I like coming to this Target because of the convenience. It is slower than other targets, so it's fast to get checked out. There are not a lot of associates around on the floor to help when you need, but they are happy and willing to help once you do find them. The grocery selection is small; it would be nice if there were more. read more

Huge selection of festive Halloween candy and decorations. I am kind of a snob and don't shop at these particular stores. Well now I have changed my mind! The cashiers and employees walking about are friendly and actually seem like they enjoy their job! I also liked the selection of household supplies. Laundry soap etc. I will be back. read more

This is the first time I've been to this location in months. Sadly it's the last time. I went in today (9/28) around 4:45 pm to grab an item really fast. I had ONE item and I was waiting to check out. They had 6 lanes open but there were a few customers in each line. I was waiting and waiting to be rung up when some employee (5' 8" red brownish hair younger slim) who might have been the shift leader told a dude who was walking up with an entire cart full of stuff to go to the register that the cashier just opened next to me. I looked straight at the "shift leader" and said hey what the heck we were waiting... because there was also a lady in back of me who was waiting along with me. The employee just looked at me and rolled his eyes and kept walking. Needless to say me and the lady behind me were mad. Such shitty service. Enough to make me never come back. read more

This review is mostly for the service we received. It was the BEST service I have ever had at a Target or even a high end store for that matter. Stef went above and beyond! She's working on a holiday and still made extra effort. We purchased some furniture. She helped us by finding someone to put it on a flatbed and load it in our car. It wasn't so much the logistics of the purchase and loading it, but suck a helpful attitude. Stef is a star!!! She deserves a raise!! read more

Santiago in the electronic department was very unprofessional I came in to the store yesterday and at first he tells me yes we can price match the exact item from target.com. Then a few seconds later he tells me no sorry. and it had something to do with the online shopping cart. Santiago says "they will just say no at the service desk" Ok so I go talk to Anna at the service desk she says it's no problem we price match from the website all the time So frustrated that day. So I came back today (I have these gift cards I have to use and I am not crazy about target anyway) Just my luck Santiago is working electronics again!! So I walk up and simply say the lady at front desk says I can price match this. He gives me total attitude "oh you were lady here yesterday " but opens the case follows me up to the front desk. The nice customer service lady rings it up like it's no problem while he creeps behind me saying nothing And had nothing to say when I left. I feel as if he was upset they helped me with the price match. read more

My new favorite target location. The building is not new but a lot of people do not shop here and so for that reason it's a lot better to shop for me. It's more calm and peaceful than other stores. read more

I was shopping and this guy had asked me if I needed help as he was looking at my cart and I had said no. And I was with my friends and the baby and as I'm walking to get Oreos the guy is watching me from a far aisle and talking to his mic and I move on and then another guy asks me for help and I obviously said no. And as I'm walking to the cvs pharmacy I see another employee who seemed like the manager come my way and then call for back up. As I'm looking all these employees next to me not even 6ft a part from me like they should be. And the same guy that asked me the second time comes next me to look in my cart. I felt to uncomfortable. They thought I was trying to steal. Might be because of my race or because I was just dressed differently than the others. I ended up not even buying my groceries or my items and buying the babies cookies. And the same employee that asked me the first time for help was literally waiting me for at the exit. To try and stop me. I was so close to just explode and dump my bag and being like y'all are delusional. Mind y'all these were all men thinking I was trying to steal and all in my space. read more

It's a Target, just like the thousands of other Targets around the world. Although this one seems to have friendlier staff than the Bolingbrook store, cleaner than the Bolingbrook store, and somewhat better organized than the Bolingbrook store. They also sell alcohol, which is something the Bolingbrook store doesn't even have. It's not quite as busy as other Targets around the area, so you won't be waiting in line too long either. My only complaint was the guest services department was not adequately staffed to handle the traffic going to them. They needed another person and didn't have it. But all in all it was a good experience. What I'm trying to say is go to this one instead of Bolingbrook, and you'll also save a percent on taxes too! read more

Their clearance selection is pretty big. We do the 'clearance sweep'....the end caps closest to the walls is where they place most of their clearance. Walk around the outer circle of the store for great deals. read more

Hate your remodeling job! First off, by grocery area 2 carts cannot walk by each other. That's a big problem. It's a mish mash of food you cannot get to. Also, I went the day before Labor Day. No fresh chicken, hardly any fresh meat at all. In fact, you can tell nothing was even put out. Yet, in the paper you have a coupon for purchasing meat or seafood. You didn't have seafood either! Then, I ask a lady with no name tag, black dirty shirt and very disheveled looking where I could find an item on Cartwheel. She takes my app and looks up item and hands it back and says "I don't know." You don't know then WTF am I suppose to do with that? I ask to speak to Manager and she says "I am." That explains it all. I tell her I'm not happy with how with the "improvements" they made and the fact she cannot even tell me where an item is. She goes "OHHHHKKKAAYYY?" No apologies, no anything. I walk out of that store spending over $200 but less fresh meat, trash can, and Charcoal item and none of which an employee, including Manager, could tell me where located. I hate Walmart but I gotta say at least they have better prices and selection. Target, you better get this through your Corporate heads real quick. I do you a favor shopping at your establishment, you don't do me the favor as you might think you so boldly do. Business these days can be done online and if you're going to treat me like the way you did, well I can treat you just as unworthy! See ya. read more

I want to give a huge shout out to Richard. My mom came in with her phone today. She bought it a couple weeks ago and now it won't hold a charge. She has been worried because my dad is sick and it is their only phone. They are also on a fixed income and a new phone right now was out of the question. my co-worker went to target this mourning early before work to print out pics of the kids. she put the pics in and they told her that it would be ready at 9am, so she shopped around and waited. however, at 9am they came up to her saying the pics will not be ready until 10:30am, how rude, she has already been waiting there for and hour, then they turn around and exstend it without her knowing, wow, terrible customer service read more

Conveniently located near I355, the folks who work here are very nice. I learned something the hard way with a recent PC game purchase. If you open it, don't like it, and want to return it for a refund, you cannot do it. I go to this target probably once a week or so just to walk around and see all the deals they have; it is very rare that I walk out of the store empty handed. The store is usually well stocked and easy to navigate and there is never a problem finding an employee. There are price scanners conveniently located all around the store as well. One concern people may have is the parking situation; you can put your mind at ease because Target has a huge parking lot with tons of spaces. I never have trouble finding a spot that is close to either entrance. I have been very pleased overall with my experiences at this Target. The Customer Service desk is very helpful and willing to solve any problems that may arise. At times the checkout lanes can be slow, however it is very rare that the employee working them is rude or has an attitude. That is one of the main reasons that I keep coming back to this location, the customer service is pretty good here. The staff is very friendly and any time that I have had a question the employee has done everything in their power to answer it. Also, you can't beat some of the deals they have! I get so excited with the Target Booklet comes to our house in the paper and I can see what's on sale and what I can use coupons on. I would definitely recommend this Target; they've got everything and anything you need! read more
