    LOCATION/PARKING: located on a very busy street, so parking can be difficult at times. If you park in the residential, be sure to read the street signs! CUSTOMER SERVICE: Excellent!! Matthew E. assisted me and he was super friendly and helpful! He wasn't overly pushy, as some people can be. PURCHASED: I purchased the Lewis Grand Daybed and am very happy with my purchase! I have been wanting a deep seated sofa and had my eye on this for the past two years. The dimensions fit perfectly in my living room. Super cozy! RECOMMENDATIONS: Highly recommend to order the FREE fabric swatch! These colors differ DRAMATICALLY from online to the actual (free) swatches to the store swatches (bigger than the samples received). If you are able to visit a store, I would do so! It really helps determine the comfort level of the furniture you want, as well as the color and fabric! DELIVERY SERVICE: The process was so easy! I was communicated throughout the process (of build, shipping, and delivery). Once I scheduled the delivery, they phoned me 15mins prior to arrival. I was able to request that they wear booties and a mask, which they were receptive to. They were careful in bringing each piece into my house and setting it up. They were also patient while I rearranged my rug to the new dimensions of the daybed vs my old couch. PRICE: With inflation, price on everything has gone up! So take advantage of Joybird's sales when they have them!! It's the best time to purchase from them! I don't think I would have purchased at full price (which is why it took me over 2yrs!).

    This is such a great furniture store! Prices are very fair, considering the area too. They have a variety of colors and materials available, one more stunning than the next! Service is super friendly and helpful, great option if you are looking to furnish your new home or apartment!

    Well, after three years....I am giving a full review of two sofas I purchased in late 2019 (December). Both sofas were completely different but we got the same PET friendly fabric on both. One for our den with a moveable chaise(ottoman) that can be flipped from right or left side of sofa and one for our living room that was more formal. Both sofas had very hard foam and the longer you sat on them the more sore your back, bottom and legs became! The quality craftsmanship of both sofas were also not good. The more formal sofa had a stretcher bar and legs and looked great in the round. All the cushion were misshapened on the corners and loads of loose strings that continued to pop out from everywhere! We just Gave away the sofa in the den. We are holding onto the more formal of the two as it will have to be used until we can find two more appropriate and comfortable sofas. I would NOT suggest buying from Joybird. Just not quality or comfort!

    Joybird says it's normal for the seat cushion to become indented and wrinkly after only 60 days.

    Update: I filed a warranty claim and was told that the seat cushion indentation (after only 60 days) was normal. They said I should open up the cushion and refluff the filling. 1) Fluffing it imo would ruin the look of the chair. It's a flat cushion, it's not supposed to look chunky. 2) This was a very expensive chair I shouldn't have to fluff it every month.

    I recently had the pleasure of working with Pierre from Joybird's showcase room in Los Angeles on Melrose and have nothing but positive things to say about my purchasing experience. I was very impressed with Pierre's willingness to help me select the right modular sofa for my space. He took the time to ask me questions about how often I intend to use the sofa and what kind of care was needed to keep it looking nice so I was able to select the type of modular configuration best suited for my home. What really stood out to me was their patience when it came down to selecting the color. I was incredibly indecisive and changed my mind several times but Pierre never made me feel rushed or pressured and took the time to explain the differences between each fabric. I can't wait for my Holt sectional in Royale Apple to arrive next month!

    My wife and I have now had two great experiences with Joybird. The first was for an order placed late October 2022 for an Elliot sofa that was delivered in early January 2023. The sales and delivery teams were great. Our dog, Chester, came along when we went to the store on Melrose, and was welcomed inside. We then returned to Joybird a couple of months back to look for another sofa when we decided to redecorate our den. Our salesperson, Riyah, was gracious and very helpful. The upholstery fabric was backordered for a few months, so we expected to wait a little longer for delivery..., but the good news is that it was delivered over a month earlier than we expected. In both cases, we went shopping during holiday sales events, and that was also really worthwhile. We can definitely recommend Joybird -- plenty of selection, helpful salespeople, courteous and responsible delivery..., and great furniture.

    Great reps - awesome showroom. Was hesitant about ordering a couch online so we went to check out the store front. Riyah was super helpful! I asked if they had any supply chain issues as I've heard horror stories about couches recently. They assured me they did not. We got our couch in about ~3 weeks and love it! So happy with the purchase and highly recommend the store! The Elliot sectional is AWESOME.

    Just wanted to thank Matthew for all of his help and design suggestions for the living room for the new Assisted Living House we are opening in Santa Monica. The chairs are awesome and the most comfortable seating for future residents. We just passed our inspection and await the license to welcome our first resident. Matthew listened and told us about his experiences that helped us make informed and perfect decisions for these chairs. His suggestions were great, and he spent a good part of a rainy afternoon, helping us design the space and make important color choices based on existing furniture that we already had and ongoing construction that was happening to the room. We are thrilled with the results! Thanks again!

There's plenty of plant varieties to choose from as well as plant accessories like ceramic pots in all shapes and sizes. When you walk up to the second floor, the garden oasis continues and then in the evening, the space turns into a restaurant. I first attended Rolling Greens for their floral arrangement class which is $250 per person. It comes with a vase, all the florals, one flower food, and the needed materials to make the arrangement in glass. It also comes with wine or refreshing tea. The instructor spent the first 30ish minutes chatting about arrangements and what itesm to start with, and some simple reflexing of petals and wiring, but I do wish there was a bit more technique learned. I did appreciate them walking through each person to give advice and everyone was incredibly friendly! I was very happy to walk out with a beautiful arrangement. Transportation afterwards was a bit difficult, but now I have the vase to create something again!

A friendly staff member gave us advice on how to care for them, and signed us up for notifications of sales,etc. We will definitely stop in on our next shopping trip in the area. Well worth a visit.

If you happen to speak to the owners - an elderly woman and man - it's your lucky day. They can hardly waste their breath to speak to you. Sometimes, you may encounter a young woman who is friendly and helpful, but they have such a high staff turnaround, she probably won't last long. It's really a shame because they do have a great curation of pieces but their attitude is so appalling that it doesn't matter how good the it is, you enter and leave with such a bad taste that you would never buy anything from them (I'll buy my Roly Poly chair from 1st Dibs, thank you). As an interior designer, I've purchased many things for clients in the past, but I truly cannot patronize them anymore.

I had bought from Garde online before over the years but never been in person until they recently opened a new store here in NY. Me and my client were immediately approached by a man who introduced himself as the owner who then proceeded to follow us around the store talking all the while a dime a dozen real loud and obnoxious. Not only did we not want this it made us extremely uncomfortable, especially as he was so incredibly unpleasant about all of his clients and staff and even some of the artists they were showing. He would not go away or leave us alone did not get the hint at all. This man complained about multiple staff members to us also mentioned several very well known designers by name as being hard to work with (in his view)despite us showing zero interest in hearing it as some of these people are friends and industry peers of mine, it felt so unprofessional and indiscreet. There was a young girl working in there who must have been so awkward, she seemed friendly and polite would rather have talked to her. My client asked me if we could just leave and said she didnt want to buy anything from a place like this with such little respect for their clientele and represented artists. She is a collector and loves discovering new artists but was very upset at the lack of respect. If i sold through them I would be P*SSED at the way they talked about me as well as the buyers of my work, I have lived in NY for 20 years and never once had such a bad feeling about someone in my industry. Horrible man horrible day and I will never purchase for clients from here ever again and will advise others to do the same. What a way to run a business, great job guys

We reached out to H+E, and they effectively rinsed their hands of accountability as we were outside the 14 day return policy. They suggested we take the rug to a professional carpet cleaner, which we did at our own expense. $450 later, and after three attempts from this highly reputable company, the smell still lingers. Note - the rug cleaning company stated that usually one professional cleaning resolves odors - they tried 3x. H+E is shirking all responsibility, thus now we are out $2,200 for the rug + $450 for the cleaning. If you plan on using this company, immediately inspect your product for any defects or issues, as they have zero desire to resolve issues beyond the stated return policy window.
