I am new to Puerto Rico and decided to give Sky AutoWorks a try after I read there great reviews, and I am very happy I did. There customer service is outstanding!!! They diagnosed the problem with my car and didn't just repair the problem but took the time to show me the problem on the car, and a step by step solution to repairing it. At that same time they gave me the invoice with a detailed breakdown of the parts needed and the labor to complete the repair. I had a great feeling with this shop and I can't say enough good things about them. Carlos the owner and Micheal the master technician will make you feel at ease with your car repair experience no mater how big or small. Therefore I was quite anxious and untrusting. I was impressed with the cleanliness and organization. Carlos (service manger/owner), was courteous and professional. Michael (mechanic), took the time to show me the things that were wrong with my car and answer any questions or concerns I had. Carlos took pictures and drew up the estimate. He was willing to send these to my son in Idaho. Reassured, my son agreed with them. They were able to estimate exact time my car would be ready and gave me a ride home. The staff and specially the gentleman on the reception I forgot the name but he was a young kid was very helpful and he answered all my question with alot of patience .... The only issue I have with pep boys is they are super expensive if you wanna get some repairing work done as they told me my coolant thermostat is not working and I need to get it replaced and the part was only for 25.99 but the labor was 169/- ..... Which would sum upto 200 + with taxes ... So I didn't get it done

He made sure that as I new resident to Puerto Rico (still working on my Spanish) that I felt welcome and that I was treated very well. I've ran multiple manufacturing plants in the US and Canada and this is the type of quality experience that is difficult to teach and shows that Joel is a very special employee. I had a big problem with my rental car that I got out of San Juan: a flat tire 50 miles away from the rental agency! It was a holiday, Memorial Day, so we had to wait to get the tire patched on Tuesday morning at Pepboys. A patch would not suffice due to TWO nails in the tire. This Pepboys in Fajardo honestly assessed the problem, and even negotiated with my car rental agency over the phone about the cost. Gama was patient & persistent. This was not MY car, but a rental, and he discussed with the rental agency regarding payment of the tire... with minimal hassle to me. They fixed the problem within two hours... allowing me to enjoy the rest of my vacation in peace. GOOD JOB GAMA AND PEPBOYS FAJARDO.
