Nicole was his artist and she incorporated the butterfly from mine into his. before my husband left she had our full story and shared some of her own. What makes it all interesting is there are tons of things in common and he left feeling great. Almost like getting therapy while being inked. My next one will match his with different colors. I drive over 20 minutes since they were the first ones that answered. The studio is located in a multi business strip mall with great amount of parking available. I would definitely give them a call to see if you can walk in because I knocked on the door and nobody answered so I waited in my car. She or whomever is working in the shop will answer or at least you can text them if they are busy which is what I did. I was finally able to be seen when she advised me she was in the studio but did not hear me knock. Because I only needed an end cap for a piercing. She placed the new end cap and I just paid for the barbell. I do know so glad I got them done in another state because her in Maryland just paying for one piece of jewelry costs about the same price as the piercings. If I'm in the area I would stop by especially since I was able to just walk in without an appointment.

I asked a question about my original cartilage piercing and I was told that the piercer used a barbell that was too short and there was no way for the piercing to swell and heal properly. My earring was changed but I was charged for a new earring, even though they used the wrong one in the first place. A few weeks later I was cleaning the conch piercing and the earring fell out, and because it was a small earring that screwed into the back, it was not easy to put back in myself or with my husband's help. I called Embassy Tattoo to ask if they could put my earring back in for me, and they said they weren't taking jewelry changes that day because they were running a special for only new piercings. When I said it wasn't a new piercing, it was a 3 week old piercing that fell out, they told me it didn't matter and to stop by the next day. I definitely wasn't waiting a day to put a new piercing back into my ear when it was throbbing, swelling, and would definitely close by then. I went to another tattoo shop nearby who, after saying a new piercing should not have been a screw-in earring, changed the earring for one that snapped in. They also took a look at the new piercing and the original cartilage I got at Embassy Tattoo and said both were pierced on an angle which makes it harder to heal (as I've been experiencing over these last few months). While the staff at Embassy Tattoo are great, I don't see myself going back to after this.

I got my nose pierced a few years ago but have had trouble with it because I had the helix ring which as come out for one reason or another and I haven't always been able to get it back in. Several people have suggested getting a flat back ring instead and I was happy to find out the Red Octopus offers those so I went by on 5/1 to get my nose repierced for like the third time now lol. I was greeted upon entering at the front desk and I explained that I wanted to be sure they had the ring I needed and the issues I was having, they confirmed they had it then showed me the jewelry options. I picked the size ring I wanted and filled out my paperwork and paid and I was taken back right away. I had some scar tissue as I've been repierced before so she moved the spot slightly, explained what she was doing and got to it. It was very quick and painless. The shop is clean and open. My piercer, Ray was very sweet, professional, knowledgable and quick. I don't know if I spent a full 20 minutes in there from start to finish and I wasn't rushed at all. I was really missing my nose piercing and am so happy to have it back, with a more secure ring and at a size I love.
