I spend so much money on Target that they should be rewarding me with a good customer award. Well, or at least a discount coupon once in a while. Speaking of discount coupon, they do give it out, but only if you become a Target credit card member. Imagining 10% discount on all of my Target purchases made me apply for one, only to discover that I actually saved more with my Discover card. Target cc terms suck, stick with your usual CC with the most rebates and you're saving already. I love their elevators, they're almost as big as the bedrooms in my condo. In the store, I always browse the women clothes first, then go to accessories, then to shampoo and soaps area then to the refrigerated food section last. I always buy my OJ from here since Target sells the cheapest OJ I can find. Checking out is always a breeze, sometimes employees ask me if I was ready to check out, and if I did, they'd open a register for me. Nice! The food selection in their cafetaria is not to my taste. In fact the only thing I like is the cola freeze. I always make a point to stop here on Dec 26, the first day of after Christmas sale. They open at 8, and I arrive at 8:15 the latest because good selections go fast! The last time I went there, some ladies hauled two carts filled with Christmas Bounty rolls, marked 50% off. I eyed their carts with envy, thinking what a big savings they would enjoy because those Bountys were very useful items indeed. Those are smart ladies. They held off buying Christmas cards and wrapping paper because those things will go on 75% discount the following week. read more

This review is for the target in West Hollywood next to the Ulta in thy mini plaza. GENERAL MANAGER Your employee the black bald guy who is always for some stupid reason sectioned in the women's/ men's toiletries (shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste, etc) rows needs to be in the back instead. He is sectioned there for a reason, TO HELP GUEST WHO NEED ACCESS TO LOCKED ITEMS. Everytime anyone even looks at the section he walks away immediately or rolls his eyes like if you hate ur job that much go down the street and work as a stripper in West Hollywood im sure you'll be happier there. I saw him yell at a guest for asking A SIMPLE "excuse me where is this item" QUESTION. The man asking had a heavy accent so when he asked the first time he looked at him with a snobby face and said "what?!" The man asked again politely and he yelled at which section the item was at and proceeded to yell at him twice because he didn't understand the first time. So unprofessional, actually instead of having him in the back have him cleaning ur toilets instead or outside with the homeless asking for money because that's where his rude ass belongs. He should be fired for his nasty attitude and I've witnessed this man more than twice being rude and not wanting to help, he is always in that damn section, next time I come im definitely looking at his name tag and taking a photo to upload if you are confused on who I'm referring too! Terrible employee I feel bad for his colleagues... read more

By far the worst experience ive had at Target in West Hollywood i have been shopping at this target since it opened and have never been more dissatisfied and disgusted in my life the attitude from Daniel the electronics guy was ridiculous why is he working for the company again ? i don't know but if target wants to keep loyal customers that spend money and use the target REDCARD like myself better stop hiring idiots like this guy he is very rude and disrespectful the whole time i was in the department he was on his phone then when i went to ask him a question he ignored me until i had a smart remark to say to him then i walked away for him to run behind me asking if i need help so i then ignored him and was approached by Kendrick which i have to say was a very nice gentleman he has helped me my wife and son a few times in electronics well long story short Kendrick provided the great service i was looking for i will be filling out the survey as well as calling corporate about this guy so if you see a orange haired guy with glasses stay away he probably wont be paying attention anyways probably would just be on his phone i wanna give 5 stars for kendrick's service but im giving a one due to Daniel's non great service i sure hope this review is helpful to other customers who shop at this store and who plan too read more

I'm so tired of the harassment that goes on in this store. every time I'm here they try to get me to sign up for a credit card!seriously after all the personal information that was stolen from targets system and you still want to push me to put my social in! I think not! I understand you might have to ask but if I say no then no! The last time I was here there was a lady by the name of rosa who kept insisting that I sign up.i told her no like 3 times she even had the audacity to tell me that she couldn't return my items unless I signed up for a stupid credit card.I'm pretty sure that's blackmail and against company policy somewhere.as I continued to tell her no I watch her walk away and do the same thing to another person. It's insane that upper management would allow this.on another occasion there was a skinny Asian woman yelling at her cashier associates about not opening cards and that "expectation" was to open 2 per day and if not they were going to get written up.seriously not only is that wrong but you shouldn't do that in front of your customers.I'm probably going to. Call the corporate office because this type of treatment towards your customers and employees is unacceptable! read more

This Target was my worst experience yet. I went to Target with a list of household goods that I was planning on purchasing because I need it for myself & my family. I also needed a vacuum & I was willing to pay the price for a good heavy duty vacuum. I needed assistance in the vacuum aisle I started walking around to find anyone I could see with a red shirt for some assistance I came across 2 girls in the detergent aisle near the vacuum aisle they were chit chatting I stop to ask them for help they both rudely pointed to the vacuum aisle. They rushed me away just to get back to their conversation. I found somebody else she was a little more helpful but she probably got lost in the back somewhere because she never came back with my vacuum. Up to now I still have no vacuum. very disappointed. Useless. Super long lines. I waited at least 20 mins in line. Never again will I step into this Target. The managers need to train these lazy employees or get new ones. Try the Target in Inglewood or Culver City if you expect good customer service. Without employee training and accountability, this store will not survive. Take your money somewhere else. read more

I visit this Target store all year long. This is the second time a cashier tried to rip me off by shorting my change. Something was amiss, and I noticed it as soon as i gave him the $100 bill. He was chatting me up way too much all of a sudden and I felt that he was literally trying to distract me. He handed me my change and kept trying to talk to me to the point where I consciously told myself to check my change. Sure enough, he shorted me $20.00 I was owed $89.07 in change and he gave me $69.07. I caught it immediately and he didn't question it for a second--smiling all the way and apologizing, didn't miss a beat. It was just obvious. But what's worse is I talked to the manager after, who just seemed so young and inexperienced, she was apologizing for him for making a "mistake" because he was "newer" and she was sure he didn't mean it. Really? How would she know that? I can't prove what he was thinking, but I knew it was happening before it happened. REC # is 7298-1884-5962-3 and VCD# 752-280-846. Receipt says 6:20 p.m. on 10/25/17. Beware--no one seems to be in charge over there. read more

One aspect that's stood out to me is that the new layout seems to lack the charm or functionality of the previous one. I find myself missing the familiarity of the old design and the ease with which I could navigate through the store or website. The new layout feels like it's missing something, and I wish I could pinpoint exactly what that is. While I acknowledge that change can take time to get used to, I was expecting a more exciting and improved shopping experience with this new layout. Unfortunately, it has left me feeling somewhat underwhelmed, and I hope that Target considers further enhancements to address these concerns. In the midst of my mixed feelings about Target's new layout, there's one aspect that continues to brighten my experience: the student discounts. I absolutely love the fact that Target offers these discounts. It's a saving grace amidst the layout changes, and it's something I genuinely appreciate. The ability to save money while shopping there is a significant plus in my book, and it adds a positive note to an otherwise mixed review. read more

This review is for the floor supervisor Oscar. I hate how you drove me to leave a negative review for this location. You sir are a terrible leader and need to work more on taking accountability for your actions and that of your team. To blame a customer for taking our shopping cart is ludicrous considering it was late into the evening and we were the only folks in that aisle. You and I both know it was one of your staff that took our cart thinking it was rouge. While I don't blame your staff for wanting to finish the night strong, I do however blame your smartass attitude and the way you decided to talk to me as the primary reason for this review. Keep in mind that there's a place called Walmart that offers the same sorry service you provided at a much lower price. I truly hope you get a chance to read this and reflect upon your actions in order to improve your service in the future. TL;DR- spent over an hour just to have cart taken by staff. Supervisor is 0 help, blames others. Didnt find our cart. Still had to pay for parking. read more

Target of west Hollywood needs to be shuttered and closed for good. The employees are gang members from the hood, before someone gets hurt or worse. They are treating and extremely rude. I stood in the men's apparel fitting room area while all the fitting rooms were locked like they do most of their HBA items for thirty minutes, until I only open the stock room door and asked for customer service. An employee that looked like a gang member with tattoos long beard with gray unkempt hair in his 40's about 5'10" and 200lbs threatened me for asking for customer service and was going to call the police to serve a trespassing warrant just because I asked for customer service. He was embarrassed because he was caught not doing his job and I scared him. Then ten minutes later another employee with a nasty disposition and rude attitude with keys to open one of the fitting rooms, tried to tell me what to do that was part of his job. He was a small yappy little feminine man in his thirties about 5'9" 160lbs. read more

Would leave no star if possible! Let me start off by saying I'm here to remind corporate that I've never received my refund on a car seat I bought for my baby before Christmas online. Not only did this item come into the store and I was never notified, it was returned and I had to go in store to find out! I called corporate and was given the run around like Target can't afford to give one family back their money so we can get their son the proper CARSEAT! I will be notifying the public as much as possible about this disservice and understandable frustration as much as possible ! We can't afford to throw away a hundred and something dollars with a baby! And I'm sure it won't hurt target to REFUND WHAT WE ARE OWED! It's pretty simple !! It's starting to look like a legal matter that's worth more than a few hundred dollars especially involving my son and his safety ! read more

does anyone remember before this mess of a "shopping center" was haphazardly built? that southwest corner of santa monica & la brea was a mechanic/ auto thing building.. and this part of town was NEVER considered WeHo.. the street signs west of la brea NEVER had that bright yellow geometric logo thing that symbolizes WeHo. especially now that kat von d's tattoo shop is within walking distance, this area is nauseatingly hipster...... i know this intersection WELL.. my senior year high school best friend was a tranny hooker working the "bully" as we called it.. from benito's tacos on highland all the way west to fairfax.. this stretch of santa monica "bully " was WEIRDNESS TO THE MAX back in the late 90's/ even early 2000-2001... why couldnt the authentic grime be preserved forever somewhere??? by the way, the parking here SUCKS read more

I have a love - hate relationship with this Target, but my review today will be why I love it. I love the location... walking distance to so many things including my favorite Best Buy anywhere. The fact taht I can eat downstairs at several eateries & come back to Target and continue shopping makes it kick ass! It's so damn big & spread out that I actually love to take my time & stop at every "area" & pick up a new pair of jeans, a new shirt, a hot c.d., or even shop for trivial things I never knew I needed. *African candle sitting on my nightstand* The employees are great.... from grandma at the register, to the transexual stocking shirts, and the girl who proudly wears blue eye shadow a la Tammie Fae... I love them all! Very friendly & always willing to point you in the right direction. read more

Came in on May 2nd around 10pm to pick up a few items. Half way through shopping I remembered I needed a fan. After deciding on the fan I wanted and because it comes in 3 different colors. I opened the box to make sure it was the right one. The box wasn't taped up or anything like that. It was basically just folded shut. Out of no where a dork in a red shirt with Anthony on his name tag comes over and tells me that I can get arrested for opening boxes..lol..what a dumbass..Where do they find these guys..lol..really? I can get arrested? For opening boxes? He then says next time just ask him because it looks like I'm trying to steal...this kid needs to be fired for stupidity. Hello Anthony its a f****** fan. It's not like I can just slip it down the back of my pants.. read more

I LOVE Target. Love love love. Just not Targets in LA. Busy- ALWAYS, just not enough! But I'm thrilled to see they are opening one by the Bev Center and one Downtown too!!! This Target is always busy of course, being in Hollywood and all. But the biggest downside is the parking, getting in and out and having to cram into the elevator with my cart is a pain. The one redeeming factor for me here are the employees. I was TERRIFIED to go here around Christmas, and of course the lines were all long, but the cashiers did an amazing job getting the lines through. I was very impressed. Every time that I've come here my cashiers have always been really friendly, or at least friendly enough. If the parking was bad on top of the service I would never come here. read more

I recently visited Target to pick up an order, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by their restroom policy. As a customer, I urgently needed to use the restroom due to my disability and bladder problems, but I was informed that it was for employees only. Despite explaining my situation, I was denied access. The result? I ended up having an embarrassing accident because of this rigid policy. It's disheartening to think that a company as large as Target wouldn't prioritize basic human needs over strict rules, especially for disabled customers. I understand the need for security and cleanliness, but denying restroom access to customers--especially when they're in distress--is simply unacceptable. As a loyal shopper, I expected better from Target. read more

Not that target really needs a review, but Im a frequent shopper here so.. anyways. This target is def geared for those with the extra cash. They dont sell N.Y.C makeup which is a cheaper brand that I like to get. However, they do have a special makeup sale associate in the makeup department if you need any help. I have never seen this at a target before so take advantage. The lines can get long at the check out, but the employees are on top of their game. They are super fast at checkouts and there are always a lot of lanes in use. The selection of products is somewhat average. They tend to stock only the more costly or upscale products. The parking garage is below the store. The first hour is free. This is the awesome part. read more

Umm yeah it's fine. I come to this Targ a lot cause it's like right down the street from my office, and it's cool that they have a free parking garage so getting in and out is easy. The thing that sucks is I feel like this Target is smaller than most, or anyway it seems like the products I'm looking for (mostly toiletries and stuff) are out of stock about 25% of the time. I'm not sure if they just get less inventory or if this location is just more busy, but there you have it. Still the store is normally pretty orderly and the staff is friendly most of the time. If you need to go to Target this is an easy in-and-out trip, but just don't expect to be able to check EVERYTHING off your list. Cause they might not have it. read more

Customer service was taken out back and shot! These asshats are some of the rudest employees in the industry. While Target makes billions, their employees struggle to make rent and a lot have to work several jobs to make a living. This is another greedy company that thinks it is OK to screw over their employees. More greedy asshats. This is part of the reason our country has gone down the tubes. AVOID TARGET AND OTHER LARGE COMPANIES THAT UNDERPAY THEIR EMPLOYEES. If we all stand together, we can get better wages and better lives, but NO! You idiots are willing to work for NOTHING, which reduces all of our value. STAND UP FOR YOURSELVES AND WE WILL ALL HAVE BETTER LIVES!!! read more

I used to love to shop here. The selection was always great and I used to feel safe. Unfortunately, every time I have gone in lately there are homeless mentally ill people either shoplifting or walking around the store which creates a poor experience for the customers. It's honestly scary. Today there was an altercation with one who was cussing and threatening the workers when they asked her to leave. The staff are really nice here but it's a shame Target doesn't do anything to protect their employees and create a safer work and shopping environment. I feel like the only solution these days is to hire armed guards. read more
