Got a tattoo in 2024, wasnt ever going to say anything and just live with it but its crazy how messed up my tattoo was. Was so excited for how it looked when i walked out. Months later, i started to notice scarring all over the tattoo. Reached out to artist. Said it dont look too bad i should increase moisture. As if i already dont wear lotion on the daily lol and uncented as i was told so i adapted to that lotion. Months later i dont hear back anymore. Tattoo looks horrible. Will forever refer everyone i know to go anywhere but here. Really thought it was going to create a good relationship and get the rest of my stuff here but never GIn.

    YEAH!

Jake did awesome!! I'm so happy with my Chris Cornell signature on my wrist!!!! I think I'm gonna be keeping Jake real busy in the near future!

Great service, fast and professional, extremely relaxed atmosphere, great vibes. Jake was extremely courteous, fast and professional as well as sociable.

I had high hopes for this place because of the reviews but maybe it just wasn't our day. Walk ins are welcomed as it stated on the front of the building. Which was understood by us, we paid a deposit of $60, sent the photos through airdrop so whoever was doing our tattoo knew exactly what we wanted (which was simple and small) & told us they were able to take us at 5:30. First we did the ear piercing. The ear piercer did an amazing job hence why I gave a 3 stars, he was great and gave clear instruction for during/after care. Very good with his piercings quick and easy.. piercings would go back to. After that we left to come back at 5:30, we arrived and waited.. and waited.. and a man asked if we were waiting and said he will be right with us and went outside. (At the time we didn't know his name) but when we went into the booth it stated "Scotty" Now my problem is, when a time is given to me it should be respected. Granted it was a walk in, BUT we were also given a time. So, he asked what we were getting.. which he should have known IF the photos were sent to him which I sent to another guy at the time of the deposit. He stated he had it but it was no where in his photos... hm so I airdropped it, fine. He fixed the flowers and started the stencil. Now, I shall say I don't mind when other people are in the room handling our tattoo items but they should also be wearing gloves as well.. unsure of who the lady was with Scotty... conversations were long and we just wanted to get in and get out. She also cut our stencils without gloves.. granted she's not touching us but I'm a stickler for cross contamination and cleanliness. When he finished he also tried shooting his gloves in the trash and missed. It's a cute tattoo but his lines weren't clean...(maybe it's because there was so many distractions) but for .... $130 for a little flower.. I don't think it was worth it. It was $200 for the both of us when paying on top of the initial $60 deposit. I do give places a try and I know every tattoo artist is different, but this wasn't it for me

Art did an AMAZING job. I can't stop looking at my new tattoo. He took the time to figure out different stencils that would work for me. And the one he came up with was perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better tat. Will definitely be back!

On the rework for my old tattoo, there was more pain than on the first one-- being scar tissue and what not. Andrew was dope and talked me through it, he came in clutch when I needed it! Thanks dude. The line work on my new piece is so pretty! He took his time setting up and following sanitation processes, which I loved. They use these dope bandages, similar to what they stick an IV on you with in the ER, I don't recall the proper name. Anyway, this guy's got a great hand and was super gentle, and super chill. I read reviews regarding bad customer service, and I mean, I didn't get that at all. One guy there, I didn't catch his name, was super extroverted and i would dare say bordered on social butterfly level, while everyone else seemed more introverted. You know what, that's okay, not everyone has to be extroverted. I enjoyed my experience a lot. And can't wait to go back. Thanks y'all!

I complimented her on the fullness and brightness of her lips, and that's when she stated to me that she had a lips tattooed.... Immediately after, I knew I would have to get mine tattoo/tinted because how good it looked. I was very hesitant on where to go because this is permanent, and its on my face.. FINALLY after looking for the right person, I found Robyn at Ink & Arch, and I am SO glad I did. Robyns work is so beyond what this review can describe. From the moment I walked into her studio I felt like I made the right decision. She took her time penciling out my lip line before she got started tattooing. The lining was clean and accurate, she checked in with me the whole time to make sure how I felt about it. She did great penciling out my lips so I trusted her to proceed. We looked at colors, which she has very many of and I chose a pinkish/light red color (mixed two colors together) After the tattoo processing began, I was nervous naturally and of course it hurt just a bit but this is all expected. Robyn checked on me throughout the whole appointment to make sure I was ok! Upon completion, Robyn pulled up a mirror to my lips, I was in complete shock-- I absolutely LOVED my lips, the lining was FLAWLESS. I honestly couldn't believe how great my lips looked. The best feeling is waking up in the morning and looking lively because of my lips. I have received tons of compliments on my lips, sometimes I want to play it off like its my natural lip but I cannot because that means I wouldn't be able to rave about Robyn work. If you have the slightest inclining that you want to do it, just book, she will not disappoint! Ps- PRIOR to my appointment with Robyn, I was planning on getting fillers after my lips healed from the tattoo. I no longer needed to do that because the color added so much fullness and boldness to my lips so I decided to skip out on the fillers. I am so happy with my decision! (Lips tattooed June/21, Still very pleased with the results)

Since apparently WeddingWire/TheKnot censor their bad reviews, here it is for Yelp, the only…read morereputable company left: Complete disaster, my makeup was a cakey, flakey mess the day-of from start to finish. If you want a beautiful, glowy look on your day of, make sure she doesn't send you the in-training amateurs like she did to me! I would not trust this company ever again though and do NOT recommend. Read on for details: Had a great trial run with Dana, was then hard to get a hold of Traci, the owner, the week leading up to my wedding - short one-word responses until 2 days before my wedding she finally tells me Dana can't make it, ended up sending me 3 amateurs who completely screwed up by not putting primer on any of us and ALL 9 OF US were a cakey, flakey, DRY MESS. DO NOT RECOMMEND. This cost me $480 for the trial and $2044 for the day-of, PLUS a $300 "non-refundable" deposit fee. TOTAL SCAM. When I tried to contact Traci, she first tried threatening me with her lawyer, then tried to backtrack, only to ultimately block me and cower out of trying to make any sort of amends aside from offering me 50% off of FUTURE services. Are you kidding me??? YOU couldn't pay ME to sit through that again! Get real lady! She knows she sent me complete amateurs and that's why she blocked me instead of at least giving me a partial refund, which is something any bsuiness with an ounce of integrity would do. I will for sure be reporting this to the BBB. Now here are the details: I actually made sure to take up close pics of it all day throughout the day, including in direct sunlight and even at night to make sure it lasted all through the day - and it did. it was absolutely FLAWLESS all day, not a single cakey flake in sight, and my braid and curls lasted through the whole day. I actually had to do my own braid because apparently none of them actually knew how to braid (even though I sent her multiple inspo pics of what I wanted in advance). They also forgot to bring lipstick? They did not have the colors that Dana used at all, and Bre whipped out only 2 lip glosses that looked nothing like my skin tone or remotely close to the colors Dana had used. I had to use my own emergency backup lip color, which was kind of dark but the only one I brought since I was going to use it in the evening for touch-ups. Now, the cakiness was apparent RIGHT away, and my curls in my hair did not even last me walking onto the aisle. I literally walked onto that aisle with SUPER caked up makeup and NO CURLS. AND Bre got the airbrush in my hair, too... It was too late before I noticed it. It looked like a gray streak in my hair for half the day. Not to mention the fact that ALL 9 of my bridesmaids, mother AND mother-in-law-to-be all independently each came to tell me the SAME THING; THEIR MAKEUP WAS DRY AND CAKEY. And some were too dark:/orange in the face. 3 of them had skin breakouts/rashes/reactions, I was told the makeup "artists" did NOT use any primer, applicators and did NOT CLEAN THEIR BRUSHES BETWEEN PEOPLE. THIS IS NOT PROFESSIONAL WORK. You can see the stark difference between Dana and Bre's work labeled in the photos attached. Dana is a professional makeup artist. Bre is a complete amaetur at BEST. I can do my makeup better than her, and looking back at these closeups, I really wish I had. Traci took forever to respond to me the week leading up to my wedding, which really stressed me out. She was the only vendor I had that was difficult to get a hold of. It was like. pulling. teeth. I tried to look for other vendors but 2 days before the wedding and with so much left to do, and had also sent her a non-refundable $300 deposit, I felt like I had no choice but to stick with her. Then there is the fact that all my bridesmaids were upset with their makeup. They told me crayons were being used?? The brushes were not being cleaned, no applicators used, hot pinks in place of neutral mayves, LINE OF GLITTER where no one asked for any! My black bridesmaid said they did not know how to do her makeup and made her look pale/dead, and that they added heat to her hair after she specifically told them NOT to. Amongst so many other issues that all added up. I am starting to wonder if this was all some kind of cruel joke? II tried to ask for a partial refund, but was ultimately threatened with lawyer talk, given countless excuses - from accusing me of having bad skin to the weather being the issue (LOL, the weather was literally perfect that day high of 72 with low humidity) - and ultimately told to talk to the other makeup "artist" Bre and then BLOCKED me, who also then promptly blocked me. :| Do not recommend.

She was great on the phone and her gallery was beautiful. She lost my contract which I have a copy…read moreof the email where I sent it to her in December. She rearranged the date and time of practice sitting after promising me that she wouldn't. I specifically mentioned that I was hiring her because others kept changing times. She talked constantly during the practice sitting. She interrupts and her young daughter was quite the distraction. I didn't like eyeliner on the inside of my lash line because it closes my eyes. She said it was because of the false lashes. She tried to change the time of my makeup for the wedding--THREE DAYS BEFORE THE WEDDING. I didn't know when I booked with her if two of my bridesmaids would make it. So I told her that I would meet her minimum with other family or friends. She must have forgotten and then canceled. Told me that she would refund my deposit and never did. Stopped responding to texts. Told me she would call but didn't. Because I booked too far in advance, I couldn't dispute the charge to my credit card. I never got my refund. Never will. She may have been very good at make-up. But to cancel on a bride willing to pay tells me she probably got a better offer. It was a stress I didn't need. I did my own makeup and it turned out great! I read other reviews on Google where she overcharged other people as well. I should have done more research. At least I didn't need to take a Xanax!
