The return of the vehicle was just as professional and the attendant explained how the return works and when we should expect the deposit back.

I didnt know they were going to charge me a tow fee for something that was not my fault. I would never rent from this company again.

This place desperately needs employees who understand their job and actually care about helping customers rather than being rude and dismissive. Having a job is a privilege--no one is forcing you to work there. If you can't be bothered to treat people with kindness and professionalism, maybe it's time to find a new line of work. She was explaining the instructions to her only, when I was a secondary driver and was disregarding the fact that I didn't understand Spanish. I went to ask her a question and she rudely responded. What I found out later was that she was pressuring my friend to write her a 5 star review (literally taking her phone and inputting her name and a 5 star rating) which was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. We were given a golf cart with a faulty lock and upon returning were told to only come in if we were returning the vehicle. They eventually replaced our lock after having to repeat the reason for coming twice. When it was time to return the vehicle, they told us we had no other option but to get a taxi to get to the ferry (even after promising transportation back) there weren't people waiting, there was no reason they couldn't drive us the 6 minute drive. Fue mi error no inspeccionarla a detalle al llevarmela pero tambien de ellos, pq para darme la unidad no veriricaron solo se quedaron cn lo que decia el documento de una inspeccion anterior pero para cuando se la entregue si la veriricaron. Otras veces me a pasado que si inspecciono y cuando inspeccion e encotrado cosas que en ese documento que ellos tienen pa marcar inspecciones previas no estaban y las e teido que anadir. So que en este caso pudo haber sido lo mismo, pero dicidieron echarme a mi la culpa y perdieron un cliente fijo mensual por $392 que me cobraron el cristal. No los recomiendo por esto que me hicieron siendo un cliente fiel por años....
