I was referred to physical therapy through Spine & Nerve Diagnostic Center and saw the in-office…read morephysical therapist. My first PT visit was fine... light pressure and stretching, no real improvement but no worsening either. At my second visit, the office was not open at my scheduled appointment time. There was no check-in process or intake paperwork, and another patient was turned away due to scheduling conflicts. This session was much more intense than the first, and I left feeling sore. Over the following days, that soreness turned into acute pain that I had not experienced since before treatment. When I contacted the office for guidance, I was told to schedule a follow-up with my doctor. At that visit, I requested copies of my PT treatment notes. Initially, I was told they could only be released to my attorney. Then I was told the PT was affiliated with another office and that I'd need to contact them -- but that office had no record of me since I'd never been seen there. A front desk staff member was dismissive and unprofessional during this process, even discussing my request with others in a way that I could overhear. After multiple attempts and delays, I finally received my records, but the process was unnecessarily difficult and raised concerns about accuracy of said records. Based on my experience with both the therapy and the administrative handling of my case, I will be seeking care elsewhere.

Also, my family member had a procedure appt and the dr couldn't do it because he did't follow the pre-procedure instructions, which were never give to us. Multiple times we've had certain braces ordered and have never received any of them even though we ask every appointment. One was from a year ago. This office seems unorganized, unwilling to prioritize communication and in need of new management or ownership. Perhaps they're not allowed to hire enough staff so they're falling short. Whatever the problem, I am absolutely seeking another office and letting my referring provider know how my experience was for their other patients who need referrals. They are uniquely difficult to work with.
