Mel stated that she also used pineapple to marinate the steak, which made it the perfect summer treat. I also ordered the "UR Chix Main Squeeze" after I saw someone rave about it on Instagram. It did not disappoint either with its marinated chicken, orange basil sauce, asiago polenta (I could have had a bowl of that alone!) and roasted garlic brussels sprout leaves. If you are looking for restaurant quality tapas in a food truck environment, look no further than when Royal T Tapas is at Tasty Takeover. I just wish this food truck was here more often as I would make Tasty Takeover a regular stop. Plus, I would probably try other food trucks, too.
