I went in less than a week ago to get my flat pierced (another form of helix piercing). I never write reviews but I saw two others like my experience and wanted to share. The piercing was fine for the first 48 hours, but after, it started to throb tremendously. I have 14 other piercings including a conch, and have never experienced this pain. It got so bad I had to go to another tattoo shop to have it looked at. Turns out the jewelry was not medical grade and the post was so short, the swelling had caused the infection to form in the newly pierced skin. I ended up having to go to urgent care to get on antibiotics for the infection as my lymph nodes in my neck were swollen. I am extremely unhappy as I have heard so many great things about this shop. Plastic isn't for new piercings. read more

Took all three kids here for Ear Piercings! Lisa was Awesome from start to finish! She talked to them the whole time and made them super comfortable. Not a tear was shed and they were all super happy with their results! Lisa choreographed the conversation so well that when it came time to get poked they were too focused on the chat to notice! Chris & Lisa are the nicest couple! And we love their work. A few months ago I got a small ear tattoo & a piercing. Both turned out amazing & I couldn't be happier. I'm allergic to most metals~ so the plastic earring was perfect for me! You won't get an infection unless you don't treat your piercings correctly. Just follow the written directions they hand out~ easy peasy! Today, I had an old janky tattoo covered up. I LOVE it!! I'm not embarrassed by a tattoo anymore!! I'd recommend Ink 180 to anyone! Ink 180 was absolutely the best experience. My husband and I took our 17 year old to get her nose pierced. The owner who does the piercings was nothing short of AMAZING. She made us feel so comfortable with doing this. When we walked in it actually smelled really good. I have no experience in these types of places but it was more pleasant than I could imagine. It was extremely clean. She broke down the entire process and allowed my daughter to pick the spot on her nose she wanted pierced (within reason of her first suggestion). Once we were done she gave us a free clear nose stud for my daughter to play basketball in. I thoroughly enjoyed this visit and will take my kids back there anytime we need something like this. read more

I had a cover up done here 4+ years ago... HOW ARE THEY STILL OPEN? Horrific tattoo cover up turning lettering into a purple blob of a disaster. They were supposed to be orchids... turned out looking like nothing such. More so like a child's coloring book in my opinion. Ended up having to get it RECOVERED-UP, a thousand dollars later by another tattoo artist. I remember the guy saying he'd fix it, as if I would ever let him work on me again. I had the amazing opportunity to meet both owners and I loved this place! I had a scar coverup tattoo done here by Chris just yesterday and I'm so in love with my tattoo! He really did an amazing job and the tattoo looks beautiful!! He was very down to earth and patient when I expressed that certain places were more painful than others. I was in last night for my first tattoo. Let me be blunt; I am THEE WORST- I debated this tattoo forever and was nervous about the permanent nature of the tattoo and the location and the pain and pretty much all aspects of the process. I acknowledge I was no easy customer. Chris and his team were SO PATIENT with me and listened to exactly what I wanted and didn't get frustrated or upset when I changed my mind at the last minute and went with something a little different. He actually encouraged my tentativeness and appreciated my hesitation and thought I put into the process which made me relax and feel validated rather than embarrassed and difficult. I chose a location that might fade and Chris told me his concerns but let me make my own decision full well knowing the risks of what I had chosen. It was a great experience from the moment I walked in, nervous and sweating, to the moment I left, completely in love with my new little tat!! I would never go anywhere else if I want another tattoo. We love INC 180! My husband got us wedding band tattoos for my birthday present, I have always wanted them. I am Greek so I wanted the Greek Key for our bands, I had looked other places but no one else seemed to want the challenge. Chris had no problem finding the design I wanted, he did a awesome job! Lisa helped me fix my belly button ring that had closed, she is go patient and gentle. When my daughter turned 16 she wanted her nose pierced, not a ring just a pretty little stone so of course we went back to Lisa, she pierced not only my daughters but my nose too! Shout out to Ink 180 for the horrible infection in my ear. They pierced my cartilage with PLASTIC, and didn't tell me that. Now i have an infection on both sides of my ear. I had to go to another tattoo shop to have it removed and now i need a doctors appointment. Never again will i be back. So mad since this was suppose to be such a good place. read more

Plastic doesn't belong in ears guys. Chris tried to explain to me what bioflex is and being in the medical field, I'm aware of what it is. This isn't something a person should be pierced with. After the healing process, yes it's fine to use. But plastic doesn't belong in wounds. read more

I want to start off by saying what an awesome ministry I think this is, but I was highly dissatisfied with his customer service. I heard about Chris's ministry through my church and since my boyfriend had previously been in jail and had jail tattoos I thought it was a sign from God connecting us with a perfect solution. With my boyfriend struggling to find work with jail made neck tattoos that held his past over his head and me being on disability for a back injury we didn't have much to our name; still we drove over an hour to go see Chris to see if there was anything he could do. We asked for a quote to remove them and he said he would do them for free since they were done in jail. Super excited, we anxiously awaited his first appointment. Wanting to give back to his mission I started sharing his work with everyone I knew, I thought it was absolutely amazing how he was changing people's lives who have struggled. We went to the first appointment where he did half of his neck and tipped him for his generosity and work and set up another appointment. We came back for his next appointment and he did the other side of his neck and again we tipped him. Then, I got my aunt to pay for a "coming out of depression" tattoo because I had always struggled with depression and I couldn't think of anyone more perfect than God's disciple to do the piece. So my boyfriend set up his third appointment for removal and I set up my tattoo which Chris priced at $150. Ecstatic we waited three weeks for our appointment to come. The day of our appointments, Chris texted me and said he had to cancel, but he'd make sure to get us in soon. I texted and called a few times throughout the week and he never returned a text or a call. It has now been well over a month and he has not reached out to either of us. We ended up going to another shop, but I was very disappointed in how this was handled. I understand that there could be more to the situation that I don't know, but as a customer who was driving an hour to go see him and was loyal in spreading his ministry I was very let down. read more
