Good quality drinks, ingredients, and boba. Clean establishment and a nice greeting. Nice size area with very comfortable seating. Music was relaxing and at a nice volume Staff and customers had on masks. Hands sanitizer is really available. Prices are a bit high compared to other places. I do prefer the size of this location vs the Edwardsville choice. We will be back.

Very calm and relaxing environment. Excellent boba! Best I've ever tasted. Really lives up to it's name.

Good, but disappointing. My sister and I got the strawberry yogurt tea thinking it would be more of a regular boba tea consistency. It's more of a smoothie than tea and should be renamed for less confusion! Otherwise it's still really good! I like it a lot more than I thought I would. Only critique is that it might need a little more milk.

drinks are good, but super expensive, and the wait is usually 20 mins per drink even when they aren't busy.

I absolutely love My Bowl! The staff are always friendly, attentive, and super knowledgeable…read more There's a huge variety of ramen to choose from, ranging from mild to very spicy, and I really appreciate that each ramen option clearly lists allergens--so helpful for someone like me with an egg allergy. The ingredients always taste fresh, and the toppings and add-ons are fantastic. The refreshers are absolutely delicious, and I love that you can customize your own bowl--it makes the experience fun and memorable. I've visited several times since discovering this place, and I will definitely be coming back again and again!

We were Extremely Disappointed to learn that back in July it was converted from a good Korean restaurant into a... ramen place. And not a good, freshly-made ramen place, they now have a wall or "library" of colorful, store-bought, plastic ramen packages and weird stations with futuristic coffee pots where you cook it. It's all very pretty and clean and, frankly, very South Korea-looking. They do have a lot of flavors and brands to choose from. When we showed up and looked visibly confused, we were given a quick tour and we decided against eating there. If I was a college student and this was my campus cafeteria add-on? Meh. I'm wondering if ramen is somehow a trendy thing that my Millennial self has missed? It's just not my thing and I'm still salty from the disappointment of learning the only reliable Korean BBQ within 40 miles is gone.

Not a single miss. The biggest standouts were the lavender yuzu berry cookie and the berry trio walnut bread. The cookie was incredibly well balanced -- floral, citrusy, and not overly sweet -- and easily one of the best cookies I've had in a while. It's also a pretty large cookie, so good for sharing... or not The berry trio walnut bread had great structure despite being packed with nuts and dried fruits -- really thoughtfully baked and especially amazing toasted. Overall, Foundry is a really great bakery. Absolutely worth the drive to try something new, and I'll definitely be coming back.

They are thoughtful about using the best possible ingredients for their customers. Every fruit tea is made from real fruit and not powder and artificial flavors. Things are no where near the sweetness of other boba tea shops. They use ceremonial grade matcha and every piece of bread that we tried tasted not overly sweet and extremely fresh. They are truly the definition of mom and pop shop that cares about their customers.

It's a good and bad thing. They've honed in on their specialty and developed a good product. From what I can tell the owners are Vietnamese and actively involved in running the store which is always a good sign. I ordered the meatball pho which is always my go-to. The soup was pretty good and flavorful. Not heavy, I want to say I tasted a little MSG, but not sure since I haven't had it in awhile and what pho doesnt have MSG? Either way, it was good with just the right amount of cut up meatballs. It came out super hot which I love. I think this store is a hybrid of boba tea shop and modern pho restaurant. I say modern bc it doesn't have the nostalgic Vietnamese feel. Sometimes I crave the feel and ambience of home made pho. For example hoisin and sriracha bottles at the table... I would definitely come back. I like how the cashier attempts to speak Vietnamese. It's enduring that she, too, embraces the culture.
