Why are the bathrooms alwayssss dirty I don't understand how Walmarts bathrooms are cleaner than this. It ruins the experience.

Who ever the females were that were running the registers today on 99th and lower buckeye between 12-1:30pm today made themselves look dumb af, they looked like they didn't even know what they were doing. One was telling us to go to register 6 and once we got there the girl said "I'm not open". We told her that a coworker is telling everyone to come there and she didn't say a word, just looked at another coworker and they stared at each other smh. Expired cat food! Went in looking for cat food and I just happened to look at the date this time and was SHOCKED to find it expired. I went through the shelf and found so many others that were also expired that Target was still selling. Glad I checked the date and didn't feed this to my kitty. Be careful what you buy here, and be sure to check the expiration dates on the products! read more

Bait and Switch Scam with AT&T vendors in store. On approximately 1/5/2022, I was shopping in a Target Store located at 9830 W Lower Buckeye Rd, Tolleson, AZ 85353 and was approached by a AT&T salesperson who had a booth in the electronics department. I originally was told in December by a salesperson in Target that I would be charged $110 a month for the phone service and get 4 new Pixel 6 phones included in the payment. The only upfront fee would be for the taxes which I was told was $254.56 and I paid that at the time. I was then sent a bill for $500. I called to ask why I was being charged that amount. The customer service agent on the phone told be the original amount I was offered was not possible. I would however be eligible to have the same plan for $126 a month; to which I agreed. I received a new bill for $276.15. On 3/8/2022, I called AT&T again; And was told it was not resolved yet. On 3/9/2022 I paid for an amount the was noted on my account as past due for $96.81 On 3/22/2022 I was charged $258.68. I called AT&T and was told they are still reviewing; and will return my inquiry within 5 business days for resolution read more

This target is a bit out of my way but they always have everything in stock that other stores near me don't have. They usually have big clearance sections as well! I've done drive up and store pick up and my items are ready quick to pick up. The staff and friendly and the store and bathrooms are well kept. There's also a Starbucks inside which my kids love to get cake pops from. Worth the drive! read more

I was here about a month ago looking for this George Foreman grill. I could not find it on the shelf so I was told to go to Customer Service for a rain check because it was on sell. Chris at Customer Service look at the ad and checked his hand held device. He told me to wait a second. 3 mins later, he came back with one. YEAH, CHRIS!!!! This is the dirtiest target I've ever been too and I lived in AJ and Mesa. I went to get my daughter shoes and all the shoes were either thrown onto other shelves or on the floor. Nothing was organized whatsoever. I couldn't find any shoes of different sizes considering nothing was put back. It literally looked as if the staff does not clean the store after closing. We skipped the shoes and proceeded to try and find a videogame she had been looking for and it was the same case in the electronic department as well. As I walked out of the electronic area I was approached by a man who was running a promotion for target customers and when I told him no thank you he was rude towards me and started bad mouthing me to his coworker behind the counter. I quickly walked away as my daughter of 11 did not need to hear that and it was completely inappropriate. That man should not work in sales or customer service if he is going to behave that way. As a last ditch effort to save the trip I tried to go to the makeup area to grab something and several areas had nothing on the shelves so we left and went to kohl's instead. They should slap a Walmart sign on their store at this point. I go to target to avoid these kinds of things and they behaved just like them. I will not be returning and I've already spoke to my family about my experience there and they will not be coming into this location either. Target you have seriously disappointed me in your staffing choice and your crew is not doing their jobs. No customer should feel attacked especially by an employee because they do not want to hear your sales pitch and they surely should not be speaking bad about customers as they walk away. Terrible experience never ever again coming back. Rather go to Walmart and deal with the rift raft instead. read more

RIPPING PEOPLE OFF! Cartwheel has an awesome offer for 50% off ham so we head to Target to get a ham at a great price. We grab a ham priced at $29.66. We get in line and I'm thinking that's a little pricey for a ham. So I go to look at the tag and see how many pounds it is and if it's even worth getting one. There was no weight listed on the sticker. But notice writing under the sticker so we pull the sticker up, to find the original price tag for $16.71. Had I paid 50% of the $29.66 then ham would have been $14.83. That's only 13% off the original price of the ham. So knowing there was a Target Cartwheel coupon for 50% off, they purposely up the price of the ham. Which really doesn't give anyone a deal. Ripping off people in the West Valley at its finest. Needless to say we made them honor the $16.71 price, so after my cartwheel coupon $8.35. Plus my Red Card and family discount down to $6.09 for their $30 ham! read more

Target, you really should do something about your staff members at the Tolleson, AZ location on 99th Ave and Lower Buckeye Rd. I feel like the employees at this location are very lazy and don't seem interested in actually doing their jobs. Whenever I go here, there is usually only 1 or 2 registers open, even when it's super busy. This store also has self-checkout terminals but they are literally NEVER open! Whenever I try calling the store, the line either disconnects or gives a busy signal. I went into this location a few weeks back and needed to pick up something I ordered from your website, so I went to customer service and guess what? Not only was there nobody at the counter and I had to wait at least 10 minutes for someone to show, but the red phone they keep at the counter to answer calls was OFF THE HOOK. Deliberately. I couldn't believe it. It's no wonder people don't answer the phone there or it disconnects! I really think you should look into what goes on at this location. Also, provide better education to your employees because some of them don't even know how to price match, which is something you guys are supposed do. read more

My local Target. It's great store with friendly staff. I really like looking in their dollar section you never know what you might find. The area changes with the seasons/holidays. The baby clothes section is pretty small compared to other targets. You can always save 5% when you use your Target Red Card. read more

Where to begin, this being a Target you would assume it would be clean? That was not the case here. Mess everywhere. For a second, I thought I was at the Walmart by 75th Ave & Thomas. Our cashier was a younger lady & her customer service was nonexistent. She was too carried away with having a conversation with some tall and lengthy kid with glasses about what her plans were after work. I ordered a backpack sprayer and it came damaged. I called and after an hour and a half I had the option for a return call so I left a detailed message about the damage my sprayer had. 2 weeks later they tell me they cant do anything for me. Cant replace the damaged item. Wont discount the price of my damaged item. So now I am stuck paying full price for a product that was probably returned. I will never use target again they have such poor customer service and I cant believe they couldn't do anything about an item that I notified the same day it arrived. I would have went to the pawn shop if I wanted a non perfect item. They sure took the money and stretched out the process until I could no longer return. Lesson learned, that's what I get for not ordering from The Home Depot they have good customer service and would never ask me to keep a damaged item. read more

My favorite Target store! Not just saying that because it's only a 5 minute drive from my house. It never gets too crowded and the aisles are always well kept and organized. I hate walking into a Target and finding the layout complicated and the isles messy. The staff here is always friendly and care about the appearance of the store. This Target is great, it's never super crowded, the staff is always friendly and it's always clean. They have a food section and it's usually where I do all my shopping. The selection however is limited. The prices are always higher then Walmart, but with a redcard it will even out most of the time. read more

I've been to target multiple times and yet this target has very poor quality service when it comes to having the customers check out. On multiple occasions, the cashier always forgets to scan some of my items, so when I get home I am very frustrated Because I do not have what I need. And my items aren't the big items, they are the smaller items that are harder to notice if she scanned them for not. If you want to come with all your items that you purchased, don't come to this target. read more
