So we came back about an hour or so later and ended up having to still wait a little bit but, they have a large, comfortable, and very clean waiting area! They also have water bottles available to customers, which I think is smart at any tattoo shop. Everyone was super nice. They run the facility very professionally. By the time the piercer got there, he had a few people waiting other than us but was great about taking his time with my friend. Chris was very nice, professional and extremely clean. He made sure to ask my friend what exactly he wanted and it was quick and painless and affordable! I am loyal to my tattoo artist but if I ever needed somewhere new to check out I would definitely go back. I plan on returning to that piercer to get my nose done! So if you're looking for a nearby trustworthy tattoo shop, definitely check them out. I'll share a few pictures of the waiting area. He's also very particular when it comes to details and makes sure your tat looks perfect before you leave. The pictures I'm posting here are from the last one he did for me. It's a tribute to my mom and I got it done in 3 sessions. I'm so happy she got to see the results of the first 2 but unfortunately she passed away before it could be finished. I couldn't even mention that to Aaron because I'm still having a hard time coming to terms with her loss... Thanks to him though, I have her close to me every second of the day. On the rework for my old tattoo, there was more pain than on the first one-- being scar tissue and what not. Andrew was dope and talked me through it, he came in clutch when I needed it! Thanks dude. The line work on my new piece is so pretty! He took his time setting up and following sanitation processes, which I loved. They use these dope bandages, similar to what they stick an IV on you with in the ER, I don't recall the proper name. Anyway, this guy's got a great hand and was super gentle, and super chill. I read reviews regarding bad customer service, and I mean, I didn't get that at all. One guy there, I didn't catch his name, was super extroverted and i would dare say bordered on social butterfly level, while everyone else seemed more introverted. You know what, that's okay, not everyone has to be extroverted. I enjoyed my experience a lot. And can't wait to go back. Thanks y'all!

My friend and I decided to check it out. I got my fourth piercing on my left ear, and she got her helix done. The experience was great, they were professional, CLEAN, and gentle through the entire process. Hank walked us through the process, and Phil oversaw the placement of the piercing and the piercer. I went back recently with a coworker- she got three piercings (her nose and a third earring on both ears), and I got my fourth again but on the right this time. This time, Ashley took care of us, and I absolutely loved her! (She works on Thursdays) Also, works full time in a hospital with needles, so she's clearly experienced. I was unsure if I wanted more than one, and there no pressure at all. She made us feel super comfortable. Both times I've visited, I've had the pleasure of meeting Erica, who is currently training to become a piercer and tattoo artist. She is so sweet, and I can't wait to come back and try her once she's ready! Overall the entire team is very hospitable, it's family owned and most importantly it's clean and they are skilled piercers here! I'm excited to keep coming back and becoming a regular!
