I hate the phrase "It is what it is" and want to preemptively punch anyone in the face when I notice they are about to let it come out of their stupid mouths. (Thank you, "Basketball Wives." I first heard this stupid phrase on your stupid show. It it weren't for all the constant drink-and-putasos throwing, this show would be completely worthless.)
Anyway, I hate to say it, but it is what (*punches self*) it is for a Target store. Decent selection of items at a low price. I once left an Albertson's when I realized that all the grocery items I was about to purchase were cheaper at Target. The grocery store has a slightly more extensive selection, but Target seems to be slowly catching up, making it a one-stop shop for all your immediate needs, whether it be groceries, beer, shitty wine, or condoms.
As a matter of fact, the only reason this particular Target receives 2 stars, instead of 1, is because I've noticed that their prices can be as much as 20% lower than at other Targets I've visited. How that is, I don't know, but I can only surmise a guess : they're trying to lure you in with lower prices to make up for allowing this place to become a goddamn zoo.
We all have heard the obligatory gripe about children who are allowed to run amok at public places, but the devil spawn that are brought here take the cake, figuratively and literally speaking. As a matter of fact, this one little fat fuck/future excessive-masturbator literally drove past the offensive line and almost tackled me to the floor, as if the imaginary football he must have thought I was carrying was actually a carton of glazed donuts or a bag of cheesy poofs.
Speaking of children, another trend I notice at this Target is the excessive hiring of worthless teenagers. Not all teenage workers are worthless, mind you. Just the ones at this Target. When they're not busy ignoring customers by shamelessly flirting with each other over the registers (where I had to remind one of them to shut his #weakgame piehole and ring me up before my dementia set in for the evening), they're blocking entire aisles to stock the constantly disorganized shelves, not offering so much as an apology for taking up so much space as they move at a snail's pace. I know that stocking shelves is a necessity, but these two little pricks decided to suddenly stop their cart and begin the task without informing the customers, approaching from every direction at the 3-way intersection, that the lanes would become unaccessible. Imagine driving a car and having to do an unexpected U-turn because you suddenly encountered a clusterfuck of incompetence.
I know I'm rambling, but the fiancé and I have began discussing our plans for procreation after the wedding. If I continue to visit this Target just to save a few bucks, I'm afraid I'm going to end up pulling a Cronus and devouring all of our offspring, just to spare any future Target shoppers from having to endure their potentially creepy, white-haired wrath. Some children can turn you into jack-in-the-boxes just for having bad thoughts, you know. It's a good life, my ass.
