The tv stand was assembled upon delivery at my home. It is not stable and rocks- a slight problem with a tv on it. I called and was told customer service was being contacted for the repair tech to come out- that was 2 weeks ago. 2. The couch was delivered but I didn't notice it was a dark blue and not a gray color which according to the store is the only available option- well the manufacturer sent the wrong color or whatever but either way I was sent the wrong colored couch. Also had customer service needing to contact me- from 2 weeks ago. The sales person replies but is pretty much unhelpful. It's unfortunate that I was promised repairs if needed and a company that stands by their products- but they don't. Take your money else where for sure....
