I decided on the Daith piercing which can be a little spicy in the best of times. My piercer took her time, explained every step of the process, and the piercing went smoothly. After she was finished, she told me how to take care of my new piercing and answered all my questions-and there were a lot of questions. Overall, I am very pleased and will go back again.

My daughter received a total of 3 piercings and I received one piercing - paid north of $700. The first time one of my daughter's piercings fell out, they fixed it with no questions asked, no documentation needed. It fell out again this morning, the person who helped us EVERY SINGLE TIME, asked for an original receipt before they put the piercing back in. We didn't have the original receipt and they only had the signed waivers (seriously?!?!?). The person who rang us out each time said the person who rang us out (you) must have not sent you the original receipt and the waivers aren't enough. We showed him the receipt where they fixed it a couple weeks ago and we weren't asked for documentation then and he still refused to perform the service without payment. We paid him the $65 and he told us to take it up with corporate (we will be) and kept saying how nice he was and we shouldn't be angry. The piercer had the nerve to want a tip after this interaction. Good luck with that! Niceness + incompetence doesn't = great customer service. Stay far away from this place.
