We don't always agree but I will always respect him and I hope I have earned a bit of his respect. I am usually done with the appointment within 1 hour. The office is very clean, comfortable and relaxing. As he is a pain management Dr you will occasionally see a person disgruntled for various reasons (usually because they are seeking drugs or have found some small reason to be irate... most patients are in pain so I'm not trying to judge) and I'd imagine that the negative reviews here are a direct result of either of those conditions. I have been pissy for a few reasons before but when I calm down I realize that I was the jerk.

No one ever gets back to you, messages are not relayed, if additional information is needed it doesn't get taken care of and most likely you'll have to wait till your next appointment (a month later) to go over it again and wait some more. I would never recommend anyone to come here. For 2 years I've suffered from a botched Radiofrequency Ablation treatment that caused nerve damage to my entire right leg. Nerve damage like this was worse than any pinched nerves I've ever had and its still not normal. Not enough staff to handle the paperwork here. I wanted to leave a review and, most importantly, give a shout-out to my provider, Ronaldo, who has…read moretaken such great care of me over the years. I noticed the office's review numbers had gone down, and I honestly think part of that may simply be because they are extremely busy. And I understand why they're so busy--they're really good at what they do. Once you become an established patient, I've found that email can be a much more effective way to communicate when you need something, as getting through by phone can sometimes be challenging. My provider, Ronaldo, is amazing--caring, empathetic, compassionate, and genuinely invested in helping me manage my spine issues and pain. My treatment has changed over the years as my needs have changed, and I appreciate that they know my history and continue to adjust my care accordingly. Because of the care I've received, I'm able to function day-to-day and continue working full-time, which means a lot to me. If you're dealing with back pain or spine problems, don't feel like you have to manage it all on your own. I know because I tried doing that for a while, and it wasn't the answer. There are better ways to manage chronic pain than simply trying to push through it or relying on over-the-counter pain medication every day. If you can get established with this office and take advantage of the communication options available to you, I truly believe you can be well cared for. Give them a chance to help you. You don't have to do it alone. Thank you to Ronaldo and the entire team for continuing to take good care of me!

Horribly incompetent, rude, they don't answer phones, don't call you back, and if you use the text option to contact them.. They ghost you in the middle of a conversation and never return to answer. More importantly.. They lied repeatedly about not receiving the numerous referrals my primary doctor sent over a 5 month period. My doctor tried every way they suggested. In the end.. They said they couldn't take me back now (was trying to get back in after a year or so away due to increasing pain levels) because I had an msa. Funny thing is i was previously told that would be fine. It's self administered. It would've been easier to bill me than the insurance companies. Due to an administrative wait and because they didn't know how to handle things.. I suffered in pain for 5 months. I ended up going elsewhere. Thank God! Today I'm filing claims with their ombudsman /practice manager, the bbb, CA state medical board, dhmc, and Medicare. Horrible place. Malpractice specialists. Run away. Run far far away

What is equally important is that even after the surgical procedure, the communication continues to ensure that follow-up care remains top-notch. My first PT visit was fine... light pressure and stretching, no real improvement but no worsening either. At my second visit, the office was not open at my scheduled appointment time. There was no check-in process or intake paperwork, and another patient was turned away due to scheduling conflicts. This session was much more intense than the first, and I left feeling sore. Over the following days, that soreness turned into acute pain that I had not experienced since before treatment. When I contacted the office for guidance, I was told to schedule a follow-up with my doctor. At that visit, I requested copies of my PT treatment notes. Initially, I was told they could only be released to my attorney. Then I was told the PT was affiliated with another office and that I'd need to contact them -- but that office had no record of me since I'd never been seen there. A front desk staff member was dismissive and unprofessional during this process, even discussing my request with others in a way that I could overhear. After multiple attempts and delays, I finally received my records, but the process was unnecessarily difficult and raised concerns about accuracy of said records. Based on my experience with both the therapy and the administrative handling of my case, I will be seeking care elsewhere.

Appointments are easily made via phone. If you require surgery Dr. Brindle and his staff do an great job ensuring you have the proper follow up afterwards. I resumed walking right away and an week and an half post op I walked fifteen miles. I couldn't be happier and more thankful. I'm forever indebted to Dr. Brindle. I'm pain free and with the exception of some range of motion issues that may not improve I'm physically better than I have been in some time.
