I was searching for a place to get my flat pierced, and I came across this studio. They had good reviews so I decided to try it out and they did not disappoint! I was a walk-in, but I was in and out of the place in around 15 minutes! They didn't have a lot of jewelry choices for silver, but I was fine with having a small ball piercing. They also let you choose between a butterfly or a flat back. The lady at the front desk was also my piercer. She was really nice and informative, made sure I was happy before proceeding any further, and was overall lovely! The entire establishment was clean and sanitary. I was a walk-in, but waited less than ten minutes in the front before being taken back for my two piercings. Kiara was very nice and friendly and did a wonderful job. She took the time to make sure I got the right size studs to accommodate the swelling that usually happens whenever I get my ears pierced. The whole thing took less than twenty minutes & cost $30 per piercing. The place was very clean and had a welcoming vibe. It was pretty empty otherwise, but is quite large in the back. I have been searching for different tattoo parlors to get my next tattoo and I came across Inkfusion while I was in the Astoria area. I walked in and immediately I was greeted very nicely by one of the artists. He asked me what kind of a tattoo was I looking to get and where. After a few minutes of me explaining my tattoo idea, he made a few recommendations and he also recommended Sebastian to perform this piece, as Sebastian specializes in fine lines. Sebastian greeted me and we discussed what my idea was for my tattoo, he suggested some ideas and shortly, sat me down and started working on my tattoo which is placed on my left trapezius. The tattoo itself is about 6 to 7 inches long and is three words so it took him about anywhere from 15 to 20 minutes to complete, but it must've been the most painless tattoo I have. I love how fine the lining came out, and how clean it looks. I am 100% satisfied with the work that Sebastian did and will definitely be coming back for my next tattoo. read more

Did a walk-in lobe piercing on a Saturday afternoon. It was very fast, clean, and the piercer was very friendly and informative.

Very clean shop, extremely professional employees. I came in to get a septum piercing done, it hurt like hell for anyone looking to do that particular piece. The tattoo artist/piercer was very supportive and just made the whole experience very comfortable. I can't wait to switch this piece out! Keep in mind there aren't many people doing the septum because of having to remove the mask because of Covid-19 luckily I mentioned i had both vaccines done and did the piercing for me. I went to Inkfusion on Saturday after I lost the ball to my nipple ring in the shower Friday night. InkPac was such the gentleman he helped me and changed my piercing jewelry and also educated me by letting me know a 16 gauge bar is what I had so I know what to order when I order jewelry online. He also taught me I could order 16 gauge bigger balls and keep my barbell in, these are the things I weren't taught when I had got my piercings done over 10 years ago. This place was the last stop for my tattoo search my cousins and I just decided that this day was the day because we had put it off far too long. We searched all up and down the Bronx and nothing! Anyways I got referred to this artist by my sister who's been getting her tattoos done by artist McKay for years so it was only natural to give him a try. The place is very clean good music and a very live atmosphere. Located near lots of bars and restaurants which means you can enjoy a drink or good eats afterwards. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming which is a plus for me. I thought what was cool was we did a last minute walk in and he took all 4 of us now that's what I call service but I definitely recommend making rsvp because he is always busy. Hi, anyone going for tattoo, know this: Ask Artist hourly rate not by project, These people are not real artist, but do tracing and tracing can be done by any monkey, in lot less time. I was robbed with money/wasted waiting time of nearly 1.5 hours for him. I Think his name is Giovanni the owner (chubby guy), claims to be an artist by showing his (or someone's work). I specifically told him to make Line art of Krishna God Tattoo, but he just traced it like any monkey or child can do. The face of god came out Oval and lines thick/heavy as he just TRACED IT, not using his own judgement. Then claims oval face will magically look skinnier if i straighten my back. He quoted me $900 for back piece (half back). I was thinking it must be alot of work, as he booked me for all day. The guy was done in 3 hours or less. I said what you are charging me $300/hr, even doctors don't make that much? I said any monkey or kid can do tracing. Also This place I agree about Hrisi B. My friend and I were on our way to a different shop to get pierced when we walked by this place. I happened to look up as we were walking by catching pokemons (don't judge) and I said let's go in. The place is brand spanking new (approximately 2 months). We got pierced by a lovely gentleman whose name I didn't ask for because I'm a self-absorbed brat (UPDATE: his name is Giovanni) and also I was pooping a little because I was nervous. She got her nose done and I got my lip done and it was quick. He knew what he was doing, all of his instruments were clean and new. He explained the pre- intra- and post piercings exactly as it was. I went in this weekend to get a helix piercing redone after my old one healed over. The staff were very professional and I was taken care of quickly; they were also great about informing me how to care for it while it heals. I don't usually write reviews but I am going to start leaving a review for every service provider that drops the ball on providing adequate service. I recently visited Inkfusion Tattoo Studio to have a Tattoo done by Alex located at 30-28 Steinway St, Queens, NY. I am very happy with the tattoo that I received but the customer service that I received from the artist was not what I expected. Days leading up to my tattoo date the artist caught an attitude because he had to change the tattoo design more than once. During the duration of the tattoo he did not speak to me which was fine. After the tattoo was done I was told I could reach out with any questions that I had, after the fact I did have a few questions. When I reached out to ask my questions I received attitude for doing so. What service providers fail to realize is that no matter who the client is the client is supposed to be treated with kindness and taken care of. I hate that service providers treat you according to your social media status, which is not right at all. He is a great artist @Big.Alex but he needs to take a customer service course ASAP read more
