The Store itself is much smaller after putting the "Food" (mostly frozen) in. There maybe a couple items.... The shoes were taken out (There used to be at least a dozen rows front and back of marvelous shoes... children's shoes were fun when they were little. Two (2) rows now, complete. When Replacing the Snack bar of Icees and junk food (hot dogs) With Starbucks, I found it quite sad... that Icee goes a long way with a 5 yr. old.(even a cranky one) I found it NOT to be Child Friendly Once Starbuck's came in. I did see other complaints that Starbuck's wasn't in Wilmington. (They've been in for a couple years now.) The Shoes and crappier & less misses clothing .... forget about the petites I actually wear. Even Belk stopped carrying dresses for short gals. The store always seems a mess, as the parking. That Cherry Icee is missed on those warm, hot, muggy summer Daze. :( ~~ Julia S. read more

Just another Target - about the same everywhere I guess. The biggest thing I recall about this place were the number of young black men that had their pants far below their butts - thanks God for underwear I guess! The parking lot had plenty of spaced - the exits were easy to find and inside the store - we found the same stuff here as we normally do at any other Target store - even prices were about the same. However - they do support TOMS which is GREAT! read more

I love shopping at target but I also love to get the best deals on the products I buy. I had researched scales before going to the store and found a weight watchers scale on sale for $15.99 using the cartwheel app. When I went to target and purchased the same scale it was $19.99 using the cartwheel app. Even though this isn't a large price difference I was irritated because I knew the scale should have actually cost me a few dollars less. In my opinion there is no reason why I should pay less money ordering online for in store pickup than if I actually go to the store and purchase it. read more

Average Target, but this one is information mining, and we all know how safe their information systems are. I came in for some Method soap refills, which are hard to find locally. Saw a case of Natty Light special for 11 bucks, SCORE...I thought, the wacko cashier carded me!!! I'M FIFTY FERCHRISTSSAKE, I've been punishing my liver for longer than she has been alive!!!. She takes my driver's license, AND SCANS IT. She never looked at my picture and never looked at my birthdate. That is freakin' bullshit, I will never buy from Best Buy for the same reason, I'm done going here too. read more

I preordered a book online and had been frustrated with every single store here in Wilmington. I decided to try target and was ecstatic it was in stock. Eager me went in before my confirmation of being ready but it was because i was burned at all the other stores with the tactic of "first come first serve". Although i was confused at customer service at first, my apologies to the customer service young miss and young man that initially tried to help me. Target honors a ordering system and is seemingly the only store currently valuing that. Justin, who works in electronics, was so profoundly kind and sincere and Lauren, on duty manager, was diligently searching to make sure I received my book right then. Thank you lauren, I appreciate the genuine business etiquette and the kindness everyone gave me, especially during these current times. Thank you for your patience with me target. read more

I used to really enjoy this Target years ago but over the past couple of months it's really gone down hill. It's clear the employees, especially the cashiers, are miserable. I understand one disgruntled employee or one rough day but this is EVERY visit. I go to Target maybe once every two weeks and I can't recall the last time a cashier made eye contact with me, let alone smiled or engaged in conversation. There's not even a "hello" or "how are you?" When I try to say hi or any other nicety it's either ignored or met with a grunt. If the cashiers do talk it's into their radio complaining about lines being too long or asking for a break or a reminder that their shift is almost over. It's become cool for the front of house staff to argue with each other over who had the worst day at work so far while in front of customers. I get it. Work can be hard. I love to gripe about my job as much as the next person but this shouldn't be done in front of customers. It is so uncomfortable to listen to this. Target visits used to be enjoyable but realizing how much I cringe and dread going through the checkout line was a major wake up call. I'll happily make the trek to Costco and Whole Foods or purchase items online to avoid this Target. read more

I freaking love Target! I just wish they had more sales & better clearance prices at this location. read more

Just as average as any target you would find in a small town. The baby section is very slim pickings as well as the little kids clothes section. They have a Starbucks now for those that can't wait the extra 10 minutes to cross the street for the actual Starbucks store. 2 stars because it's always better than ever having to step foot into Walmart. read more

This is your typical Target store. They had pretty much everything any other Target store had. However, I gave them only 4 stars because there was not a Starbucks inside. read more

I love this store they always have good stuff and usually a sale or two going on. I LOVE that they have a grocery section, not a huge fan of the layout but it works. The selection always is great for holidays, and I do also like that they now have a self check out AMENNNNN! read more

I wish I could rate this 3.5. The staff is usually very kind which makes up for the fact that this target is tiny and does not get a lot of the same inventory as other targets. read more

Always find eveything I need at Target! One of the perks of shopping here is that they often offer gift cardsbare rewards for buying certain items. Its always clean and normally hadplenty of registers up when it is busy. I seriously love Target. read more

Why must you take all my money Target? I generally come to you for one or two items. But then I have to look at the shoes and the fun, clearance beauty items. And the large selection of natural cleaning products. And don't even get me started on the baby clothes. I went in looking for one measly shower gift and ended up with a whole wardrobe for the poor kid. Oh well. You can't take the money with you when you die, right? read more

The Costume service is really really bad. I don't accept your bad attitude. No working quality at all.

I really enjoy shopping at Target so much. It is clean friendly awesome store. I am usually at this Target a few times a wk. I probably spend a good 400 to 500 a month here. read more

This target used to be well kept but now it's like they just threw everything in this store and left it anywhere. This store is too small for all of the stuff they're cramming into it. They should definitely expand; the parking lot has more space than the store. The parking spots are small but not as small as toys r us. The front of the store between the bathroom and the main doors are dirty and I hate that popcorn smell as soon as you walk in. It's nauseating, and makes the store seem dirtier. read more

Target is clean, well-lit, well-stocked and has competent, friendly cashiers. You'll learn to appreciate Target even more if you visit Walmart first! In contrast, Walmart never seems to have enough cashiers and the ones they do have are either incompetent or couldn't care less if you ever get out of the store. The Walmart store is so overstocked you can't get your cart down many of their 4000 aisles. read more

I don't go to Target too much just because its not really close to where I live, but I always think of Target as a nicer cleaner store than say a WalMart or KMart. Not the case when I went in last week. I honestly didn't even want to use the restroom. There was bodily fluids and other disgusting things on the floor and there literally 1 stall I could use at the time because of the mess. I don't even think Ive seen the Walmart bathrooms that bad. I honestly refused to take my son in to go potty because I thought I might throw up if I had to. Definitely not what I expected of Target. read more

I am a huge Target fan and this one is as exceptional as most. The only reason I would not give 5 stars is that they do not have a Starbucks inside the store, I love their grocery area. It makes it easy for me to get all of my shopping done in one store. I am also a teacher so I love their dollar section because I can get many items for my classroom at a great price. read more

Selection-Wise Good Service-wise, Meh Morality-Wise, Fail. I really like their selection but I don't agree with the whole bathroom situation where any creep can go in the ladies room or men's room without question. I personally think if the bathrooms were single person then I wouldn't care but I don't want some freak watching little kids using the bathroom. I personally believe that people in the LGBTQF etc. community need to chill out and not assume that gender exclusive bathrooms are discrimination against them. It's a bathroom for crying out loud, not a political statement. Service-wise, they have put things on the shelves days if not weeks early, and then of course problems can arise. The employees are pretty friendly and helpful. The food in the cafe is what you'd expect not bad, not good. The popcorn is certainly fine though. I got my flu-shot here recently and I barely felt it (I'm terrified of needles). They have a huge screen in the electronics department and some of the advertisements and music videos they show are a little raunchy sometimes but that's just my opinion. read more

I was in Target this week and used my credit card. They charged me 3 times for 1 purchase then refused to correct the issue. My credit card even tried calling them to have the funds released and they still refused read more
