Our driver greeted us with a smile, and the car was spotless - no dirty seats or mysterious odors, just crisp cleanliness. Yes, fares lean toward the pricier side, but after a long flight, the stress-free experience (no Uber surge pricing drama, no circling for parking) felt worth every penny. For reliable service that makes you feel like a VIP without the pretension, Alameda Cab nails it.

On pickup, the driver was right on time (in fact a few minutes early and waiting). On pick up from the airport, they connected with us before the flight to confirm, monitored our flight, and were there to pick us up at the curb, - again RIGHT ON TIME. Cars are clean. Drivers are friendly. Highly recommend. Note: We used Alameda Cab years ago, for transport to both Oakland and San Francisco airport. We were very happy to still see them in business!

I never did get a response to any of my attempted contacts. A week before the event a left a voicemail inquiry. No response. Two days later I texted over a detailed itinerary. No response. I waited another day and left a voicemail. Still no response. I wound up hiring another service that responded quickly, provided a quote and perfect service. I'm flummoxed by my horrible experience with Bassa's given the otherwise good reviews here. In my opinion, how a company treats its potential customers is just as important as how they serve their actual clients. All they had to do is say they were unavailable!
