When arriving to the Target location in MAYAGUEZ, PR, we were met by the agent Samuel Santiago, who…read moreassisted us in a very professional way. Provided all the answers I asked of him about the rental, additional car insurance, the return policy, how the payments get processed and the why and when the deposit is needed for. He was very focused and explained everything very clearly. I would highly recommend using Target Rent a Car if you ever are traveling to Puerto Rica as they have locations all over the island. The return of the vehicle was just as professional and the attendant explained how the return works and when we should expect the deposit back.

Hiring Rincon Car Finders was one of the best decisions we have made. We moved to the island a few…read moreweeks ago and after doing some research I was very stressed about buying a car. It was recommended to us to use Rincon Car Finders, so we decided to give them a try. Jennifer was very easy to talk to and really listened to what it was we were looking for and our price range. With in a week of hiring them we were able to buy 2 cars, one through a dealer and one private sale. They are exactly what we were looking for and even after their fees we still came in under budget! Having Carlos and Jennifer there during the buying process was invaluable, they speak the language, are very knowledgeable about cars and the buying landscape. They set up the appointments, checked out the car for us during the appointment, did all of the negotiating, and even went with us to the DMV to get the private sale vehicle transferred into our name! Honestly, I don't know if you could pay me enough to go to the DMV with someone, but they were fantastic through the whole process. If you are new to Puerto Rico, don't speak Spanish, or aren't proficient when it comes to cars, you have to hire Rincon Car Finders, it will save you so much time and money, and provide you with peace of mind, that you will not regret it.

Yelp 100 Challenge 2017: 49/100:…read more Relatively new location for Total Gas Station in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico. Usually, competitive and fair prices with a surprisingly clean facility (In my experience, both in. PR and U.S.A. , gas stations are not the cleanest place to visit. Because of fuel and constant traffic, the facilities seem usually dirty and I can definitely understand why the gas pumps seem always dirty; never can understand why restrooms tend to be nasty, although nit the case at this particular gas station). Finally, the convenience store is pretty large and even has a "café" section where you can find your usual limited variety of coffee drinks (not the best coffee in the works but decent enough) and even grab a hot dog, pizza slice, and sandwich, among other things.
