He did not rush my questions about the injection and I felt he would've taken as much time as it took for me to get the answers I needed. I asked him if I could see him for my other pain with my fibro and he welcomed me back to talk anytime to help my neck pain. I was referred to physical therapy through Spine & Nerve Diagnostic Center and saw the in-office…read morephysical therapist. My first PT visit was fine... light pressure and stretching, no real improvement but no worsening either. At my second visit, the office was not open at my scheduled appointment time. There was no check-in process or intake paperwork, and another patient was turned away due to scheduling conflicts. This session was much more intense than the first, and I left feeling sore. Over the following days, that soreness turned into acute pain that I had not experienced since before treatment. When I contacted the office for guidance, I was told to schedule a follow-up with my doctor. At that visit, I requested copies of my PT treatment notes. Initially, I was told they could only be released to my attorney. Then I was told the PT was affiliated with another office and that I'd need to contact them -- but that office had no record of me since I'd never been seen there. A front desk staff member was dismissive and unprofessional during this process, even discussing my request with others in a way that I could overhear. After multiple attempts and delays, I finally received my records, but the process was unnecessarily difficult and raised concerns about accuracy of said records. Based on my experience with both the therapy and the administrative handling of my case, I will be seeking care elsewhere.

I noticed the office's review numbers had gone down, and I honestly think part of that may simply be because they are extremely busy. And I understand why they're so busy--they're really good at what they do. Once you become an established patient, I've found that email can be a much more effective way to communicate when you need something, as getting through by phone can sometimes be challenging. My provider, Ronaldo, is amazing--caring, empathetic, compassionate, and genuinely invested in helping me manage my spine issues and pain. My treatment has changed over the years as my needs have changed, and I appreciate that they know my history and continue to adjust my care accordingly. Because of the care I've received, I'm able to function day-to-day and continue working full-time, which means a lot to me. If you're dealing with back pain or spine problems, don't feel like you have to manage it all on your own. I know because I tried doing that for a while, and it wasn't the answer. There are better ways to manage chronic pain than simply trying to push through it or relying on over-the-counter pain medication every day. If you can get established with this office and take advantage of the communication options available to you, I truly believe you can be well cared for. Give them a chance to help you. Horribly incompetent, rude, they don't answer phones, don't call you back, and if you use the text option to contact them.. They ghost you in the middle of a conversation and never return to answer. More importantly.. They lied repeatedly about not receiving the numerous referrals my primary doctor sent over a 5 month period. My doctor tried every way they suggested. In the end.. They said they couldn't take me back now (was trying to get back in after a year or so away due to increasing pain levels) because I had an msa. Funny thing is i was previously told that would be fine. It's self administered. It would've been easier to bill me than the insurance companies. Due to an administrative wait and because they didn't know how to handle things.. I suffered in pain for 5 months. I ended up going elsewhere. Thank God! Today I'm filing claims with their ombudsman /practice manager, the bbb, CA state medical board, dhmc, and Medicare. Horrible place. Malpractice specialists. Run away. Run far far away
