Most friendly employees ever! Great to see folks enjoying there work, smiling, singing and eager to help you!

Nothing much to say other than hey its Target! I sometimes prefer Target over Wally-World due to there not being some many people in the store possible due to the slightly increased prices over Walmart. This visit was however a little weird and different from the norm I've experienced at Targets. After walking into the store and asking a sales associate for help i was promptly told by the employee loudly that she was "on a lunch break" and couldn't answer my simple question. Feeling a little appalled by her reply i turned to another customer and received the look that everyone gives someone, when even they cant believe what was just said out of disbelief... I casually just laughed it off. but this wasn't the first weird occurrence I've experienced in Virginia Beach. The other was at a Home Depot when after having spare keys made and employee there ask if i was just going to put them in my pocket. Again that same reaction came over me. What is it with people now a days...lol. My repay was no and carried on with my business. I often wondered if i happened to say yes jokingly and ask the employee, "are you going to tell?" **Overall no complaints about Target and I'm still a fan, however you just never know whats going to happen when you visit some of these local stores. In this day and age you got to be ready for what ever happens out there. Cheers! read more

Well, I have already reviewed the pharmacy here (http://www.yelp.com/biz/target-pharmacy-virginia-beach#hrid:8euOAl--_LKxlInH2gwoTQ) and today I am paying for the fact that I go there once a month! I always spend entirely too much money here. They have wine! And frozen pizza! Shoes! Need I say more?! read more

Customer service person is very rude! I return a swim suit. Of course it was tried on, didn't realize there's a deodorant mark on it and like I said "it was tried on". She acted like don't want to touch either the bra or the bottom part of it. And when she hand me the my refund, she obviously don't like to touch my hand, she handed me the money almost drop it to my hand. Then she throw my return items to the side. The customer service girl at target in laskin road, Virginia Beach makes me feel like a dirty, discussing person. I was embarrass to the other customer waiting behind the line. Also, now that I'm here complaining about the store. I also, observe that most everyone that works in this store are snotty people. Managers, sales and floor associates do not say hi or anything to shoppers. However, With all these bitching...I sincerely appreciate the pharmacy associates, they all pleasant on the phone or in person and ALWAYS willing to help out. read more

I was there yesterday and the cashier Ashley was incredible. The lady in front of me was the worst. I've been in customer service over 30 years and I was very impressed with the way her and her supervisor handled the situation. The mightier-than-thou attitude the customer had was unbelievable, the less-than human treatment of Ashley and her supervisor was uncalled for and they handled it like a champ. The two of them did everything they could to make the situation better and the harder they tried, the worse the customer became. YOU GO GIRLS!!!! Customers are not ALWAYS right and I'm Not THE nurse at the local elementary school ;-) read more

I come here for almost everything, but since Covid I haven't got much. So I decided hey I need some paper plates and my family and I were doing a little Christmas shindig (just house hold members) so I ordered a pickup, waited three hours and when I received a message my order was ready but two items couldn't be filled because they were out of stock, no big deal. So I picked out some different ones, waited another couple of hours or so. Said they were out of stock again. So I called so see what they had so I could order the right ones as I didn't wanna go inside, cause there is a pandemic. I was hung up on three times. So I went to retrieve some items I was able to get and asked to talk to a manager. I had to go inside because they couldn't leave the floor. As I spoke with her she told me how she can't help they were out of stock and they are working hard and she can't help she's out of them and told me they can't give quantity over the phone which all it stated was new game systems had to be bought online. I stressed how aggravated I was, like there's a pandemic I don't just wanna come into a crowded store. So I walked to the paper plates and what do you know, a whole end cap FULL of the plates I ordered. Y'all are great, truly. Maybe fix your attitudes and not be lazy. A whole end cap in the middle of the biggest isle you have FULL. Honestly couldn't miss it. This isn't the first time it's happened and I'm sure it won't be the last read more

If I could give less then 1 star to this Target I would . We don't live here. Came to get water and some snacks.. Saw a Starbucks inside and went to get a cup. The girl taking care of it not only ignored me at first so she could talk to her friend, she then came up to me with an attitude and said what can I get you. I then realized I passed my card off to my daughter. I said give me a minute. She then mocks to her friend "she gave her card to her daughter" in a Snide voice. Sorry honey this isn't how we treat people where we live. Never been so disappointed in a target. Everyone had an attitude. Not even exaggerating this. Even the manager on duty heard the Starbucks theme and did nothing. Corporate should wipe this group out and start over.. read more

Rude manager at customer service; after saying she can't enter my card number by hand turned around and said she could but pretty much she didn't want to. Back story: I ordered 3 boxes of diapers online for in-store pick up with a promotional $15 gift card back via email. I am out of town and I didn't have my card so this is why I ordered online. When I got to the store she was giving me issues with my order and didn't want to apply my coupons. Finally she applied my $9s worth of coupons. I saw her scan a gift card for the $15 so I asked for It, but I was told my gift card would come in my email so she didn't give it to me. It confused me. I got my recipe via email and never looked at it until I saw an extra charge on my card. Somehow she applied the $15 gift card to my current order so when I received the gift card via email I was charged for it. So I was forced to pay for a $15 gift card I don't need. Thanks target! read more

Super disappointed with the Target in store pickup, but even more disappointed with the young girl's rude attitude behind the counter. Their system was down and they hoped I would just come back later. Because I have all of the time in the world to go back and forth to Target. Then she laughed to the girl next to her. When I asked to speak with a manager she didn't move a muscle. She told me I could go find the product myself if I didn't want to wait a long time. So kind of her as well. Long story short the other girl said it's normally easier to just ship to my house. Great to know. I def felt like I was shopping at Walmart. They need to either hire some teens with class or try some grown adults. read more

Love this target! I have to say that today was definitely one of those days where I left saying, I love this place. Shout out to the cashier Cortney, (yes her named was spelled in a non traditional way) she not only was super friendly, she also informed me about some coupons that they had to share.... We chatted about cartwheel and she was overall awesome. She's a keeper target! read more

Don't even try to shop for electronics here on weekends. The kid in electronics section is fashionably busy and can't answer basic questions
