Everytime I come here they have issues ... this time : I've been waiting over 3 hours for my cars oil change , they told me it was ready , I payed , and they hadn't even changed the oil yet ... I ask for a discount and they said the manager left already ... complete incompetence.. ... Don't waste your time coming here .... read more

Took my car in for them to change my tires they gave it back to me at 8pm... I gave it to them at 2:40pm and they fixed things in the car I didn't ask for on top of the fact that they were very unprofessional. read more

I have a 1987 Chevy pick up just purchased used sight unseen The truck needed a lot of work but I liked the truckA friend whom lived in PR said go to Pep Boys they will guarantee and actually get it done. The manager went thru the entire truck pointed everything that was wrong and gave pricing . It needed brakes rotors calipers,brake hoses,clutch parts,bulbs ,battery,tires,shocks,bushings ,steering parts ,front end work,tune,up,fluids changes,engine cooling, drive shaft bushings, bent steering arms, Basically everything was warn and need replacing I figured 4-5k When the final bio came out to 3k and the truck ran like new You can trust these people and everything was completed in a day WOW My friend said if anything goes wrong they will back it for life read more

I have been taking our 2001 Explorer to these guys for the past 2 years & the services has always been none other than exceptional. Daniel & Edgar have always been my "go to" guys and they've always come through. Over all I wouldn't go to anyone else. read more

Take care to…read moremention to service manager to remind mechanics NOT to grease up your cars interior with boots and hands, not pleasant to see dirty car returned. One last thing, make sure what you are getting and if needed. Sometimes many other unnecessary work added. Buyer beware and always let your opinion be heard both at location and social media to warn the rest of us. Had the my vehicle been returned not so greasy and dirty I would of given them 1 extra star.

Today I received the service in my SUV. People who attended to me at the counter were extremely friendly. The mechanics were very helpful to identify a problem that did not have to do anything by the original situation. The moment they finished the repair I received a message that informed me that everything was ready.
