Had it not been for their quick and decisive action and service, our family vacation would have been ruined. They offered a vehicle at a very discounted rate to make up for Alamo's shortcomings and handled the vehicle return and even had the district manager involved in trying to solve the issues. Problem is the local office there doesn't answer even though we called when they were supposed to have office hours 1 am - 6 am most likely b/c they knew the flight wasn't coming in for a while and decided our reservation didn't mean anything & our stress of getting to our destination finally after spending hours in the airport wondering if our flight would ever take off & now wondering how on earth we will get to our apartment & move around without a car for the whole day since *I repeat* they are only open 1am to 6am. Literally every other car rental company was at the airport waiting for their costumers to come off the flight and pick up their car. Enterprise *I repeat* was the only dark booth in the airport. So we had to pay extra money to get a cab AND we still didn't have a car for the rest of the day. Flash forward to the next day: We sleep until 9 am that night since we had been up for more than 24 hours the previous day at the departure airport. We call the national enterprise costumer service to see what they can do & they tell us the local enterprise place has no cars left for that day but they may have a car the next day that would be double the price of what we were supposed to pay with our reservation that we made IN-ADVANCE which covered 2 days more than the new price of getting a car from Enterprise so we would be getting 2x the price for 1/2 the amount of time that was on our initial reservation. Beautiful. Enterprise would do nothing for our inconvenience. Hope this helps you see what kind of company Enterprise really is.

Unfortunately, I had to cancel the trip, but spoke with Naomi Sanchez who was able to cancel my reservations with no charge to me. She was extremely friendly and professional. When I have to fly back to PR, I will definitely be contacting PR Green Transportation due to their excellent service. When I arrived Saturday at 8:05am (They open at 8am!), there were two groups ahead of me already. The gentleman was alone, but he was already in the process of checking out the first couple and we watched him go over everything very nicely with them. Then he accepted the return from the second couple, inspected the cart and checked for gas, then asked them to wait for a moment while he checked our golf cart out before taking them to the airport (super cool that they have this service! We didn't use it since we took the ferry over, so I'm not sure if they charge for it, but still very convenient!) He quickly called us inside, found my paperwork already ready and got me all checked out in less than ten minutes. When going over the golf cart, he even encouraged me to take photos of it for proof of any scratches. The cart itself ran great and we went all over the island in one day with it. When it was time to return, we only had to put a bit over 4 liters in it! A gallon for all the driving we did was a steal! He looked over the cart quickly, cancelled our deposit, and had us out quickly. Great experience and I recommended everyone! Oh! And it's easy walking distance from the ferry!! A lot of the other cart shops I saw were farther into the island and I was so glad I didn't pick some of them because I have no idea how I would have made it to their store!

After walking 10 minutes uphill in the 90-degree heat, I was told my child was not allowed to ride on the golf cart and that I would not receive a refund. If children aren't allowed, that policy should be made crystal clear before customers book and pay. The same goes for the **$250 security deposit**, which was never clearly disclosed upfront. Instead of working with us or offering any solution, they kept my deposit and sent us away. We were left without a golf cart after planning ahead and paying in advance. Good customer service starts with clear communication, honesty, and giving customers all the important information before taking their money. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience. I would not recommend this company and encourage others to ask about **all policies, age restrictions, deposits, and refund policies** before booking so they don't end up in the same situation.
