I LOVE FIVE-O!!! They've done all my tattoos and I am in love with them all. I've made appointments and I've been a walk in and everyone there is so friendly and nice. The shop is incredibly clean and everyone is very professional but also keep a laid back environment that makes you feel comfortable. And some of their workers either currently or previously worked as a paramedic, police officer, military, etc. They work with your ideas and make it come to life and they are all so talented. Jeff has done almost all of my tattoos and the artwork he does is beyond amazing. I also went this summer to get my nose pierced and the woman was phenomenal, professional, made sure I was comfortable and answered any questions I had. And they're quick to answer emails/Facebook messages. No matter where I go in life I will always make the drive and will only trust five-o to do my tattoos. And of course their pricing is completely reasonable. For the art they do I would never question their pricing. I'm sure all of their artists are amazing but my recommendation is Jeff!!!

The owners--Steve and Stacy--are wonderful. They made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. We travelled 2hrs to check out this place because we wanted an LEO friendly place for our LEO tattoos and it was definitely worth the drive. I got my tattoo done on the same day we went for our consult and Steve is currently working on my husband's design. This may just be our forever tattoo shop.

They have 3 very talented and knowledgeable tattoo artists there along with a piercer. It's great you can get a little retail therapy in while your there as well. I have over a dozen tattoos and this is one of my favorite places to go. The guys there are great! Very laid back, comfortable and willing to help you get what you really want. I've never had any mistakes or regrets and love all my work from them! Cannot wait to go back and add more to my collection :)

I met Jeff and the crew at the ITOA Conference. Told him what I was looking for and he had a sketch drawn up for me in a day. Never expected Jeff (owner) to be the one doing my tattoo but of all the tattoos I have this was the best experience! The atmosphere in the shop was great and everyone was friendly! Very clean too! Highly recommend this shop to anyone and I will be sending everyone I know that wants a tattoo to this shop! Can't wait to go back to get more work done! read more

Joanna is amazing! She has such a pleasant presence and you can just tell how much she takes pride in her work. I feel so lucky to have found her, I couldn't be more happy with my tattoo! She tattooed my two cats in a heart and I just love it so much! I just got the tattoo two days ago and have gotten dozens of compliments! I can't wait to go back! Thank you so much Joanna!! I do recommend Joanna who did my powder brows. Love the results. She is super talented and skilled artist. Thanks to Joanna my face looks so much better - it's like having my brows done every day by a professional make up artist. I have been very loyal to my tattoo artist. In having a conversation with a friend, I was reminded that everyone brings something different to the table so I was ready to try something new. I have been following Five O Tattoo for about 6 months and was very impressed with what I was seeing and reading about this shop. SO, I had my fifth tattoo done last night by Paul. When I met with Paul for the consult, he immediately put me at ease. I gave him a general description of what I wanted and it was like he read my mind. He far exceeded what I was thinking and I absolutely love the end result. The shop is very clean, the staff is very friendly and professional. I got my first tattoo done here June of this year. The artist Paul was terrible, and to mention that he said it was his first time doing a foot tattoo. When it was finished it looked great and then after a few days the color started to fade and part of the tattoo was missing. Would not recommend him. read more

If your are looking for a QUALITY and PROFESSIONAL tattoo shop this is DEFINITELY NOT the place!!! By far hands down the most UNPROFESSIONAL tattoo shop around! No PROFESSIONAL tattoo artists are to be found anywhere in this "shop". This "shop" consists of a couple of cops experimenting their lack of skills on your body! They have NO PROFESSIONAL experience in the art of tattooing, no professionalism in operating a shop and lack customer service! At this "shop" they have employees "practicing" tattooing! I went there for a small 3 letter tattoo, and it was so poorly done, it resulted in a "blowout". When brought to the attention of the owner, his lack of experience and professionalism resulted in him blaming the POOR tattoo on my lack of aftercare! He was so uneducated with tattooing, that he didn't even know or comprehend the meaning of a "blowout tattoo". Needless to say, I had to seek out a PROFESSIONAL to fix the disaster this shop tattooed on my arm. I have ELEVEN other tattoos, my artist is ill with kidney failure, hence why I went here on a recommendation, and have NEVER once had an issue with any of them. He did offer to fix it, but my question was how can he fix it if he can't even understand the true meaning of a blowout tattoo! PLEASE BEWARE and THINK TWICE before entering this so called "tattoo shop"!... After all, a tattoo is PERMANENT. Do you want their mistake on your body for the rest of your life?! read more

Blaming being short staffed on Sunday but that was irrelevant. Then also told me I have to pay for new jewelry even if it is their fault on sizing. I wanted to love them so bad. The shop is so cute and the girls are sweet. But the lack of communication is ridiculous. Especially since I messaged them before 7:30pm yesterday to say I'm coming!

It got so bad I had to go to another tattoo shop to have it looked at. Turns out the jewelry was not medical grade and the post was so short, the swelling had caused the infection to form in the newly pierced skin. I ended up having to go to urgent care to get on antibiotics for the infection as my lymph nodes in my neck were swollen. I am extremely unhappy as I have heard so many great things about this shop. Plastic isn't for new piercings.

My girls have brought in pictures of styles they want for dances and they are able to replicate them at a reasonable price!!! I went to Five-O Tattoo for my first tattoo, and I cannot say enough good things about this place. First, Steve, Stacey, and Joanna were all absolutely amazing. Steve drew me an absolutely spectacular, original design, and Joanna did an amazing job creating it! Stacey was fantastic as well! They made me feel so welcome and safe, and made what could have been a very intimidating experience feel very exciting. You can also tell really clearly that all of the artists and employees enjoy working there and truly respect each other, which makes for a really homey and lovely environment. If I'd had the cash on me I probably would have tipped a full 100% because of how great the experience was lol. Exceptional work and people, clean as can be, and fantastic value! I am proud to say that my 18-year-old daughter chose Five-O for her nose piercing and my tattoo because of their police and military service background. Steve did my puzzle piece tattoo, and even though I'm sure for him it was easy and simple, he made me very happy with the results. He and his wife, Stacey, had me laughing and hardly noticing the actual procedure. In fact, I was almost disappointed when Steve finished so quickly since the conversation was so enjoyable! Steve prompted me to repeat his verbal aftercare instructions, and when I faltered, he made sure to give me a written handout. I followed Joanna to Five-O Tattoo for permanent makeup. I had my brows first done by her four years ago and recently she did my lips. I keep coming back for touch-up every year to keep my brows looking natural and great. I love them and feel much better since having them done. I save so much time every day, by not having to draw them on. My lips, after just one session, are beautiful, with my natural shape refined and color restored. Joanna with her artistic background, eye for details and pleasant disposition is highly recommend! I don't mind one hour drive to get the results I love. read more

Jeff is not only a gifted artist but also a top notch person! He took so much time to make sure the placement was meticulous and exactly what I wanted. His skills are amazing; the color, linework and shading he did are incredible. I was very nervous about finding the right person to cover up an old tattoo, but Jeff and Kelly made me feel super comfortable throughout the long job. I have had 15 + tattoos done by the folks at Five O and they are all fantastic! Every artist there has tattooed me, and I would high recommend each and every artist there! I look forward to getting in there for my next tattoo, hopefully sometime soon! The staff is very professional and will work with you to get your idea in to motion and eventually on your skin. Paul did my first flower tattoo. It's a beautiful design and execution. I'll be coming back for more from him also Steve and Jeff. Five-O-Tattoo is a very clean place. The guys have a great sense of humor but are super serious about keeping everyone safe from blood born diseases. Even cooties don't have a chance. Stacey makes you feel welcome. Went here for a nose piercing which was very nicely done by Paul. I highly recommend going here for anyone considering a tattoo as i am getting Friday and/or a nose piercing. Everything is priced fairly & righteously. Its a very clean facility as well as their procedures too. The facility itself is very presentable & not sketchy as most tattoo facilities are. Went in with a couple friends to get some piercings.... Jeff was awesome and did a great job with the 3 piercings I got! I had a bad experience at a different shop with a nose piercing- I can already tell this one was done correctly! The shop is super clean and Jeff was very precise. I've had tattoos/piercings done at 6 or 7 different shops and Five-O is so far my favorite. Highly recommended :) will for sure be coming back for a tattoo as well. read more

I got my septum and rook pierced here a little while ago for only $45 (an extra $5 for a titanium piece of jewelry) and that's probably the cheapest I've ever paid for any piercing led alone two. The guy who did my piercings was super cool and helped ease my nerves. A very sanitary place and an overall great experience!! Will definitely be going back! read more
