I really liked this Target. Not only did they have high quality Texas microbrews (and other good microbrews), but their staff is really friendly. This stands out from other Targets, so I will go out of my way to SA when I need to run back there. I was pleasantly satisfied, and thought this would be "just another Target experience." read more

This is the only target I have seen so far with a really really good interior. The decor section with lamps and the furniture area all look slightly like Kohls. They have used spotlight to light up the merchandise and the setup is not typical aisle like but very modren. Didnt need any help from the staff so cannot comment on that. The other pluses are that it has a pizza hut so kids are happy and it has self checkout so I am happy. Definitely a 5 star and I am hoping other targets also pick up some design cues from this one and utilize them. read more

They call themselves a super target but they definitely lack in the grocery section. Today, went in to pick up online order and their system was down. They had no idea to resolve and just gave me run around for 20 min. Customer service was lacking. read more

This is our favorite target in San Antonio. It always has a lot of workers to help out if we cannot find something and is usually really clean. The bathrooms are always clean too! The guest services is in a weird spot but there is always 2 workers and never a wait. We will drive across town to come to this one if we have to do a lot of shopping. Enjoy! read more

Why only the 3 stars? Because if you are willing to drive a mere ten minutes down the road to the next Target, the prices are always about 10% cheaper there. I guess they have decided that the people leaving in this area are so stupid that they don't realize they are overloading the prices. read more

Never buy electronics from Target.com! I broke that rule and now have a Sony CyberShot camera that is unusable. Long story short, the Sony packaging arrived torn open and the wrist strap was missing. The camera wouldn't focus close up, even with the "flower icon". When I tried to return it at Target, the UPC on the box didn't match the UPC on my receipt. I called the 800 number, after a long wait, and getting disconnected, she couldn't help return it either. For that kind of service, might as well shop at Walmart. I thought Target was better than that.... Lesson Learned!! read more

Worst shopping experience I have ever had. I have shopped at this target several times and used my coupons with no issues. Today I was not allowed to use ANY of my coupons. Even the managers were rude. How can the manager not now the difference between per purchase/transaction. Must say I will go to Walmart now. I loved that Target(CANTERA) but now I feel uncomfortable and not welcomed anymore. Target, please teach your managers. TARGET COUPON POLICY One coupon per purchase means you're using one coupon per item being purchased. You can use multiples of the same coupon as long as each coupon has a matching item. One coupon per transaction means you can only use one specific coupon per store transaction. You can't use more than one same coupon even if you're buying multiple items. Good store but employees were not nice nor tried to listen to my explanation. I asked for the target policy and they dismissed me. I even made a comment about my previous purchases and they said "you're coupons are getting denied today". read more

The past two visits were fantastic. When I needed help, an associate was there and more than willing to help with a kind demeanor. I needed assistance with my bags and some larger items. I did not have to wait for : A. no one to show up ....or B. stand, wait , stand, wait and ask over and over, then leave in frustration or was provided with a disgruntled employee (such as at Home Depot and HEB). Thank you and my hope is Target management continues to show their employees respect, by way of better pay and words of appreciation. Both go a long way towards enjoyment, performance, and employee retention. read more

Really disappointed with their "drive up" service. I ordered diapers online for someone to pickup and there were all sorts of issues. First, one of the items was out of stock after letting me order and pay. So I opted to have it shipped, with the other item for drive up. There were very poor instructions on how to get the item and once there, she had to call inside to notify them they were there. After 10 minutes she called again and they stated she couldn't find her order and had no orders for diapers or with the last name given for that location, and she was probably at the wrong place . I then called and they told me that it was set for a pick up after I gave them the order number, which is why they couldn't find it. They also claimed she was spelling the last name incorrectly, which is impossible because she's my sister and has the same last name as me. I'm app savvy and I place orders for pickup all the time at H-E-B and Walmart and never have issues. Don't blame the customer and figure out your systems. I'll never use this service again. read more

I love this Target!! However, the bathrooms are DISGUSTING!!!!!!! I hate going into the store if I have to go to the bathroom. I've been to bathrooms at nasty gas stations with cleaner bathrooms. They need to put money into them. They are so nasty they need to be gutted and redone read more

Sad to write this post to be honest, but I need to report what I have seen since my first attendance from October 2017 to this week. The bathrooms are never clean, the store frequently is not properly stocked, but sadly the worst is the expired meat section. So many times I have been looking to buy meat but have checked the expiration date seeing that it perished several months before. I cannot imagine how many people have eaten the expired meat slices and gotten sick as a result. I have informed staff of this issue in the past but the problem has unfortunately persisted. The whole reason I shop at Target regularly is for a clean environment and quality products, but now I find myself reconsidering ever returning to this store or any Target despite its convenient locations. The one positive thing I will say is the staff in this branch is kind and approachable. I have hope that they will begin turn it around. read more

This is the dirtiest Target I've ever been to. The women's room was so dirty. The entrance of the store was filthy. Mess in the isles. Just goes to show you that no matter what side of town a store is located you can't take the ghetto out of the people. Definitely not what I was expecting. read more

Bad customer service... I'm very sick can't even remember the last time I was this sick and went to buy over the counter medicine. When I got up to the cashier she asked me for id (I'm on my lunch break and only brought my debit card) as another associate walked by she asked him do I just take her word for it? Not even caring what was going on he said no and walked away. So I wasn't able to get what I needed. So I ask the cashier for a customer service number and she asked the same associate for the number not even saying anything he walked away. I followed him.. And he did give me a number not even asking if he could help or what my problem was. Hope they train a little better on customer service or post signs saying you need id.. Cause I don't get out of work till 12am... Not feeling well at all... Hope customer service calls me back soon... read more
