Oh how I miss this restaurant. Of alllll the pisco sours I had in Chile, this place by far had the best made ones. They were fluffy, spicy, yet sour, yet sweet... and the view. Who can argue with that fantastic view.
The food here definitely something to rave about. The ceviche was of great portions and you could taste how fresh the fish and shrimp were. My wife twice ordered the salmon tartar.... I'm literally shaking my head right now thinking of how fantastic it was. That dish is literally a foodies dream with every bite and every taste bud that the flavors indulge.
I would recommend getting to this spot mid-day after lunch, but before the happy hour rush to get a seat on the terrace. Come prepared with a light jacket as well to knock the chill despite it being 80 degrees towards the end of summer.
If I ever return to Valpa, this restaurant is the FIRST stop on my list. Don't miss out! read more
