Tastea is my favorite place for drinks! I haven't been in a while so I was so sad to see my favorite drink Tootea Fruitea was discontinued when I tried to order on 03/10/21 on the app. I ended up ordering The Unknown and a Peach Me Sweetea both size 32 oz and medium sweet. The app has been helpful for pickup orders especially on Wednesday because it was raining when we arrived. Since it was rainy day, there were double points and I was also able to use my birthday coupon as well. When I arrived, our drinks were ready and it was an easy pickup. It wasn't as busy as usual since the rain. The employee was kind and attentive by asking me my name and offering me a cup holder for my drinks and straws. I frequent this location a lot because it is close but I also like the way they make drinks compared to other locations. It is small and there are no seats but it is very clean and orderly. You can find seating in front of the Hangar.. There are markers on the ground for social distancing and they have one group order at a time. There is a different entrance for pickup for drinks so no crowding near cashier. Customer Service: very efficient, fast, kind and attentive Drinks: DELICIOUS!! We were on the way to Wholesale nutrition center and made a quick stop for some tea. We're from the 626 and I KNOW there's a few locations there but doesn't hurt to try. We found this location on yelp. It has a clean fresh atmosphere. Cashier was very friendly, I didn't get her name but when we got our drinks, the guy who made our drinks had a good mood too. The one thing that caught my attention was when I asked the cashier if they were doing stamps card as she finished ringing up my order & said "We don't do stamps card anymore, only app now. I can also print out the receipt and you can scan the bar code from the app for rewards!" Thank you, for being attentive! We got tootie fruitea half sweet less ice. Maybe we shouldn't have gotten the bigger cup because we was so bloated after but WORTH IT. Service was A1, we got our drinks less than 5 minutes and there were plenty of workers so that's good. Came on a sunday too, good flow. Compared to other locations, LB has the BEST service and cleanliness compared to some of the ones I have been to. No negative vibes nothing, nada. Tastea is one of my favorite places. I was hesitant at first because I thought it was going to be a basic powder and add milk/water milk tea but they actually have brewed tea and alternative milks which is rare. I highly recommend a Thai tea with oat milk! It taste the same as a regular Thai tea! Other than that they have delicious fruit flavored slushees and drinks that are also dairy free. So awesome and so appreciative for that! read more

Drinks taste good, not too artificial or sweet. But this is it : Staff needs to be more informed about products they serve. Asked why is the boba green: oh, our theme is green color that's what we're trying to achieve, ie green colored writings on our cups, in our store. No, I meant what causes the tapioca flour (pearls/boba) to be green. Is it natural product, or merely coloring? Staff says "I don't know ". Gave another try to Tastea. Ordered online. I got a large. The boba to drink ratio is unacceptable. I paid 60 cents for barely any. Very disappointed in the amount of boba they put. It's not even up to the line. They always put so little boba in my drinks. For 60 cents they should not be putting this little! The drink is already almost $8 itself. Seriously not worth it here. Came to this location for the first time as my family and I were eating at a nearby restaurant. The decorations are SO cute and I love how they accounted for more than 1 holiday! I went right before they closed this time and unfortunately the tea was very bitter. I got the tiger milk tea with oat milk. They have a large selection of teas to choose from. By the counter there is a top list of favorite drinks. I order their number one favorite, the Peach Me Sweetea. Very refreshing and not too sweet. I come to this location after or before my yoga class next door. It's convenient and usually pretty quick. I like the strawberry milk tea and matcha coffee. I also recommend requesting a peach passion fruit black tea! I also have tried their Thai milk tea which I don't like since it is not as strong as a regular Thai tea and has less flavor. Overall the drinks at Tastea are VERY sweet and even when ordered lite sweet it is very sweet. If you're sensitive to this maybe order not sweetened. They also serve green boba which I don't like as much as others I've had so I tend to order my teas here without. They also have a lot of other fun add ins and fruit bits if you're into that. I have also ordered their Karate Chicken which is kind of like popcorn chicken. I order mild but they have different levels of spice. It comes with a sweet and sour sauce called "weak sauce" or they have ranch. I like it as a quick snack on the go. This location can get busy but still doesn't have too long of a wait. I also love that Tastea has a loyalty rewards program where you earn points and money off/ free drinks. In the rewards program you can also get free samples of different drinks to try when they offer them which is fun! read more

If you are looking for a boba spot in the Long Beach Exchange eatery this is the only location that serves those drinks. They have great drinks such as teas (which is majority of the menu), smoothies, and coffee. You can adjust any of the sweetness level and amount of ice in your drink of choice. I suggest to get "classic" sweetness on your drinks especially on teas as most of them will start to taste watered down halfway through. The same goes with the ice level - get "regular" as I got half and the drink was not cold at all I had to wait for the ice to melt a little to make the drink colder. The teas are a great alternatives to the sweet sugary drinks as they are lighter and refreshing. They have many add-ones (the most I have seen on any boba spots) that you can add on any drinks. The best one is aloe vera it is light and sweet that it does not overpower the drink. The fruit pieces are also great (I love how small they cut them) it is a healthier alternative to the sugary boba and jellies. This location does not have any seats inside, they have benches right outside to relax. The workers are friendly and they explain any drink questions you have. The inside is clean and you can watch them make your drinks while you wait. read more

Love the amount of options and the adjustability of each drink - but a huge waste of money. Spent over 8 dollars after tip for a 32 oz coffee and the cup was overfilled with ice leaving me with barely any drink. I was upset but wasn't going to say anything but then thought better - when I talked to the worker she offered no solution and said that's just how they do it there and I should have asked for less ice, which I did but they told me the drink will be short if I do.
