and saw that we had gone north of the correct route. Final tab was a whopping $119. I don't know of course if they had an incorrect tab going or not, but reading the other reviews on here, I find it more than possible/believable. Here are the shady parts that I do know though: -The driver needed to be reminded that they had already taken money off for the deposit. -They charged a 3% fee for using a credit card, but charged it twice; once for the deposit ($2.25 for the $75) and then another 3% for the remaining balance; a card fee should not be used to put down a deposit! -He took a longer route that resulted in hiking up the total cost. I'd don't like to destroy small, local, privately run businesses, but I would leave zero stars if I could. This company needs to be put out of business now. I am completely shocked by what just happened. So a few days ago -- May 17; today is the 20th -- I used their online reservation form (http://ataxiexpress.com/pickup.php) to schedule a pickup for this coming Monday the 22nd around 1130am. (ASIDE: Ordinarily, I would have just used Uber; but we need a large SUV to transport our whole family to the Marin Airporter shuttle, and I wasn't able to get a confirmation for an UberXL here in Tiburon for Monday. Hence my attempt to try a good old-fashioned taxi.) After pressing submit, a simple "thank you" message was presented, but curiously, there was no confirmation number or date/time confirmation either. While odd and a bit disconcerting, I figured they'd probably just followup with a phone call (I had been asked for my phone number). Again, this was Wednesday. Today is Saturday. So just now, I was sitting here when I realized with a bit of a start, that I'd not yet received any confirmation phone call or email. Nothing at all. So of course I grabbed my phone and called them. After a few rings, I hear an ambiguous, heavily accented, simple "Hello?" on the other end. The tone was more like "why are you calling me / what do you want" than "Thanks for calling!" in nature. First sign of weirdness. "Um, hello? Is this the taxi company?" "Yes." Hm. Ok. That was a professional greeting.... "Yes, hi, I scheduled a pickup for Monday from your website but I just realized there was no confirmation number, and I haven't received any call from you, so I thought I should call to make sure you got the reservation please." He asks for the pickup time. "Around 1130 I think it was?" "Where are you going?" "Just from Tiburon to the Mill Valley bus stop across from the Ferrari dealership." (It's the easiest landmark lol.) "OK, we can't get you." "I'm sorry, what?" "We can't get you. That's why you didn't get a confirmation number." "Wait, I don't understand -- this is a taxi company, right? Not a private car service?" (I realized this distinction didn't / shouldn't have made any sense or difference, but I was utterly at a loss for words.) "I mean, I booked this several days ago; how can you not get us?" "We're booked till Thursday." The distinctive triple beeps of a dropped call resonated on my iPhone. Great, I thought, of all the times for a call to drop. Tapped his number to call back again. Before I could even say a word, as soon as the line connects, he blurts out "Sorry we can't get you call another company." An impeccably curt run-on sentence if ever there was one. Triple beeps again. The call hadn't dropped: he had hung up on me! WTF?! Are you freaking kidding me? Call back a third time, more in shock than in anger, just wanting to clarify how he had planned to inform me that he couldn't pick us up; and that if I hadn't thought to call back today, we could have missed our flight on Monday. But this time, call went straight to voicemail. Wow. Mind blown. I know Marin is infamous for having pretty abysmal customer service, but this took things to a whole new level of crap. Ordinarily, I wouldn't write such a scathing review (you'll see that most of my reviews try to be as lenient as possible, save a few here and there over the years). The problem here is that, due to my inability (so far) to schedule an Uber for Monday, my detrimental reliance on this (failed) booking could have caused all four of us to miss our shuttle to the airport on Monday, and potentially, our flight, too. It goes without saying, then, that I cannot condemn this company enough, and strongly urge you NOT to do business with them. (Ironically, despite my inability to confirm a pickup with Uber so far -- though I'm confident I'll be able to come Monday -- it makes you wonder why Uber has nevertheless become such a thing around here.) Frankly, I wish I'd gotten the guy's name to really drive the point home. I can only assume (hope?) he's not the owner of the company... it boggles the mind ... boggles it! read more

When I read these reviews... I don't doubt that anyone is just trolling (although I did wonder that at first... but it looks like just too many people spread out over time.) I have had a no-show for an international flight and that is so painful, and my heart goes out to everyone who missed appointments, flights, and other dates. We need our taxis to be on time. Personally, I have used Taxi Express and my experience has usually been great. They are often available when you can't get a cab anywhere else. They are accommodating especially at difficult hours, and have always arrived on time, except maybe once, a little late. (ten minutes). I live in Marin. Taxis are often unavailable due to school pickups, traffic can be miserable, and drivers do the best that they can. The drivers are friendly and I have never had a fare dispute though I always clarify the fare at the start. I am grateful we have cabs in Marin at all! Traffic here can suck. And while it is true that some drivers don't speak much English... they do use GPS, and there is a horrible shortage of cabs, and cab drivers, so, overall, this must be accounted for, too. Uber can be quite unreliable so while I can sympathize with reviewers who were upset with a late pickup, have you ever sent for an Uber, been told it will be here in ten minutes, and then watched them change their mind and have to wait a half an hour? I think we need to make fair comparisons. I will continue using them. I have been really happy with their service, and their cabs are almost always clean and and working nicely. A couple of times - a little room for improvement but overall, a YES. Thanks! PS I suggest using their text service to confirm phone calls, and even calling in advance same day, a little before pickup. Last week I arranged with Patrick for service to pick up my elderly in-laws at SFO, who would be arriving late from FL. While we usually use the Marin Airporter, we wanted someone to assist them with their six pieces of luggage. While communicating with Patrick on his cell phone with poor reception, he said that for an additional $40 (over the $100 fee for Marin), the driver would park in the lot, meet them with a name sign, retrieve their luggage, and load it into an SUV. That day I called twice and confirmed with Patrick, who reassured me everything would run smoothly. Not only didn't the driver (Victor) park in the parking lot so he could assist the clients as verbally contracted, but he left them standing outside shivering for 40 additional minutes beyond the 20 it took to deplane and retrieve their own bags. Victor was driving a mini-SUV and seemed clueless about how to fit the luggage into it so my relatives (exhausted and chilled) had to load their own luggage while he stood by. The next day, I called Patrick to discuss what had happened, including Victor being a full hour late and the drive-by pickup. Through a terrible phone connection, Patrick sounded surprised that things had not gone smoothly. He also said "You need to be a little patient," attempting to downplay the situation. When asked, he said he'd call me back on a phone that worked better but then did not do so. When I called him 10 minutes later, he answered; through the crackling line, I asked him to re-negotiate the $140 fee since we had not gotten what we'd paid for. Instead, he hung up on me and never returned my call. The full $140 was charged to my husband's credit card! This was definitely DISHONEST since the $40 was specifically added to cover Victor's parking in a lot and helping retrieve the luggage, which never happened. Since Patrick had our credit card number, the expiration date and even the code on the back, we had to cancel the credit card before posting this review. All in all, this was a nightmare that could have been avoided if Patrick has said that Taxi Express could not handle this assignment and referred us to another company. It was the repeated assurances that it would be handled smoothly that made this an even bigger let-down. In the future, we'll use Marin Airporter or rent an SUV when necessary to handle the luggage. read more

I was trying to get to the airport recently, and I had planned to take the Marin Airporter bus. I was going to take a local bus to where the Airporter picks up. The morning of my flight I woke up to torrential rain and heavy wind. I have said for years that it never really storms in northern California, and I think this storm blew up specifically to spite me. Since I didn't have a backup plan I went ahead and walked to the first bus stop. By the time I got there my umbrella had been turned inside out 3 times and I was drenched. Rain was coming down sideways too, so the bus shelter was no help at all. Also, I missed my bus. I decided calling a cab was my next best bet to get to the Airporter stop. I called two other cab companies first. One didn't have anyone in the area, and the other either hung up on me or the call cut out. I called Taxi Express third, and Patrick showed up to get me in under 5 minutes. He was great, and when he heard I was going to the Airporter he offered to take me to the airport at their normal shuttle rate, even though I hadn't scheduled them in advance. Soaking wet and dreading waiting at another bus stop, I really appreciated it. So, I just created my Yelp account to thank Patrick and Taxi Express. They're lifesavers. read more

Five stars for Taxi Express!! This was the first time I used a Taxi Service in San Rafael. Living in San Francisco, I had lots of unpleasant experiences with Taxis. This one was the opposite. I ordered a cab to pick me up in front of Kaiser Permanente Emergency Room, where I was visiting a close friend. Patrick, the driver, was very polite on the phone and he showed up within 5 minutes like he said he would. I was supposed to find and drive back my friend's car which was parked somewhere in Novato. When we got there I realized I left the car keys at the hospital. (I was pre-occupied with the whole emergency room thing, I guess). We ended up driving back-and-forth 3 times. Patrick happened to be a very friendly guy and we were chatting the whole time. Then he did me a big favor of charging me only $40 instead of the original total of $70!!!... I didn't even ask for it!! Patrick was very punctual, friendly, understanding and generous. I don't come across many taxi drivers like him in San Francisco, for instance, where I live. read more

Patrick picked me up from our home in San Rafael to my meeting place in Novato last week. My original intention was to get dropped off at the transit station and then take the bus. But he urged me that it will not cost me all the much more if I ride his cab all the way. And although the meter showed more than what he quoted, he honored his word, and charged me accordingly. I appreciated that. Also, he was very friendly and respectable that every extra penny I spent was worth it and the ride was very enjoyable. In fact, I enjoyed it so much I called him back to drive me from my meeting and back home. And certainly, I will use his service again. and again. and again :) Good man that Patrick. read more

The dispatcher was really nasty and we couldn't understand him on the phone---other than to know he was nasty. Next time we'll use Lyft. And, Taxi Express...be a good community citizen and please ask your drivers to park their taxi at their own houses. Good business practice and respectful to people who own the homes in a neighborhood. Was visting a friend and heard first hand conversation asking why Taxi was repeatedly left at same location. I don't know why Marin Airporter uses this company. I stood at the manzanita bus stop for 28 minutes alone at midnight while they kept saying the cab was a couple of minutes away. The driver drove no more than 12 miles per hour all the way to my house, down shoreline and Miller. When he got to the residential streets he drove 2 miles per hour. In an uber this trip takes 10 minutes. Using the cab that the airporter offers, it took 48 minutes to wait for the cab, drive to the house, and pay with a credit card. The driver was completely inept with the credit card reader. After he tried about 30 times to swipe it, I just did it myself. It was shocking to see a driver who can't drive more than 12 miles per hour and doesn't know how to take payment. I will never use this cab company again, under any circumstances. Hopefully Marin Airporter wises up and stops using them too. read more

Be certain you know how the fare will be calculated before you get in the car. I took Taxi Express after an Airporter ride from SFO, from Manzanita to my house about 2.5 miles away. I was concerned about how quickly the fare rose on the way, but outraged at my destination to pay a $23 fare (before any tip) for a 2.5 mile ride. Had I known approximately what the fare was going to cost, I would have taken Uber or Lyft at a fraction of the price Taxi Express charged. If you look through the Taxi Express reviews, about half are favorable and half unfavorable. Not great odds for a satisfactory and reasonably priced ride. read more

Driver was early and super nice, but we had to navigate and tell him which lane to get into the entire trip. The driver also had poor driving skills and was often over the line/weaving while driving in San Francisco. We called this company to pick us up 30 minutes before we had to catch the airporter, they arrived AFTER the bus we needed to catch had already left causing us to potentially miss an international flight. Not only were they a half hour late but they did not even do so much as apologize. The phone appears to be run by one man's cell phone and I had to even ask if it was actually a taxi service when he first answered. The man was really no help when trying to find out why the taxi was not there when they said they would be and also no help in letting us know where his men were located, in the hopes of trying to know when they would actually arrive. When the vehicle finally arrived there was a second man in the passenger seat who was "lounging" back in his seat so our knees were being pressed into the back. They also put their personal belongings (such as a large backpack) in the back seat with us taking up space so we were cramped next to each other in the middle seat and one of the sides. One man took personal phone calls and the driver pulled out our change from his wallet and tossed the change on the passenger seat dollar by dollar. Very unprofessional. While the men were nice, I would recommend to NOT use this service. Very unreliable and overall a terrible taxi experience. read more

While driving through Sausalito, CA to get to an appointment in San Rafael, my cars clutch gave out and was no longer engaging into any gear rendering me stranded. I had pulled over and called a tow truck to flat bed my vehicle to a familiar import automotive shop to get my clutch checked out and fixed so I could drive my car home later that day since I did not have any tools on me. I still had an appointment to make and had to get to San Rafael some how. I looked up on yelp for some local taxi services and tried to call a few after reading reviews. The first couple I tried calling either did not pick up the phones or had a 45 minute wait for where I was, must have been a busy day..... I had only an hour left before my appointment and needed to get moving quick. I then gave Taxi Express a try and told them that I had somewhere to be and needed to get back on the road quick. They promptly sent one of their drivers towards my location at the shop and within 15 minutes a newer model Ford Escape Hybrid arrived from Taxi Express driven by Victor to pick me up. To say the least I made my appointment just in time with a couple of minutes to spare. I told Victor that if he is able to stay around the area, that I could use a ride back to the shop and pick up my car after the clutch repair. After I finished my appointment, I gave them a call again and about 10 minutes Victor pulled up to give me a ride back to my original location where the repairs are done and my car was waiting. At least one Taxi cab service in the area was able answer my request and get me where I needed to be or else there would have been more business lost that day for me. Overall the vehicle was very clean and the service was professional. Was not an awkward taxi driver moment. Also left them a nice tip for being able to scoop me up in the nick of time. Usually I have my own ride, but that day had an agenda for me. Just glad I was able to stick to my schedule thanks to Taxi Express. I would use and recommend again if I had to use a Taxi Service since I do frequent that area. read more

I had to call the Sausalito Police as the driver would not take me to my destination for the metered fare. While waiting for the police he decided that he was off shift and took off (with me in the car), I had to call 911 and ask for help. The driver went back to the pickup spot and I asked to wait for the police, the police dispatcher said that if I was afraid for my personal safety to exit the taxi. I did. The driver took off immediately before the police arrived. I filed a police report, police indicated they had multiple issues with this company. read more

The worse infraction a taxi driver can make is to not pick you up at a time you set up with them. I called earlier in the day to have Patrick pick me up at 5:20 for an appointment. I texted at 5 pm to confirm, then I called at 5:10 again. He picked up, then immediately hung up and then when I called back he put me to his voicemail. Those are the facts. I still like these guys even though they were a total no-show today to get us to the Marin Airporter for a crucial plane trip back east. The lady dispatcher seemed as confused as we were...NOT the way I would run a taxi service. I'm glad they're well rated so this review won't hurt them. Luckily, Ibrahim of "InMarin Taxi" had a great driver (Rubin) at our door in a few minutes. The lesson is: always (always) call a half hour before a cab ride from ANY taxi service in Marin. Great service! I also requested that he wait for me to pick me back up from Novato to SF after my job interview. By the time I was done with my interview, Patrick was already outside waiting for me. Patrick makes living in Marin with a heavy travel schedule easy. Last week I was in NYC and texted him with my flight number, and when my flight arrived 30 minutes early I was sure I'd have to wait. Alas, Patrick had tracked my flight, saw that I was arriving early, and was right there waiting for me. He charged me a flat rate of $80 and specifically told me not to tip him. And on top of all that, I left something very valuable in his taxi and he brought it back to my house the following day free of charge. Patrick is reliable, trustworthy, and someone I look forward to seeing after a long day of travel. He also has a fleet of 6 other cars, so if he's busy, he'll send someone else. I had to get to the Airporter at 5am in the morning to go back to Canada & booked via phone the night before. The early morning pickup went very smooth & they were 10 minutes early, texting me to not wake the family and waited patiently. The car was clean & the driver very friendly.
