Therefore I was quite anxious and untrusting. I was impressed with the cleanliness and organization. Carlos (service manger/owner), was courteous and professional. Michael (mechanic), took the time to show me the things that were wrong with my car and answer any questions or concerns I had. Carlos took pictures and drew up the estimate. He was willing to send these to my son in Idaho. Reassured, my son agreed with them. They were able to estimate exact time my car would be ready and gave me a ride home.
