This is the second time coming here and being disappointed :( the first time the person taking my moms order kept cutting her off and got confused so they ended up getting her order wrong..and today my mom ordered taro and there wasn't much taste to it. She said the cashier was taking her order carelessly. Just wish there was genuine customer service and more care put into making the drinks read more

Best customer support from management! Took care of all the problems that has occurred. Will be back soon.

The boba here is fantastic. We've been here several times now and never a disappointment. I love the honey boba and the chunks of fruit found in every slushie drink. The green honey boba is fantastic. it is better than most other boba, which can be very gummy and/or hard. This is now our favorite boba place! We will be back again and again. read more

Always nice, always pleasant. Young kids with smiles on their faces, not forced either. Which is something you can appreciate and makes someone want to go back again. I appreciate good food and good service, and this place has both. Granted they are drinks, but they're good. And last time I went I saw the girl carefully wiping down the machines, for young people they're mature and not lazy, and clean. Make good drinks. They're a little pricier, like loose leaf boba, actually more pricer. And for a small. But it's good. read more

Love the amount of options and the adjustability of each drink - but a huge waste of money. Spent over 8 dollars after tip for a 32 oz coffee and the cup was overfilled with ice leaving me with barely any drink. I was upset but wasn't going to say anything but then thought better - when I talked to the worker she offered no solution and said that's just how they do it there and I should have asked for less ice, which I did but they told me the drink will be short if I do. Long story short you're going to get your money stolen any way you do it - what a joke and a poor company read more

I absolutely enjoy this place !! You guys have change the game for the love of OAT matcha Thai Tea Always stop here to complete my weekend read more

Best boba place ever !!! I do recommend ordering ahead of time as they are always so busy . read more

We spent a weekend in Long Beach and came here 3 times! Loving the golden milk tea and the honeydew milk tea. FYI their boba is green but still delicious. Also my kids loved their fresh strawberry smoothie! Just had frozen strawberries and plain yogurt and bits of fresh strawberries. I just wish there was one closer to where I live. read more

I love tastea fruit tea drinks... but why does their kitchen close an hour before closing!? Sucks so bad. Came in at 8 and couldn't even order some popcorn chicken or fries. I work in the restaurant industry and we close the kitchen 10 minutes before closing. read more

I always bring my own jars and straws for my drinks when I go to boba places to reduce my plastic consumption. Some places don't allow it so when that's the case I'll just go somewhere else. It's nbd. The first time I went I found out outside containers weren't allowed and I came back when I was informed they accepted outside containers. This was fine the first time I came for a drink but the second time I was told this wasn't allowed by the owner. There seems to be a disconnect between the owner and manager in the shop. I was just telling him what I'd been told and he asked condescendingly why I brought my jars and then proceeded to tell me I seemed like I had a "political stance" on it. If there really was some policy change thats ok, I'll take my business elsewhere. His tone was rude and they way he interacted with me was an unprofessional way to handle the situation. I won't be back. read more

I love Tastea. I always get peach me sweet tea with original boba and aloe vera... original boba vs honey boba is alot different.. they may be the same color but taste differently.. as honey boba is sweet. I love that they open one right in the douglas park which is closer distant from the one in artesia from where I live. They have other dinning spot next door to dine. read more

I'm so glad this Tastea finally open up after the opening day keep getting push back. I go to CSULB and we don't have many boba places near here and as a big boba drinker myself I'm so glad they finally open up. Now I can get my boba before my classes. The workers here are nice they welcomes you with smiles and Tastea do have many options from their teas, slushy to smoothie. This would be my go to for boba. read more

New location at Long Beach Hangar and it's great except nowhere to sit inside. Not too big an issue except when it's winter and a bit chilly, but otherwise the drinks are good. I wish there was more parking too as it can be quite crowded. read more

I used to like the Avocado smoothie there but recently the taste has changed. It taste more powdery than a fresh avocado. I honestly didn't mine to pay the market price (around 7.50 to almost 9$) per glass of smoothie cuz it used to taste very fresh ( taste like lot of avocado in it). Right now, they just taste powdery like other cheap smoothie place now. It is a shame cuz I've been their customer for almost 5 years now. I don't go there anymore cuz the last three visit, I still got the bad smoothie (no tasty). I think I will ever go there anymore. read more

Loved the new location but wish there was a sitting area so my friend and I don't have to leave after we get our drink... guess that's the new tastea's goal. read more

Oh my gosh!!! Today is my 3rd day in a row ordering from here. I love that they have a huge size! Because every time I order tea, later on I wish I had more. My little sister is so picky about food but the shrimp and chicken had her in love! She kept talking about it all day. So today when I asked if she wanted tea, she said yes from Tastea! The muddy melon is so refreshing also! The food quality is great and the price is affordable. Thank you Tastea! read more

I love the customer service here! I ordered the great white 50% sweet and the popcorn chicken and I believe I was talking to Alyssa and she was the sweetest worker! She called out my food and we had a nice little conversation and it made my day so much better! Since I'm regularly at the Artesia store, the Long Beach one was a nice change! 10/10 would recommend! read more

My opinion is its overpriced compared to other tea stations, nothing special about the taste, too sweet for my taste buds, i should have ordered less sweet, u can customize ur order... i paid $13.95 for 2 large drinks with no boba just plain tea, im not coming back read more

Absolutely terrible service, came in expecting great things from my friends reviews of this place to be met with disappointment. Cashier was very rude to me and kept telling me to repeat my order after I stated it three times slowly. The drinks itself seemed to be done in a hurry and tasted awful. Would not come back to this establishment again. read more

This place has some really good boba. I love getting the Thai tea with honey boba and it never disappoints. The peach me sweet tea is also amazing and super refreshing. I recommend this place to anyone who asks where they can get good boba. read more

The Watermelon Heaven smoothie is as close to perfection as a drink can be. The quality and consistency of the drinks here is phenomenal. The service is hit and miss. Once you manage to place your order it is made quickly and perfectly, but placing your order can be a challenge. Well worth the effort though. I'll be back until I've tried everything on the menu and then some. read more

It's a battle for best milk tea in town between Tastea and Boba Guys. This place is delicious and consistent. Their classic milk tea is my go to and their honey boba is delicious. I don't do egg pudding or other toppings so I can't comment on those, but their fruit teas are also delicious too. Haven't tried the food yet. read more

I'm a really big fan of coffee and saw that they had a Vietnamese coffee so I decided to try it and I wasn't a fan, maybe it's just not my taste but it tasted like a cold chocolate coffee, call me basic but I think I'll just stick to my coffee shop where I can actually taste the coffee read more

I just tried out this location for the first time today after coming home from work. I tried the wintermelon milk tea, and it is still sweet even if you adjust the sweetness level. Located in a nice outdoor plaza with other food spots, Tastea is your go to for boba when stopping by LBX! I love how the standard at Tastea is nondairy creamer/milks. I ordered a Tiger Milk Tea with boba and it was so delicious and creamy. I would definitely recommend this drink if you like milk-y milk teas. My drink came out super quickly! read more

I love you tastea, but STOP it with the "we charge for water now". We out here spending all kinds of money on drinks! I spent about 30 that day and 15 every other day, asked for water and was told "we charge" and I wasn't gonna run my card again. Please reconsider, this is a turn off! read more

Man the hipster food scene in LB is getting to the point I may no longer have to leave the city. So happy to have Tastea here. They put together a nice black/green/fruit tea with added jellies, fruit or bobas which all do a great job of squashing that boba tea craving. If they could actually get their crispy chicken to actually be crispy they'd be a 5 star. read more

love this spot on hot days especially during a heat wave! their fruity drinks are super refreshing. you MUST try the "peachme sweet tea" & "lychee peachee" as it is my go to when i go there. i also like how this spot has basil seeds. not many drink places have it. this store is right at the hangar, where there are many food places and other stores that you can check out as well! and lastly, they follow social distancing and covid guidelines, another plus! read more

Tastea - peachme sweet tea & lychee peachee tea - Bubble Tea Near Me - Long Beach, California

I was online searching for a tea/boba place around Long Beach. I found this place that was supposedly very good but ended up very dissatisfied. I ordered 3 drinks one unknown a strawberry sensation smoothie and a winter melon drink with boba. When I went back to work I find that the unknown drink has a mosquito inside and I'm half way thru the drink, I was lucky I didn't drink the mosquito that is disgusting! I don't know what kind of place has mosquitoes in their drinks/food items and doesn't notice. That just tells u how careful they are at handling their kitchen! I called the restaurant to let them know about the misfortune situation and no one answer as a matter of fact I called 3 times no answer and after I called the fourth time it went straight to voicemail! What kind of open business doesn't answer 4 calls in a row !???! I'm more pissed about their poor customer service than the mosquito in my drink now! I will definitely not go back to this place again or recommend it to anyone ! Here's a pic for you guys to judge! read more
