I am new to Puerto Rico and decided to give Sky AutoWorks a try after I read there great reviews, and I am very happy I did. There customer service is outstanding!!! They diagnosed the problem with my car and didn't just repair the problem but took the time to show me the problem on the car, and a step by step solution to repairing it. At that same time they gave me the invoice with a detailed breakdown of the parts needed and the labor to complete the repair. I had a great feeling with this shop and I can't say enough good things about them. Carlos the owner and Micheal the master technician will make you feel at ease with your car repair experience no mater how big or small. I have found a permanent place I can take my car for all future repair and service that I trust, and that's a good relationship. Thank you so much, Greg

He was willing to send these to my son in Idaho. Reassured, my son agreed with them. They were able to estimate exact time my car would be ready and gave me a ride home. I'm very impressed with everything!! Highly recommend them to anyone. I feel relived to know I have a shop I can trust
