I got an automatic reply that it would take a day or two for them to get back to me. It took a few days longer than that (maybe 4-5 days), but that didn't bother me. The facility was very clean and everyone I talked to was super friendly. Uriel (the artist who did my tattoo) was great, he listened to my idea for the tattoo and was able to make a quick mock up to confirm it was what I had in mind. I'm ecstatic about the amount of detail he was able to include in the design (the tattoo is about 3.5" by 2"). The small skeletons include so much more detail than I thought would be possible, and the shading on the tattoo looks great, especially around the bells. He did say that some of the detail might be lost when the tattoo scabs over and fully heals, but that I'd be able to come back in for touch ups if that happens.

Called and sent them a fb message. Not once did anyone mention they stop taking walk in at 7:30pm. I drove 25 min each way. Gas is around $5 a gallon. Their response was even crazier. Blaming being short staffed on Sunday but that was irrelevant. Then also told me I have to pay for new jewelry even if it is their fault on sizing. I wanted to love them so bad. The shop is so cute and the girls are sweet. But the lack of communication is ridiculous. Especially since I messaged them before 7:30pm yesterday to say I'm coming!
