I am new to Puerto Rico and decided to give Sky AutoWorks a try after I read there great reviews, and I am very happy I did. There customer service is outstanding!!! They diagnosed the problem with my car and didn't just repair the problem but took the time to show me the problem on the car, and a step by step solution to repairing it. At that same time they gave me the invoice with a detailed breakdown of the parts needed and the labor to complete the repair. I had a great feeling with this shop and I can't say enough good things about them. Carlos the owner and Micheal the master technician will make you feel at ease with your car repair experience no mater how big or small. Therefore I was quite anxious and untrusting. I was impressed with the cleanliness and organization. Carlos (service manger/owner), was courteous and professional. Michael (mechanic), took the time to show me the things that were wrong with my car and answer any questions or concerns I had. Carlos took pictures and drew up the estimate. He was willing to send these to my son in Idaho. Reassured, my son agreed with them. They were able to estimate exact time my car would be ready and gave me a ride home. An hour and a half later, I had not received my car or report. They claimed they were pulling the codes. I can pull my own codes. Finally after several requests for my car, I had to get loud and demand my car back, and forget about the codes and report! What a big waste of time!! I was told the manager went to get my car, so I went to the work area to meet him, but I went via one route and he returned with my car via another route. When I met up with said manager, I snatched keys and took off. It was obvious workers were lying and stalling waiting for the manager to return from linner! Never going back to that place again!!!
