It had a reduction sauce poured over it to die for. My colleague had marinated steak bites over french fries and rice, with grilled onions and bell peppers with the same reduction sauce, like a thick beef base (no cream). Italian is widely available in Chile and overused in descriptions, I would call this Italian fusion at best; my colleague is from Chile and suggested Peruvian this is where we went, so this Italian title is not 100% accurate, more like 25% since one special out of 4 was pasta based.
