I had a big problem with my rental car that I got out of San Juan: a flat tire 50 miles away from the rental agency! It was a holiday, Memorial Day, so we had to wait to get the tire patched on Tuesday morning at Pepboys. A patch would not suffice due to TWO nails in the tire. This Pepboys in Fajardo honestly assessed the problem, and even negotiated with my car rental agency over the phone about the cost. Gama was patient & persistent. This was not MY car, but a rental, and he discussed with the rental agency regarding payment of the tire... with minimal hassle to me. They fixed the problem within two hours... allowing me to enjoy the rest of my vacation in peace. GOOD JOB GAMA AND PEPBOYS FAJARDO.
