Over the past few years I have had so many negative experiences with this location and yet I continue to go back and regret it every time. I had a great experience today I went to your electronics department looking for an earplug for my iPhone and the gentleman that help me was able to get my old earplugs working on my iPhone, which by the way I purchase from your target store months ago. My old earplugs would not connect with the Bluetooth on my phone and he did his magic and got it to work. This target is a little smaller. Pretty busy but next to a Ross which is a plus. Plenty of parking. Beware people drive very fast here so be careful backing or or walking. Keep watchful. Ive waiting 30+ minutes for 5 items, at that point how is this convenient?? Countless other times there's not enough designated parking spots for the drive up customer causing me to Circle number ours times til I can just park. Also I've seen multiple employees in one visit running around clueless not knowing what to do. I will start by admitting that I am a bit bias but in a good way. A couple of years ago I actually worked for Target for a little while and thought it was a great experience. If others had an opportunity to go through the Target Manager (Executive Team Leaders) they may appreciate what they offer even more. I digress, but continue with my love for the place. Target offers a shopping experience that is meant to be focused on the customer, this particular store does it very well. Always neat and clean the store can be visited for a quick trip or as some of you all know, a Target trip. You know the ones, you go in for a box of cereal and maybe some toothpaste and end up with stuff you had no idea you needed until you saw them displayed. When all is said and done your credit card is maxed and you are walking out with a dog bed and wondering if it was about time to get a dog. They offer all of the standard grocery items that you would normally need and consider to be the basics all the way to electronics and toys and clothes and stationary and greeting cards and patio furniture and, and, and ... Some stores really hit the target. This store, Target, hits its target, to be Target. Targeting a good time with my nephew I targeted Target as the target location. I have never had a problem here in what has been almost a decade of shopping. I have been here with family, freinds and co-workers of various ages and by myself. During its busiest hours you can always find parking if you walk a bit and always find an checkout aisle to pay. Like many targets the general selection of clothing, electronics, hardware, toiletries, grocery, toys and related items make it a wal-mart minus the huge crowds and huge lines to checkout. No Mcdonalds here but you will find that classic Target Popcorn me and many of my peeps love in thier snack bar. You will also find pizza, hot dogs, ice cream, pretzels and more. The lighting and aisle alignment more fancy schmancy than wal-mart. Parents, they have all the great toys your kids want you to spend your money on, haha. They also have many educational toys, some which I liked. all in all, another pleasant experience at this Target, they did not miss thier target. read more

Super disappointed and frustrated. I bought a game for my nephew's birthday. He wanted gta5. I didnt mind spending 65 dollars for the game. The problem I have with target is their policy. When I gave him the game he tried to play it and we realized that his Xbox didn't have enough memory. I went back to target spoke with a manager and was told they couldn't and would not exchange the game because it was open. I explained to the manager it was a gift that i purchased no more than an hour ago and if their was anything they could do. Store credit or another game but she refused and said sorry. I wasted money, time and gas spending money at a target I always visited. Lesson learned. I will not be returning to this target or any target. Wow was I blown away by this place!! Never have I ever been greeted or offered help at a target or any other store. Not only was I greeted upon entering, but I was offered help and greeted by every employee I came across in this store. Even as we exited, one employee thanked us and wished us a great day. Everyone seemed genuine in trying to help me. It was very refreshing. Definitely brightened my day and made my shopping experience that much better. Thumbs up to management and the employees for creating an amazing atmosphere to shop in. I wish all store were like this. Disappointing. End of July I checked to see if they had the new Joes, system said 6 of each on hand but can't be sold till the 14th. On 8/1 visited store for new G.I. Joe due to Websites stating the stores can be sold on on this date. Mark one of the employees stated that store policy said they could not be sold until the 14th. He didn't even want to read what had been posted by hasbro and Target. A call to corporate who stated yes stores can sell them. Mark didn't not want to help and stuck with what the system said. On 8/2 I went back to the store and the system now showed 0. So I spoke to Danny (HR manager) who stated that that corporate went into their system to remove them from the stores inventory, in calling corporate they could not confirm they did such a thing. At last the 14th came around and bam they had none and sold out. If you sell something before the street date be honest and say we sold it like so many other stores did. My family and I came in to purchase a gift for a family member. We found the Polaroid frame and it was the last one but the box was tattered. My husband went to pay at the self check out and the receipt was not legible so we went to guest services and asked for a clearer copy of the receipt just in case there are any issues with it because it did look like it may have been opened. So the girl at the customer service desk was giving us options when the guy that says he runs the registers in the front shows up. This guy was the absolute worst and over complicated something so simple. Just return it and ring it up again, right? Wrong. He had the worst attitude and spoke to us with a very condescending tone. He said he would make a copy but it's going to take a while so we told him we'd wait and he rolled his eyes and walked away. Another associate said "Davion looks like he's starting again" and shook their head. EVEN THE REST OF THE STAFF KNOWS HOW HORRIBLE HE IS! They kept apologizing for Davion's demeanor and bad attitude and He should not be working in the front with that attitude. He needs to be retrained and learn what customer service is BTW the operations manager reached out to me 12/22/19 via email stating he would be happy to discuss this with me. Going to Target 1st time in 4mos. I am disabled & cant walk too far. Octavio (it was about 3:00ish) saw I needed to use the electric cart so he asked if I needed help? He brought the electric cart right to me, even though he was busy rounding up the outside carts. The temp was 103F, He was friendly & very genuine to assist me. What an Angel! Then when I was done & ready to leave, Octavio once again was there with a smile & an offer to take the cart in. My trip was great. The store was clean, reorganized & ran smoothly. I just want to commend the employees and security. At this location. Yesterday i was shopping and grabbed the wrong cart leaving my purse unattended shopped through the entire rest of the store and only rwalized i didnt have my cart & purse when i was going to pay . I started freaking out ended up slightly hyperventilatibg and crying.i stopped 2 diffetent employees as i fitst started to look and they called security and bybthe time i went to the greeterand told him hesaid security was looking at rhe tape. But im like what is ge looking for. Long story short the security guard named blake walked down the furst aisle i went down and found my cart and wjole purse. I was beside myself. Bc in my purse i had evwry key to my house and mail key plus po box key. My bfs car keyfob and the clicker to get into my gated community and into my garage i dunno why. Lesson learned. Not only does this Store hold incompetent employees but they lack customer service etiquette. I don't understand how this location hired the dark bearded security guard. He is completely rude, especially after the events from yesterday. I witnessed how this security guard followed around the store a lady, I'm assuming it was the way she was dressed. The customer service here and is very rude and disrespectful! I went in to purchase some formula product and during check-out the security(Anthony) and the manager or GM told me that I exceeded my limits because I've already came in the morning. But I've never been to the store in the morning, so I asked for security footage proof. At least screen shot a image of me in the store this morning, but Anthony won't allow me to see any form of proof before asking me leave the store. I'm a customer, I have the right to go into the store to make a purchase. I'm okay if they told me I can't purchase the item when I do in fact exceeded my purchasing amount for the day, but the truth is I didn't! I didn't even enter the store until later this afternoon. Even if I did enter the store more than once, so what? Who limits someone to enter a store only once? Is there a sign on the door? So ridiculous! I feel like calling this Target..Walmart. It's that bad here. I used to come here all the time when I was little little because we didn't have any other Targets close to us. Thank goodness for them making one in the Whittwood town center. That one is much much nicer. For starters Customer service is terrible! The people who work here are so rude and all have the same look of "I hate my job, don't ask me to help you" it has never changed and they keep hiring the same people. There is a Walmart next door that is also terrible and this store feels like Walmart. The feeling you get in here is just anger. Since you have rude workers, dirty store, messy, and just ghetto. I will drive 15 minutes if I had to just to not come here. The store is very unorganized and lines are always so long.
