I found Miller's by checking reviews and see why they were all positive. Zack the owner stopped by as well. Quick, neat, professional...fair price. Highly recommend !

I don't hand out 5 stars lightly, and I have only used this company for a smaller plumbing job, but the service was TOP TIER. They responded very quickly through Yelp, someone came by to inspect the issue within the hour - a leaky shower head that two other plumbers had shined me on about for over 5 months - after Eddie came for the inspection he went gave a flat rate quote and went out to get the replacement piece and returned quickly to complete the job. So happy to have a company locally I can trust to be responsive and professional - will definitely recommend and call again. Zachary M.

Good plumbers are hard to find. Chris is a good plumber…read more I know squat about pipes. Hot water heaters are a mystery to me. Drains I kind of understand, but I tried to snake one once and it was a disaster. For plumbing needs, I call a plumber. The first plumber I tried came from one of the local Best of the Capital Region polls. And they were fine. But I didn't really like that the fellow who came out to look at the job and the fellow who came out to do the work were different people. Yes, I realize this is how a lot of home service companies work, and probably most consumers are fine with it. I'm fine with it too. I just like Chris better. Every time I've had to call on Chris, he could have taken me to the cleaners. Each problem had a potentially very expensive fix. But every single time, either through hard work, sheer determination, or just a keen eye, he's been able to get me out of the jam for much much less. When we left the area for a few months and had a family renting our house, I knew that I could call Chris and he would take good care of them. And he did. Most recently, we thought our water heater had died. We were prepared to buy one from him. But he told us there was nothing wrong with the heater. The problem was the circuit breaker box. But he knew a good electrician that he trusted. When a person of integrity give you a recommendation, it's wise to listen. And his electrician was fantastic. Prices are reasonable. Service is great. He's a friendly guy. Deeply knowledgeable. Dependable. Trustworthy. Really, I can't say enough good things.

He called me in the morning on the day of our appointment to verify the time and location. Pete diagnosed my issue but asked lots of questions and was very thorough before making a decision about how to fix the issue. I saw a review with someone complaining about his prices. Guess what folks? A knowledgeable plumber is worth their weight in gold. They deserve what they are paid as they are experts in a critical field. Most importantly, Pete is an incredible human being. Talk to him and you will feel the same way I did. Skip the big business plumbers and go with a local option. Pete gets my recommendation without hesitation.

I called him on a Saturday and left a voicemail not expecting a call back until Monday, but I was pleasantly surprised that he called me back just a few hours later and apologized that he didn't call back sooner. We were able to schedule an appointment for the next day, we texted some photos and the clear description of what the issue was, and he came with all the parts to fix the issue in a single visit. While he was not cheap, it would have saved money if we called him first instead of calling and paying the two other plumbers for their attempts. He's our first call going forward for any plumbing issues

We were pleased enough with their quality of work, honesty, and reasonableness in pricing that we've continued to call upon them ever since as a situation arose. Our most recent need for service was to replace a hot water heater that I noticed was leaking on Christmas Eve. A call to Dave Franchini in the early morning of Boxing Day and he was able to come to the house in about an hour to examine the problem. His offer to replace the heater that very day was like receiving an enormous Boxing Day gift. Five hours later we had a new power vented gas hot water heater fully operational at a very reasonable price. There should be no doubt that I wholeheartedly recommend Franchini Plumbing. Please note that I've submitted updated information to Yelp to reflect that Dave's father, Marino, has retired, so the name, address, and phone number have changed to reflect Dave Franchini as the sole owner. Franchini Plumbing and Heating is located at 50 Longwood Dr. in Clifton Park, NY and Dave can be reached at (518) 858-6826.
