Absolutely love Tatiana's massage therapy and have to give a shout out to Brandi and CC. Brandi gives the best most soothing facials and I always look years younger when I leave her. The products are light and effective. She's gentle and gives a great upper body massage. For full body massage, my personal favorite is CC, but honestly, I've tried several different therapists and it's always been very good. The salon keeps the prices reasonable and I love this because it gives me room to tip the therapists really well. It's really a win-win for everyone. Last I have to talk about the owner, who is probably one of the nicest people I've ever met. She works really hard to meet the needs of everyone and if you're ever not satisfied, she will rectify it immediately. We are so lucky to have this business in town. read more

Can I give them 100 stars?! Incredible experience with Megan. So easy to get an appointment- entirely over text. Spa was clean and efficient. Everyone was punctual and friendly. They've got a new regular customer! read more

Massage was great and reliable service! I really loved the vibe. The staff was all really nice

I wasn't ever planning to leave this review, but Tatiana is using some automated service that texted me twice in the past two days asking for a review even though I was a one-time customer literally 6 years ago. I also wasn't even the recipient of the massage -- I had bought a gift certificate to Tatiana's Massage for a family member. Nevertheless I was reminded of my bad experience and am annoyed enough from getting spam texts to finally leave this review. My family member told me the massage was really weird, and they were almost certain that Tatiana was texting on her phone throughout a large portion of it. They said they thought they were going crazy because what massage therapist has the audacity to do that, but they were face down or otherwise couldn't see to confirm during the massage. They just repeatedly felt her attention drift away from the massage as she kept shifting to only using one hand. Then, after the massage, they were exchanging pleasantries before my family member left, and they said she seemed to get a notification on her phone and pulled it out from her apron to look at it DURING their exit conversation. They said that confirmed it that she must have been texting during the massage and they were not in fact imagining it. Tatiana seemed nice during my brief interaction with her when I was purchasing the gift card, but based on my family member's experience I would not recommend this service. It seems her practice has grown and there are other massage therapists working for her now. So maybe they won't be on their phones if you book with them, but as the owner she lacks integrity. There are tons of other great massage therapists in the area who actually deserve your business. read more

90 minute deep tissue massage. Jai was my therapist at Tatiana's. She was terrific. Great hands, very intuitive, and pleasant. She's also a trained acupuncturist/acupressure, so she added some acupressure to the massage. I left feeling like a new person. read more

Tatiana's Massage Therapy - Massage Near Me - Carmel, California

I've been to Tatiana's about four times now, and each visit has been a great experience. The massages are consistently excellent, and I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and taken care of. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. I especially love the sweet dog they have there. He's very well behaved and calm, and honestly adds to the cozy, peaceful vibe of the place. It never felt distracting to me at all. Tatiana and her team do wonderful work. I'm grateful to have found this place and will definitely continue coming back. read more

During our babymoon in Carmel, I was feeling incredibly achy from pregnancy--so much so that I could barely move my neck or get comfortable. We reached out hoping for a same-day appointment, and Tatiana graciously accommodated us with a couples massage. It ended up being exactly what I needed. She worked through all of my tension, and I left feeling relaxed, relieved, and honestly restored. She was professional, kind, and especially attentive to my pregnancy, working gently and thoughtfully around my baby bump. I truly can't recommend this place highly enough--it made such a difference in our trip! read more

Amazing hot rock massage. Very talented and professional group. Love the sweet puppy too

My husband and I have visited this spa multiple times and each time we have had an amazing couples massage. This most recent visit, my massage therapist was Josh. He was absolutely amazing and one of the best massages I have ever had anywhere. He was thorough and was able to really dig into some knots behind my shoulder blades which have honestly been bothering me for years. Highly recommend! read more

The services were fairly priced but you also get what you pay for. My deep tissue was very firm but placement of pressure was just a bit off and didn't feel as satisfying as it could be. The facial was a very simplified version. Lots of face washing while the steam opened up the pores. Quick extraction then proceeded to a mask. But all in all you still leave feeling good as the environment and service was pleasant. read more

An amazing deep tissue/ lymphatic drainage massage customized to me from an amazing massage therapist named Tatiana. It included working on the abdomen which I desperately need to help my digestion. And the office is so beautiful and warm. Will definitely come back when I'm in Carmel again. read more

Tatiana and 3 of her massage techs came out do in-home massages for us when we were on vacation in carmel valley and IT WAS INCREDIBLE. Every single tech was ON POINT, all 8 of our guests raved about each masseuse individually, they all said it was the best massage they had ever had-and these are people who get massages regularly. Highly recommend, Tatiana and team are punctual, easy to communicate with and met each person where they were-and catered to exactly what each of their bodies needed. Will definitely be using her again when we return!! read more

I was very pleased with my deep tissue massage with Tatiana. Bought a package and will be going back.

Service was excellent. Punctual, clean and cute establishment. Husband had a male masseuse named Jose who was excellent, super strong and was able to help my husband who has a lot of sports related injuries a ton! Prenatal massage was excellent as well read more

After some brief confusion Tatiana resolved the problem pleasantly and my massage was the most thorough and healing I have ever had. I enjoyed the experience so much that I purchased a package for more. read more

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Tatiana blamed me for assigning me a male masseur when she didn't ask me my preference on the phone. I said it made me feel uncomfortable and she said she'd take care of it and sent him in anyway. She was indignant and rude about it at the end when I had already dealt with having a man massage me after I said twice I didn't want that. I should've left. She was rude to my sister and harassed my niece via text for a couple of hours after we left. My family was in town because my mother is dying and they all came to say goodbye. We absolutely did not need the added pressure and stress. I will NEVER go back there again and will tell my friends the same. read more

My sister in law and I both really enjoyed our massages! Shop is clean and relaxing as well. We will be back

We recently relocated back from Hawaii and my wife surprised me with a massage appointment for my birthday. It had been several years since I last saw Tatiana and she has only gotten better. My shoulders and legs crave deep tissue treatment and she did not disappoint. And just as I remembered, she is almost eerily intuitive, working on those areas most therapists ignore. From the pressure points to the pressure itself, it was 5-star good. I walked away feeling totally relaxed and refreshed, which is the whole idea behind a great massage. Tatiana is the best around, IMO. read more

Exceptional Experience at Tatiana's Massage Therapy Tatiana's now offers Ashiatsu Massage! I've been a semi-regular client for a couple of years now and when I heard about this new offering, I had to try it. During an Ashiatsu massage, the therapist uses their bare feet to deliver deep compression, long gliding strokes, and assisted stretching. Ashiatsu isn't just a deep tissue barefoot massage technique; it's the deepest. The therapist uses their feet and controlled weight to apply the massage. For the most part, the method utilizes gravity to assist the massage therapist in giving a consistently deep and relaxing massage. And you cannot tell the difference between their hands and feet. I have sciatica issues and an arthritic hip. Tatiana is highly skilled so she as always was appropriately gentle with the affected areas. Her pacing was perfect which enhanced my relaxation and made for an extremely soothing session. The moment you step inside Tatiana's Massage Therapy, the calming scents and soft music create a serene environment. The decor is tastefully done, promoting relaxation and comfort. Besides the new Ashiatsu massage, the spa offers a wide range of massage and facial options which makes it easy to find the perfect fit for any preference. The combination of the peaceful setting, expert staff, and diverse services makes Tatiana's Massage Therapy a must-visit. Whether seeking relief from stress or simply a moment of indulgence, this spa delivers an exceptional experience. read more

Tatiana & her team's customer service was great! They accepted our last minute request for a 3-hour service for two & welcomed us although we arrived late due to some traffic. This was one of the best massages my husband & I have ever experienced. We booked a package that included a sauna session, massage & a facial. Our facial was with Brandy who was super sweet. We could not tell that she was juggling the front desk & our facials. Luis & Jose were our masseuses & they were also excellent! Our overall experience with Tatiana's Massage Therapy was exceptional! I've been suffering from four herniated discs in my back. I traveled to Carmel anyway and regretted it--until I met Tatiana. She was kind enough to see me on short notice and made me feel better than I have in years! Instead of leaving Carmel in extra pain from traveling, I left feeling great. She knew exactly what to do to alleviate my pain. I feel so lucky to have met her. I've always loved Carmel, but now I have another wonderful reason to come back. Thank you, Tatiana! read more
