This place is AMAZING. Especially for a vegetarian who hasn't had catsu in forever. I accidentally…read morecame across it while stuck in traffic and we've been craving it and coming back a couple times within a month. We live over an hour away. The chicken stays crispy for a long time and reheats nicely as leftovers. Everything we've ordered is really good and crave-worthy. We got the lucky catsu, curry catsu, crispy shrimp, spam masubi, catsu masubi, orange chicken, crispy chicken. Top two favorites are lucky and curry catsu. Small things I'd personally wish to change is that the onion is too strong in the macaroni salad. Wish it wasn't in there period. And the rice is a little on the dryer side and it sticks to the container- so when you scrape up the last bits of rice, you could be eating the paper from the container. I like that they use compostable containers though!! But yeah the rice is on the harder side especially as leftovers. But whatever, their main items are bomb and makes me not care about anything else. Service is quick! Note: it is not a sit down restaurant. You order (ahead) and park on the street and call them to let them know you're outside. They'll bring the food out. Reception isn't great outside fyi. I've been here 3 times and never last long enough to get a photo before digging in. There are two other vegan restaurants right next to it, same concept - order and pick up. Great for different options if one is craving Mexican from Cena or hot dogs from All franks.

To be very honest, I love this place so much. I am currently sad because they are not open. I've…read morebeen looking every day to see when they will open back up from the macaroni to the spam. Anything that you get here is good.

This is the perfect takeout place but there is an area with indoor seating. Only got the garlic shrimp plate but now I want to try everything on the menu. The dish was a masterclass in seasoning even on the sides. Great taste and texture and good portion sizes!

There were a few parking garages and street parking nearby as it is in downtown LA and all. Plenty of seating when you come in and there's a fe other food stalls inside. When we went up to order, the man at the front was super helpful and nice. We tried a few different things to all try. -Beef Plate Lunch 5/5- The Meat Jun in question, was thin and battered perfectly but still was easy to bite. The sauce it came with was extremely authentic and felt like home. It was served on top a bed of purple rice. One of us paired it with the cucumber which was perfectly spicy and flavorful. The other paired it with a side of the potato-mac salad that was not too creamy and felt complimented the meat Jun well. -Teri Chicken Plate Lunch 4/5- I loved the flavor of the chicken, but some pieces were a bit drier than what I would have preferred. Also served over purple rice with a side -Spam Musubi 5/5- Served with their signature purple rice, which I have never had before. It was loaded up with rice and spam and lots of flavor. It was a nice reminder of home. - Local Breakfast 4/5- I love Portuguese sausage and my only critique is that there's not enough of it! -Kalbi Short Rib Plate 5/5- Was a special that they had for the day and they still had a few left. Very flavorful and easy to tear off the bone, I loved it. Overall, Broken Mouth satisfied our cravings and exceeded all our expectations! Would definitely go back. Also shout out for the complimentary drinks as it was our first time there, truly appreciated! Would definitely recommend and come back when we're in the area!

Excellent beers on tap for $5-$6 and even an espresso martini for like $14. Chicken sandwich was always on point and also a big fan of the Morrison Trio. Owner was always pleasant and the servers were top notch. I never had an item on the menu that was not delicious. And I tried just about everything on their rotating happy hour menu. I remember they were selling $10 Don Julio 1942 shots one time because it was Cinco de Mayo week. Great times and memories made at this restaurant. Holiday decor was always great to see especially during Halloween. A true loss. Bring it back please! If there are any Dodgers fans out there with a good pregame spot, please reply with recommendations seeing how I do not have one anymore.

The staff was friendly and very attentive. The wings and drinks themselves were super flavorful and I thought I would have more time to enjoy and come back to visit while in town. My partner also tried their burger and fries and decided to stop by the restaurant only to find out they closed a couple of months ago. It was worth the visit when we went there back in December.z The place was cute and it felt comfy.

We walked in at 12:30 and there were two people sitting in the restaurant and we were asked if we had a reservations. When we said no, we did not have reservations. There is a long pause as if our party of three was an inconvenience. We were sat within a few minutes after that, place an order for drinks, which then took about 25 minutes to come out - the drinks were too iced teas and an old-fashioned. We placed our initial order only to be told that to the dishes we requested were not ready for available. Cleanup having the Nashville hot chicken, which was way less hot than the side of Tabasco sauce we ordered, so that was disappointing. The fried green tomato with pimento cheese was actually pretty good, but to call it a stack is a really big stretch, a more appropriate description would be a 'BLT nibble.' The server was very gracious and apologetic so you gotta give them another shot.
