They do have a note that tapioca is not ready until 1030 AM each day. I ordered passionfruit with lychee with 50% less sugar with light ice. It was just right in sweetness. I like the tartness of passion fruit and that amount of sugar allowed for that with a slight sweetness. I loved that the seeds are in the juice. The drink was delicious.
