We land, we got our bags, we're waiting for the "shuttle" to pick us up... he missed us 2 fucking times! Literally just sped and left us there!! Not to mention it was hot as fuck. We had a toddler and hella bags! We wound up waiting a whole hour & 20 minutes for the shuttle to get us. They drove us to the place which was like 15 minutes away from the airport. That's not inconvenient at all.......... (sarcasm) So we get there. We had 6 of us. We should've been fine in a 5 seater because my uncle had a truck and he was picking half of us up. Turned out we didn't have enough room. So we wanted to upgrade to a van. It was $565 for a regular Kia 5 seater. EXPLAIN TO ME HOW IT WOULD'VE COSED A WHOLE EXTRA $500 to get a van (2 extra seats). So nope we took the car we had. Fuck that. We drove like my Mexican side of the family and just squished hella of us in the car lmao! Anyways after 2 weeks passed, we go to return the car! Everything was in immaculate condition!! The only thing wS the car was a bit dirty, not by actual things! We cleaned all the garbage, just had a little sand here and there from our few beach trips. Literally not alot! We cleaned most of it. They tried to charge us $480 for cleaning!!!!! What in the actual fuck!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE BY ALL MEANS! Just rent the jeep from across the street. Anything! Any car from right across from the airport. Don't go to this joke of a place!

Just to get the car took over 1 hour. Other services allow you to pick it up right away. Today on December 31st they call me and tell me I haven't returned the car yet ... WHAT? You can tell they are disorganized and don't know what they are doing. On May 9th 2026 I arrived in Puerto Rico with my 10 year old son who had severe cerebral palsy. I…read moregot there to the rental agency and there was only one employee at the counter and the poor girl had a line out the door. Anyways I get my car and when I get in the highway I notice the mirror is loose to where I can't properly see out of it. So i go back a few days later ( because it was affecting my ability to see and safely switch lanes) so they give me another car. I get in that car and drive almost two hours to Parguera. On the drive I notice the vehicle has a severe loose suspension part because as soon a as I hit 50 mph it started chargin shaking bad. So I figure ill just take it easy and return out the next day since I had scheduled a bioluminescent bay boat tour. I go on the tour and when I go to get back in the vehicle I see something moving. There are roaches all over the car. This is where y son being special needs and having severe cerebral palsy comes into play. Because of his cerebral palsy if he has an itch he is unable to scratch. So if a roach was to crawl all over him go in his mouth or ears he wouldn't be able to swat it off. So I called allied immediately and informed them of the situation and explained that I can not put my son in that vehicle because of the risk. I asked them to at least send out another car or send the tow truck with another car and take the one I have. They refused to. They said they could not help me because there was no one to authorize that and that I would have to drive an hour to aguadilla to pick up another car. By this time i had spent over and hour and a half trying to get a car from them. In the end i had to drive to aguadilla risking my sons health. ( and yes something got to him because his ear was red so i used baby oil t in case it was in his ear to kill whatever got in there and flushed it) so i pick up the car and had plans for the following day at 1pm. I figured maybe my son will fall asleep on the ride home. Well that was impossible because the road noise was ridiculous ( obvious sign of over inflation on the tires) so my don didn't sleep and by the time I got back to San Juan it was 3am. Needless to say my son didn't get up on time for us to make the boat tour I had set up at 1. I go to autozone and get a tire gauge. The right side of the vehicle tires are inflated to 70 and 72psi and the left side to 90 psi. These people are incompetent and are going to cost someone their life if they haven't already. I am planning on escalating this matter. All I got when I returned the car on May 17th was an I'm sorry. That's not good enough for my son and any other people that may go rent a car from them and have their lives put in danger because of incompetence. I have photos and video of all of this. I only made this a five star because i know how these algorithms work and 5 stars will be at the top.

I stumbled on Target while google searching and decided to give them a call... Less than $40 a day, they picked us up from our hotel and were lightning fast! Plus the shuttle driver was cool and gave great advice on local activities. When we went to return the car they gave us a ride to the airport and even hinted I should go up the road to fill up on gas before returning to save a bunch of money ! TOP NOTCH! When I arrived Saturday at 8:05am (They open at 8am!), there were two groups ahead of me already. The gentleman was alone, but he was already in the process of checking out the first couple and we watched him go over everything very nicely with them. Then he accepted the return from the second couple, inspected the cart and checked for gas, then asked them to wait for a moment while he checked our golf cart out before taking them to the airport (super cool that they have this service! We didn't use it since we took the ferry over, so I'm not sure if they charge for it, but still very convenient!) He quickly called us inside, found my paperwork already ready and got me all checked out in less than ten minutes. When going over the golf cart, he even encouraged me to take photos of it for proof of any scratches. The cart itself ran great and we went all over the island in one day with it. When it was time to return, we only had to put a bit over 4 liters in it! A gallon for all the driving we did was a steal! He looked over the cart quickly, cancelled our deposit, and had us out quickly. Great experience and I recommended everyone! Oh! And it's easy walking distance from the ferry!! A lot of the other cart shops I saw were farther into the island and I was so glad I didn't pick some of them because I have no idea how I would have made it to their store!

After walking 10 minutes uphill in the 90-degree heat, I was told my child was not allowed to ride on the golf cart and that I would not receive a refund. If children aren't allowed, that policy should be made crystal clear before customers book and pay. The same goes for the **$250 security deposit**, which was never clearly disclosed upfront. Instead of working with us or offering any solution, they kept my deposit and sent us away. We were left without a golf cart after planning ahead and paying in advance. Good customer service starts with clear communication, honesty, and giving customers all the important information before taking their money. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience. I would not recommend this company and encourage others to ask about **all policies, age restrictions, deposits, and refund policies** before booking so they don't end up in the same situation.
