I was looking for a new physical therapist for some nagging injuries when a friend suggested I try Symmetry instead. From my first visit I to Symmetry I could tell that it was a unique and special place. It's different than any other physical therapy or performance enhancement office I've been to and has been more effective as well. I was an athlete for many years and lived a very physical lifestyle which had done a fair amount of damage to my body, specifically my lower back, wrists, and feet. I can only say it's week two and I have made huge improvements. Unlike any other workout this has given me real results in a short time. I have been walking and doing elliptical, noticing little change. After one week of Symmetry I could balance on on foot again without any wobble! I can also walk down stairs again without hanging on for dear life. I brought my 73 year old dad who was in much worse shape. He was barely able to walk due to neuropathy. He was so unsteady. At first he said to himself- why am I doing this, I'm 73, and it was hard for him. But after one week he was able to stand still for measurements! I was shocked. I would recommend Symmetry to EVERYONE! Symmetry's unique approach is exactly what I needed, I only wish I found them sooner. Like another reviewer, this place took my chronic pain from bad to worse and I have been bed ridden for over a year because of this place.. I'm now facing major fusion surgery... a month into my contract my numbers were just getting worse as was my pain. I was brushed off by everyone at Symmetry and made to continue their program. When I finally got firm with Patrick over how bad this program was for me he told me it was my fault because I was continuing to exercise (carefully and extremely modified) throughout the program. They recruited me at my gym and I told them for my mental health I had to continue working out throughout the program... The main person I worked with there offered to "refer me out" to someone who could help my pain.. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Unless you have money to burn on a program that doesn't work because you are simply paying for the owner and his wife to vacation. And for the staff to attend lavish conferences. Floating suite was definitely a plus! I was however disappointed, the suite could've used a little cleaning. I was able to see little specks in the tank before even starting.I was also unable to really get full relaxation due to the tank only having 60% of water there was parts of my body that didn't float, after a while my body started to ache from trying to keep myself afloat. read more

I learned about Symmetry at the SCW fitness conference in Atlanta, back in July of 2023. I met the Symmetry team and learned about their program of how my spine and posture could be corrected. I didn't know it was out of line. I have regular visits to the chiropractor and have taught yoga and other group fitness formats for years yet when I was measured and assessed I was way out of alignment. I was very surprised at hearning that. I started at a 50+ out of alignment, based on their scale. Here it is February, 2024 and I continue to be a client. My last measurement had me at 25 for alignment. I have still have some more to go to get to zerosingle digits and excellent alignment. I have daily exercises all on the APP. I have a zoom call twice a month for a new measurement. I feel improvement and a renewed confidence on my alignment. The staff is professional and quickly gets back to questions I ask. I wholeheartedly rate Symmetry 5/5 stars...and I've gone through the program via Zoom video calls instead of in person because I live on the East Coast! It is the best thing that I have done and persists to be the most successful modality of healing after multiple forms of physical trauma (car/bike accidents and unmedicated births). The long but important details of my story below... ----- My husband and I first did the Symmetry program in person over 8 years ago when we lived in California.I learned about Symmetry after being frustrated with chiropractic care. I had had significant and persistent back pain after multiple car accidents that I could not heal even through a year of weekly (and expensive) chiropractic care. After diligent completion of the symmetry program (and continuing to rotate through my individualized exercise routines) I was stunned at how completely my back pain was gone, with no recurrence. We moved to the east coast and a few years later I had my first daughter, and in the wake of becoming a new parent, balancing life, and just being young and not thoughtful enough about the future I neglected to keep up with even occasionally utilizing my symmetry routines. Nonetheless I felt great and active, which I still attributed to the balance in my body from Symmetry. Fast forward to this past year: In November of 2018 I delivered my second (awesome) baby girl and shortly returned to a rigorous yoga practice. I had some pain, which over time grew into very bad pain, until it was so bad I (reluctantly) went to a chiropractor who found that I had S.I. joint dysfunction. It was such a huge disruption to my life to try and get to his office twice a week, with children, at inconvenient times - furthermore, the passivity of chiropractic care after the self-reliant Symmetry program was so frustrating. I had no idea what to expect when my husband and I walked into Symmetry to meet Patrick Mummy for the first time the week of Thanksgiving 2021. The concept was intriguing..... using patented posture alignment technology to diagnose and correct offsets in hips, shoulders, etc. I have suffered from chronic pain for two decades and was miserable. Took a relaxing float here. While many places have tiny capsules, these guys offer a large 'room' so that you have lots of space. You can choose your lighting, music, etc. This was my first float and I totally enjoyed it and plan on coming back. I recommend doing it in total darkness for the full effect. There aren't enough good things to say about Patrick and the whole team at Symmetry. I have been going here for 4 months now and the changes have been amazing. As someone who is on my feet all the time I have experienced back pain most of my life. After just the first few weeks of Symmetry my back pain was almost completely gone. For years I have had a curve in my spine creating most of that pain. I have seen chiropractors for years but my back was always crooked. Now my back is almost completely straight. The last time I had a massage, my masseuse told me to "keep doing what you're doing", because she did not find any of the troubled areas I had always had before. I have been in a LOT of accidents(a cpl of them I forgot to tell them when I gave them my history) over the years that have taken their toll on my body alignment and thought surgery was my only option but along came the scamdemic and I was not going to do that so I met Symmetry and now have found the way back to walking like a regular human being instead of (as I was diagnosed with kypho scoliosis and degenerative bone disease in my cervical spine C 4-C 7)a kinda humpback back w/o the hunch but just about as bad. I have scoliosis and pain pretty much from head to toe, but I was functional before I started Patrick's treatment protocol. By day 3 I was bed ridden, and remained in that state for 6 days. Now, after 3 weeks, I still spend most of my day in bed and cannot handle simple household duties. I reached out to Patrick multiple times. The response I would get back was always from Lee Anne, his front office manager, with a simple "here are some new exercises". Patrick made a comment on my first visit, that he doesn't care about my pain - because pain in one spot doesn't necessarily mean the problem is in that spot - but he meant that comment in more ways than I realized. I had a very pleasant experience here. I was on Groupon and seen the float tank. I decided I wanted to give it a try. My grandma booked us a float for my birthday. We purchased the Groupon and called Symmetry to schedule. The Receptionist was super friendly and helpful and we got scheduled quickly. They then send you an email with all the rules of the tank and also more information on different programs they have. We showed up to the appointment a little early and had a great time talking with the receptionist. She was very knowledgeable. After the person before us finished their float and the tank went threw its cleaning cycle it was our turn. The tank is huge. We rinsed off in the shower and got in the tank. We chose the no lights and no sounds. After our hour of float, I felt much more relaxed. They have a nice shower and even a blow dryer to do your hair. I would definitely recommend! read more
