I was very impressed with this Target the 1 time I visited it. I wanted an instant pot and this store was the only one within 100 miles to carry this specific model. Now I should have called first to double check they had it, but I was on a mission. I had to return something while I was there and they lady was very fast and efficient at it. The bathrooms were also clean. Then I set off to kitchen supplies. They don't have the model I want, they don't even have a spot for it. Angry at myself I start walking around the store, but I refuse to be defeated because Target's website is really good at predicting their stock supplies. I found some guy stocking cereal and I asked him. Shockingly they had ONE in the backroom and this guy stopped everything and went and got it for me. He didn't complain, wasn't rude, and did it with a smile on his face. It's so very rare to find that in retail today and I appreciated it! After getting their 1 and only Instant pot I went to check out. The lady was able to price match the walmart.com price and saved me $15 plus my 5% red card discount. It made the trip worth it. The parking lot is maintained, the store was flawless looking, clean bathrooms, and I didn't meet a single rude employee. 5/5 stars from me for sure! A welcome addition to the neighborhood. They stock many of the sundry items that WalMart does and at competitive prices. The staff are very friendly and helpful. While my wife shopped I got a flu shot! Great greeting card selection as well as craft beers! Their produce section, however, is minimalist. Easy in, easy out and plenty of parking. read more

This is the second time I have shopped at this Target and both times have been very disappointed at the customer service and products. They were out of stock in so many departments. When I tried to get water in the grocery department I noticed they were out of stock on Figi water and all the large Arrowhead bottles of water had the tops crushed down and damaged. I went to look for the snack sandwich bags and they didn't have any. Then I went to the travel section to look for a pair of ear plugs and they were ALL OUT. I tried to look for some mini travel plastic bottles and someone had removed and stolen individual bottles from the packages. Finally, I went to the women's department to look for slippers and they have a terrible selection. When I tried to find a sales associate they were no where to be found and when I did finally track someone down, the customer service was horrible. I love new Targets. Especially this Sooper Dooper Target in this booshie area. It is so close to home and makes me extremely happy that I can come to one of my favorite spots in the universe and purchase tons of crap that aren't necessities to anyone else, per se, but are necessities to me. People here are nice, seem to genuinely like their jobs and it makes for a much more pleasant shopping experience. Store is always organized and cleaned and I found some cute baby stuff on clearance for a shower I needed to attend. Score! Everything is always well stocked, groceries can be found in a pinch parking is a dream and there's a Starbucks inside with a huge area to relax and sip your coffee. The only thing I didn't like was they had a new cashier who rang me up twice for an item and instead of voiding it out, they made me go back to Customer Service and do a return even though he had screwed up. He was so sweet and apologetic so I didn't mind but make sure you watch your cashier while he rings you up, especially if he's a newb. It'll save you time in the end. There is NO Customer service at Target! Any other store where you inadvertently forget to bring your credit card will at least issue you with a temporary card, but not Target! No, they won't even give you that, or their 5% off, unless you pay first then bring back your receipt and your Target card. But make sure it's within 24 hours for the 5% off! I heard from guest services that if the manager is in a good mood they would consider giving you a discount! Obviously, after coming here sans target credit card on two separate occasions, the cashier and manager were both in shitty moods!! read more

Who doesn't love Target? Especially one as new and clean and spacious as this one? The parking lot is large and the parking spaces are roomy. Inside, the store is huge and the layout is well thought out. I didn't have trouble finding anything and items appeared to be well stocked and organized. At the checkout, there was only one lane open (it was early in the day) but they quickly got some extra cashiers out and I didn't have to wait long to get my items and get out. Nice to have this Target in addition to the Poway one just in case one or the other is out of stock on something. This one is currently a lot less crowded than the Poway Target as they're still constructing the shops that will be in this plaza and the other shops appear uninhabited still. read more

Fresh new Target.~ Upon coming here this evening.. it's evident that this one is brand new (opened 10/2015) and the parking lot is huge and spacious with modern light fixtures all around. This is your better than your average target with everything you might need and want, and more right in the heart of 4S Ranch/RB area. New stores are always great to shop at. Its just like any other Target except this one is new. Nice clean floors, clean displays, nice smooth shopping carts and best of all no big crowds. All kinds of new businesses are opening up near me. Love it !!! A local Target can be a very good or bad thing though. I'm a sucker for deals and this place always gets me !! Yes I was sucked in my friends !! You know how that goes. This is a Super Target !! Wow..like regular Target wasn't enough. Love how spacious the outdoor parking lot and walkways are, especially if your pushing a huge cart.The last thing we need is someone getting swiped by crazy drivers or other customers. You know what I'm talking about. Sometimes, it's a war zone just going to one Target has some crazy customers yalls. Be warned. I went on a slow day. It was a work weekday so I had no problem getting in and out. The most effortless Target trip ever !!! Plus, it's the only business opened as of now. I only saw about a quarter of the store. It was overwhelmingly huge and I only wanted a few things and I was on a mission to get just those. Happy to say I prevailed with no distractions. Of course for you coffee lovers there is a Starbucks inside ...whoop dee doo ! I'm not much of a caffeine addict so I wasn't too thrilled. First impression was that it was super clean, with wide aisles, bright, and well-organized since they are brand spankin' new ! Hope it remains this way. They have their own fresh produce section, but prices are pretty high compared to other grocery store chains. Boo. They do have some good frozen food deals. Just keep an eye out. Oh and I hardly saw any organic produce, but it's Target not Whole Foods yo. Customer service was friendly. Young lady helped me search for an item after browsing multiple aisles. Target did not honor the displayed price from 1 day ago. I had a picture in proof that the PS4 was on sale from 12/27 to 1/2 for $219 . They had it in stock but manager said she can't honor the price because it was one day deal only. Today is 12/30 and The photo I have clearly says deal is still valid for another 3 days. I drove 45mins just to get this deal. But now they want to sell it for $350. Manager was rude. She told me to call headquarters and complain but she is not going to honor that deal. The service here is great! I've been coming to this Target since it opened and have been really happy with the folks working here. Last year I got an Xbox One and after opening it up, there was a high pitched whine coming from the machine. I recorded a video of the sound on my phone and decided I'd take it in to see if I could get a refund. Since it was in the evening, I thought it might be difficult when I walked in about 15 minutes before closing. I showed the guys at electronics and they were like "that should definitely not sound like that. Mine has never made that sound." It was nice to know they were also gamers themselves and could clearly tell it was defective. They took care of me and had my replacement ready in minutes. All of this at around closing time and I knew they were ready to get off work but they helped me complete the return and replacement and without any sense of rushing to get out of there. I've bought several other electronic devices here (three Nintendo 2DS's) and the service at the electronics department was smooth and fast. The folks in the front--cashiers, self checkout, are always greeting people coming in and asking if they can help get you into a checkout line when you're done shopping. Starbucks up front is a bonus too. -------------------TL;DR----------------- PROS: friendly staff members, convenient location CONS: none. BOTTOM LINE: reliable Target location with great staff. This new location is huge. There's plenty of parking. They even have a whole section just for alcohol. It looks really nice in here. Definitely going here whenever I need to go to target near my boyfriends house. Came here for Black Friday Shopping on Thanksgiving night. Doors opened at 6:00pm, we arrived around 5:30 and were glad to see such a short line of people of waiting. Luckily it wasn't raining. Didn't wait too much when the doors opened. I had no idea that a Target opened in 4S Ranch. One of my favorite places is now only 5 minutes away! I went to this location yesterday night and I absolutely love how BRIGHT the parking lot was. There are lights all over, and nor youe typical streetlights that produce that eerie orange light. These lights are like...lightsabers, appearance wise. Because of the bright lighting, I felt more comfortable in the parking lot. And speaking of parking lot. It's huge!! I'll have to see if it stays that way since there seems to be other buildings near by that have yet to open. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this Target was! Everything was really clean, and right after Christmas too. And, considering that it was stated that this location is in an "affluent" neighborhood, prices for most items are the same! There seemed to be a lot of space between aisles. This is probably most noticeable in the makeup aisle, at least for me. Also, they have a separate area for wine/alcohol. Usually they just assign an aisle but these got a huge section. I'm not a big drinker, but this area was really nice! I didn't have a whole lot of time to roam around the store but overall I was impressed. Hopefully nothing changes! read more

For some reason, there never seems to be any Target reps at the electronics area. I'd have to search for a Target team member nearby to ask them a question about games, which they'd radio an electronics team member to come by and help me. Also, the toys and board games area is usually cluttered with toys misplaced on the shelving. It seems to be only this area that's unorganized while the rest of the store is clean. It's your typical Target with groceries. Overall, pretty clean, typical staff that will either help you, or simply ignore the fact that you're there. My only gripe: Del Sur Target, if you're reading this - I went there last weekend and found milk that was expiring in TWO DAYS. Unless I'm drinking it during every meal, I will not finish that in 2 days. I also saw yogurt sitting on the shelf that was ALREADY EXPIRED. This is NOT the first instance either. Please do your due diligence and keep your groceries in check (especially your dairy products). Otherwise, you might get someone sick one day. Update (7/25/2017): It appears this store keeps already expired milk on the shelves. Today, I saw a few jugs that had a "BEST BY" date stamp of "24 JUL 2017". I wish I could give the vision care at target less than one star. Debbie was horribly rude! I waited for around 20 minutes without any complaints and when she was done helping the previous client I patiently waited for her to address me. She then just looked at me and did not look pleased to help me. Then when I asked a simple question her response was incredibly condescending. I left without receiving any help and feeling so dejected. The optometrist and staff next door were amazing but Debbie was so incredibly rude that this will probably be my last visit. It's also helpful that tHey have a CVS pharmacy, an optical department and a Starbucks within the store. THr best part of the store is that they aree usually very well stocked. This is mine and Adam's main Target. We come here every week to get our household shopping done. This location is quite large. It is 2 floors and has literally everything you may need. We have shopped in literally every department and have never had any main issues. The paper product area is almost always picked over, it seems they need to keep that better stocked but I can always find all other items needed. We have done all of our grocery shopping here. They have a good grocery section but they have support poles in the middle of many aisles making them difficult to navigate through. The holiday section is large as is the homewares. I can't say it enough; they pretty much have everything you may ever need. The staff is always around and friendly and helpful in finding what is needed. I do wish they would have more cashiers. On a Saturday every register should be open because the lines are always crazy long. We have gone through the self check out a bunch as well. We always have some sort of issue with out reusable bags though. The system doesn't like the weight of our bags and we always have to get an override. The parking lot is absolutely crazy though and the only bad part of this entire store. The parking spots are really small and jerks with really big vehicles don't seem to care that they don't fit and will hit your car (which has happened to me a few times) or they will take 2 spaces. I seriously suggest going to the back of the lot where there are less cars and park there, that is what I do now. read more

I really feel discriminated at this target there's certain manager or lead with pink and purple hair I believe, he always hovering over me like if I'm going to steal something. He makes it very uncomfortable to shop because he's just standing staring at you at the self checkout. It's gotten to the point where I scan very slowly and one item at a time very slowly and then I turnaround and show him my receipt on purpose and he backs off. This is one of my favorite Target's to visit - it's a relatively new construction with plenty of parking spots and nearby stores you can stop at for a bite to eat or drink afterwards, as well as a Starbucks conveniently located inside of Target. One highlight my boyfriend and I both agree on is the carts don't make any noise! It's like an electric or hybrid car but cart version, ha! I find it annoying to shop when your cart is rattling or you're that person with the loud cart! Besides that nice feature, the store is organized, not overly crowded, lines are within reason, the employees are helpful and I've also had no problems with customer service (i.e.: price matching, returning). read more
