I drive an hour every time because this is the only place I get my tattoo's done. No matter what I envision for my tattoo, Frank takes it and turns it into an even better masterpiece. He's awesome going free hand or stencil. Of course you can take my word for it, but check him out for yourself as well. His Instagram is fn_monte97. You'll never be disappointed. He makes you feel like family and is always punctual. Franks section is always very clean. This place is f*cking horrible. Marco couldn't care less about the quality of work he puts out, and he's creepy as hell & had a weird vibe. While doing a large piece tattoo on me, he kept messing up details on the drawing, and now it's there forever. It was him and I alone in a room during my 4 hr long session & he put on a vulgar TV show that included nudity and kept urging me to watch or making comments on the bodies of the girls on tv. Im truly so upset. I asked for a light piece, and told him i didn't want it to be harsh or dark. I got exactly what i didn't want. He's a jerk. read more

Beware!!!! I wish I could give zero stars because of the horrible experience I had with Bighead. I went to him to get a cover up tattoo on my chest and it turned out horribly. He did a bunch of unnecessary shading to my tattoo and made it so dark that it looks nothing like what I expected. It looks like a big blob of black ink. I explained to him how disappointed I was and he agreed to fix his mistakes. He told me to come back in 1 month and I did and I totally regret it because he only made the tattoo look worse. I asked for a refund as well as for him to pay for the removal of the bad tattoo. He agreed that he would give me my $800 I paid for the tattoo but wouldn't agree to paying for the removal. Nevertheless I went for my tattoo removal consultation and it was brought to my attention that what had happened to me is called a blowout tattoo which is the artist fault because the artist added way too much ink which resulted in the extremely dark messy color. In order to remove the tattoo it would cost me $4399, to remove the entire shading of the tattoo will be $ 2699. I asked for him to send me my $800 refund in which he still has not done and now he will not answer my calls or messages. I will now have to result to judicial remedies to try and retrieve money for the removal and the cost of the bad tattoo. I ask myself how did something that was supposed to be so beautiful turn into a freaking nightmare. You would think an artist would take pride in his work and make sure his clients are happy and not walking around with bad work on their body that will obviously be a bad reflection on the artist but bighead doesn't care. Bigheads arrogance, lack of care and integrity will definitely catch up to him one day. I hope this information deters anyone that is thinking of having him do a tattoo on their body. I would never recommend that anyone goes to him because if he makes a mistake he will not hold himself accountable and take responsibility. Not to mention you take a chance in him doing what he wants instead of what you actually ask for. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere where people actually care about their clients, that will give you what you ask and pay for and will make sure you're happy with their work. read more

Marco was great!!! Super Clean shop and very welcoming! I had a request for a surgical scar to be covered.. I have been self conscience of for 15 years, Marco drew up a couple beautiful lotus flowers with some vines surrounding it with much detail he even sprayed to area with lidocaine when I became too uncomfortable! This is a hidden gem. Marco is a great artist. Check out some of the pictures on the facebook page. He does amazing work. Any other tattoos I get will be from this place. He is reasonable on pricing. I would suggest contacting him ahead of time for an appointment, but I think they also accept walk ins. He worked for about 4 hours on my upper arm and he was true to his word when he said I would get tired before he did. I came here as a walk-in and waited only 30 minutes. It was my first tattoo but the owner Marco made me feel so comfortable. I was getting something small in memory of my grandpa and I was more than in love w the finished product. He executed exaaaaactly what I wanted. DEFINITELY recommend. read more

If you're looking for the perfect tattoo go see frank. His talent and eye is unbelievable. I got one cover up done on my run by him and he was very patient with me. Cuz that one was painful. He took my idea and made it 10x better. He also did a a paw print tattoo for me in honor of my dogs. I told him he can do whatever he wanted and I am obsessed. read more
